Day 8: Dislikes

As stated in day 7, this one will be about the bandmates crew!!! :D

Cherri

Cherri fucking DESPISES the feds, pretty much the whole band does but thats just par for the course of their general punk behavior, though Cherri has a particular distaste for them from the sheer amount of times she’s been pulled over. She believes that the roads should be free and that cops should mind their buisness when they see a nice car zoom by. In the same vein, the only thing she may hate more than the cops is the DMV. She has been there MANY times getting her liscence updated and renewed and it is her own personal hell to be stuck in a DMV.

Riot

Riot, bless his heart, heavily dislikes riding in Cherri’s car. He loves his sister, really, he does, but her driving is *horrifying* to him and he is so not ready to get in that hot pink metal deathtrap and loathes it every time he has to get in. He also generally dislikes fruits!

N3XU5 Alpha

Alpha despises the capitalist consumerism of the music industry as that was what he was created for and to his creator, it failed his purpose thus creating its sister: Beta. He lives with the knowledge that its entire existence was made to be consumed as a product and he seethes in that loathing, often pointing it towards himself though it is grateful that he was able to flee with its sister and that they can live free lives as newly sentient AI and start to create the kind of music they want to, not because they have to or they were built for, but because its a way to express themself as beings.

N3XU5 Beta

Beta doesnt really hate many things, though she definitely doesnt like how mopey their brother gets! She worries about him, since he took the brunt of their creator’s abuse when they were newly formed, but she tries not to dwell on those memories. Another thing she dislikes is when she has to shut down for matienence. Its not that it hurts at all and they trust her brother a LOT to be able to put them back together again afterwards, but to anyone who’s not aware that it’s happening it can be really frightening of unnerving and she doesnt want to make anyone worried or scared for them!

Dimitri

Dimitri’s biggest pet peeve is anyone who kill’s their createive flow or anyone who intrudes on their tags. Its so annoying to them to go to finish tagging a train car in the city only to find some douchebag scrawled out the tag entirely with bland paint or worse the perp plastered faccist symbols all over the damn thing! They also hate it when the city tries to develop the abandoned warehouse into something “usable for the city” but luckily they’ve got some friends on the council that are open to a little bribery to keep the place abandoned so they can keep vibin rent free on the property.

oc-tober: day eight: relationships

I think that I will talk about Bianca's familial relationships for this. While her father is Asmodeus, the Prince of Lust, she has many sisters and brothers. These are her incubi and succubi brethern. However, Bianca remains unique among them as she is the key to Asmodeus' godhood.

Parents:

Father: Bianca's father is the fallen archangel Azrakiel, whom goes by the name of Asmodeus, the Prince of Lust. Asmodeus was a former watcher angel, sent down to the mortal realms to watch over them and intercept any cosmic threats, and is now a primodial demon. He joined Lucifer's rebelling army and was cast out of Heaven. In a bid for ultimate power, he entangled the Omniverse into his machinations. The culmination of his dark design gave birth to Bianca, a being that has both celestial and now infernal potency.

Mother: Seraphine was once a watcher angel who was paired with Azrakiel to watch over the mortal realms. In the civil war that rocked the Celestial Realm, Seraphine chose to side with the Creator Deity. She was great friends with the Archangel Michael and placed within his battalion, where she quickly rose and was admired for her bravery. Her unwavering commitment leads her towards making the ultimate sacrifice for her daughter, Bianca. She would use her celestial energy, cocoon Bianca in temporal energy, send the unborn child through time and into the womb of Sarah Moore. Seraphine has no body and lives on within Bianca as a living consciousness.

OC-tober Day 7/8: Likes/Dislikes

Hope y'all are ready for Isha Hour! Progress pics provided because I'm super proud of this piece. This is Isha from Serial Killer AU, a modern AU where Isha breaks containment and systematically kills and eats the scientists who made him <3 Because I've iterated on him so many times, there can be a lot of variance between Ishas. So we'll be focusing on what is true the Most.

Likes: tall places, hiding spots, abandoned buildings, quiet nature, spicy food, dim lighting

Dislikes: open spaces, large rooms full of people, mandatory social events, crafts, licorice

Being (usually) an escaped experiment, it takes Isha a lot of time to sort out the concept of "liking" and "disliking", and getting a straight answer out of him will always be difficult.

I saw on the prompt list that a text post works, so I'll just do that for today since it's been. Very Busy 😅

My plan for today was to draw out the photograph of Matt and Lotus's squad- but from Scarlet and Salvador's pov. This picture would have X's over Matt, Lotus, and Em, with question marks by Holly, Jay, and Lin.

If I manage to draw it later I'll reblog this and add the picture

Day 8 - Past

As a child, Maia loved watching Jewel Duel competitions and leagues, dreaming of becoming a champion herself. Over the years, her priorities changed, but deep in her heart, a dream of going on a path to the peak still lives on

Ah... I missed the post for day 7 of oc tober but that's ok! day 7 is personality! yet again I don't feel like drawing for this day but that's ok. Today I wanted to talk about ingram's personality, specifically his skewed morals

forgive me for not having much finished art oops

so in second chance lore, ingram is a demigod of hell! in this world, some humans are given a second chance at life by the god of heaven aldrich as angels, but sometimes they can corrupt and turn into demons based on their self image. ingram's job is to help these demons get back to being angels, and also to help carry out punishment for bad people.

despite having the reputation for being scary especially since he ate someone alive but whatever Ingram is actually very kind, shy, and has a very poor self image.

he also loves goofing off and being a funnyman and bringing joy to other people's day :) but he's so occupied with the fear of rejection and being disliked that he has tricked himself into thinking he's a monster and he avoids everyone to the point where he exiled himself.

despite being very sweet and charming aside from his shy and awkward demeanor, he also holds zero empathy for people. not a bad thing, as one of the main themes of the story is that no empathy doesn't mean your bad. he has a lot of sympathy. but he will never understand people. which makes him feel alienated. (there's many reasons he doesn't understand people with autism being the number one but you know.)

his lack of empathy helps with his job because when it comes to most things, he tends to look at things objectively. he has an easy time punishing people like abusers or tyrants etc. he legit ate someone's dad cause he abused them. and some people think he's cruel for it. he thinks murder is ok. he believes that if it's justified, it should happen. a little cuckoo but it's ok I love my men silly

Some other facts about him are that he's super paranoid like deep in psychosis paranoid but he's not afraid of things like storms or monsters just people. a little quirky. yeah.

I'm a little too sick to go more indepth into his whole personality (thanks to whatever form of the cold I have), but he means a lot to me. I projected a lot of my internal feelings onto the second chance cast, and he matches up with most of my insecurities. I care him and I want to use him as a pillow.

Day 8- Past

Laika and Pomme on the Angel Nest.

The setting for The Old Frontier is the reclamation of ruins on the planet's surface by the survivors of a utopian space colony following a disaster known as the StOS (surface to orbital strike)

Two Characters I made for the setting are Laika and Pomme, fiances who met before the disaster on the ring shaped space station (Angel Nest) and survived to find each other on the surface. One of their favorite date spots was an orchard with a fixed planet facing window, looking at a world they never expected to visit and sharing a piece of fruit.

#8- Past

I had a hard time choosing who to do for this prompt because I love backstories lol but I settled on these two. This is Jayce and June! You might have seen Jayce before, but June is pretty new, from this past summer. She’s a supporting character/kinda mentor to Jayce.

June used to be in the same situation Jayce was, but through a convoluted series of events managed to escape (albeit stranded in an unfamiliar universe). Eventually, the two of them met, and June recognizes Jayce’s predicament immediately. She sees her younger self in them, and knowing from experience just how wrong multiverse travel can go, reluctantly agrees to try to help them get home.
