- Sanji was adopted by Zeff when he was seven

- had to go through therapy because of all the trauma caused by his biological family (especially “father”)

- he’s ok now 👍🏻

- first time he called Zeff “dad” was an accident, Sanji was twelve and it was a really rough day, he was very sad and it just slipped

- does martial arts in free time as a hobby

- picked up smoking from Zeff (Sanji thought that he looked so cool while smoking and wanted to be this cool too)

- well… Zeff saw how Sanji tried to smoke when he was just fourteen and it didn’t went well for the teen🫣

- he always admired Zeff and is very grateful for changing his life

- knew from the very young age that he wanted to be a chef, and as soon as Zeff allowed he started helping at old man’s restaurant

- started as a chore boy and then waiter

- after he graduated from culinary school he opened All Blue with Zeff’s help

- now All Blue is the best restaurant in the country

- even tho Sanji is very flirtatious person, he doesn’t date much (partially because of some of the insecurities that are still left and partially because he’s hopeless romantic and wants his relationship to be very special)

- Sanji loves to watch documentaries about seas and oceans 🌊

- when he first met Zoro it was after the Strawhats won some important match (he heard it was important bt didn’t really care for hockey), the team booked whole restaurant to celebrate and Sanji decided to congratulate them on win

- when he came out of the kitchen first thing he noticed was ridiculous green hair, but then the owner of this stupid hair turned his way and Sanji was lost

I was almost named after someone but it changed because the name 'sounded too old'. I was almost an 80 year old baby 😂

When was the last time you cried?

Full-on cried? Probably months ago. I got a little teary watching Black Panther: Wakanda Forever recently though.

Do you have kids?

No, but I'd like to one day. But that's a whole other complicated issue.

Do you use sarcasm a lot?

Yep. If I ever stop being sassy, assume I'm dead.

What's the first thing you notice about people?

Physically? Their eyes. Personality-wise, their sense of humor and the way they laugh.

What's your eye color?

Blue.

Scary movies or happy endings?

Both. Both is good. I like being scared, but I also hate being scared...and I think I speak for everyone when I say you can't beat a good rom-com!!!

Any special talents?

Hmmm, apparently I can throw my voice and it freaks people out - that's my theater training in action babyyy!!! 😂

What are your hobbies?

I hate this question so much because I always have this moment of staring wistfully into the middle distance like 'what is a hobby?' lmao BUT I guess I'd have to say writing, playing the piano, video games (just finished Resident Evil: Village and about to get onto the DLC)

Have any pets?

Three chaotic dogs - one of them has emotional problems so fireworks are his arch enemy (but so are trucks, the doorbell, wine corks, balloons, the vacuum....I could go on)

What sports do you play/have you played?

Tennis, badminton, lacrosse, hockey, but not anymore! I'm more of a yoga/pilates gal these days.

Dream job?

Writer for TV & Film, although I have a few novels left in me yet - although I do think about getting into interior design staging every now and then. Either way it comes down to something creative & flexible (like me 😏)

Okay okay I’m thinking, our angel boy had a big heart and a dense brain - plus he’s Swedish and as a person who has lived in Stockholm for a while moving from North America…getting those boys to a point where you are dating and finally saying the first “I love you” feels like a million years compared to Canadians! So maybe you’re like on the edge because like duh he’s who you see as your life partner and you know I’m your bones you love him but you still haven’t said it after being like 5 months in so you just casually drop it one night lol rip the bandaid off, what’s his reaction? Three Little Words I William Nylander

One significant aspect that truly appealed to you about your boyfriend, William Nylander, was his serene and easy-going nature.

He hardly seemed bothered by much, perhaps apart from his affection for his dogs, and his relaxed attitude had a way of influencing those around him.

Yet despite adoring this quality about him, it reached a point where it began to frustrate you. While you knew you were in a committed relationship, somehow the weighty words remained unspoken.

And you longed for hearing those words.

Deep within your heart, you acknowledged your love for William. Love. Not mere fondness, not adoration, nor simply enjoying time together - love.

But it was a great phrase to vocalise. At least, for most people that was.

Five months into your relationship, you were desperate to express those sentiments. Yet, for some peculiar reason, a part of you hesitated. Maybe a part of you wished for William to be the first to utter those words, to openly reveal his commitment to you.

Yet, silence prevailed. He said nothing.

William, however, didn't dwell too much on these thoughts.

He simply found immense joy in being in a relationship without an overly dramatic girlfriend, one who'd spark a quarrel if he didn't head straight home after a match or text her constantly while on the road. No, you were different, and he cherished that about you.

You stood by him no matter what, and nothing ever seemed to set off any alarms.

William had been with several girls during his late teens and adult life, but none of those relationships endured. His hockey career consumed much of his time, causing many women to grow weary of his lifestyle. Consequently, he refrained from fully committing when entering new relationships.

However, when he noticed that you weren't easily intimidated by his bustling lifestyle, he immediately felt the urge to keep you close.

And there was no reason for concern. William had captured your heart almost immediately, and you were completely devoted to him.

So tonight, you made a mental resolution to test the waters a bit.

During one of your usual date nights on his day off, you had planned to watch a movie together on the sofa after dinner. And this seemed like the perfect opportunity to express your feelings, but it turned out to be more challenging than anticipated.

Throughout the evening, the mere thought of opening up made you incredibly nervous, yet William seemed oblivious to your inner turmoil.

He carried on discussing his training, his preparations for the upcoming match, and how he had honed his skills. His enthusiasm for hockey was endearing.

Initially, he refrained from sharing too much, not wanting to overwhelm you with technical details and descriptions you might not care about. But over time, you had conveyed your enjoyment in listening to him talk about it. Hockey wasn't just a hobby for him; it was his lifestyle and an unfiltered passion to the core. And you simply couldn't help but be captivated whenever he delved into it. His eyes sparkled like Christmas lights, and his words spilled out in sheer eagerness.

It was nothing but adorable.

And as you sat together on the sofa, earnestly trying to focus on your boyfriend's conversation, your mind raced, grappling with how to articulate those three significant words.

Yet, no conclusion emerged.

"Shit," you murmured quietly under your breath.

"What's up, babe?" William asked curiously, but you just shook your head and responded with a sweet 'nothing'.

And after William finished sharing his story, you both switched to watching a movie, settling on the sofa surrounded by your favourite snacks.

The movie was captivating, and soon both of you were engrossed in it. However, when the film's plot touched upon a romantic scene, your initial plan resurfaced.

Summoning a deep breath, you geared yourself up to speak. 'Just get it over with,' you urged yourself. And with William focused on the large TV screen, you softly blurted out, "Willy, I love you."

It felt like a rush of emotions surging out of you as the words left your mouth.

And William was slightly taken aback.

It was a combination of your unexpected choice of words and the abrupt interruption during the movie that left him speechless.

Your expression radiated nothing but sincerity and concern as your eyes searched for any indication of his feelings towards you.

You could almost feel your jaw tightening as he remained silent, his eyes locking with yours for what felt like an eternity, though it was only a few minutes in reality.

But suddenly, he broke the silence.

"You what?"

His tone held neither disgust nor excitement.

"I love you," you repeated softly, this time with a touch more confidence, realising that the words were out and there was no retreat. You felt your body gradually relax, standing by your spoken words with a certainty, irrespective of William's response.

"Babe," William began slowly, "I love you too..."

His voice carried tenderness, yet his facial expression remained inscrutable.

The movie's sound filled the room as both of you sat in silence, eyes fixed on each other.

You studied William's face intently, struggling to interpret his expression, or rather, the absence of one. He maintained a stoic, serious look, but his demeanour seemed calm and nonchalant as always. 

"Do you?" you asked tentatively, prompting a slight shift in William's reaction.

A gentle smile appeared on his face, accompanied by a soft chuckle. "Of course, why wouldn't I?"

His response left you somewhat confused.

"Well, I just didn't know that you did..." you admitted, feeling puzzled by his excessively relaxed reply.

"What do you mean? We've been dating for, like, 4-5 months... you practically live here, and we talk all the time," he grinned broadly.

"That doesn't automatically mean you love me, Willy," you retorted, almost defensively, which only amplified his laughter. "It's not funny! I need to know how you feel."

"Is that why you've been so nervous lately?" His laughter grew louder.

"Well... yeah, maybe... I wasn't sure where we stood, and I wanted to express my feelings. I just didn't know how," you admitted, caught between feeling frustrated by the situation and relieved that it didn't seem to be a significant issue.

"Babe, of course I love you – I know I haven't said it, but that's because I thought you knew..."

His statement took you by surprise. He thought what?

"Willy, darling, how am I supposed to know how you feel if you don't tell me?" you asked, with a nervous grin, causing him to rub his neck as he considered your point.

"I guess... I don't know," he shrugged.

"You do realise I can't read your mind... right?" you lightly chuckled.

"Well, maybe that's a good thing, you know," he joked, shifting his body slightly to draw you closer. "But I do... love you," he added softly, before elaborating. "And I'm sorry if me saying it first meant something to you, but... I've been in relationships on and off for years – and every time I said those words, they'd get all excited... yet a few months later, they were gone anyway. So, I guess I just stopped saying it... in case it wouldn't last."

As William expressed his true feelings, a sense of relief washed over him, leaving you slightly puzzled by his unexpected deep confession.

In fact, you hadn't really considered his perspective on this issue before, but now it all began to fall into place.

"Good," you softly expressed, feeling the weight lift off your shoulders. "And for future reference, please clue me in on what's going on in that head of yours, so I won't be a wreck for weeks," you playfully pleaded.

"Seriously? You've been thinking this over this for weeks?" he chuckled.

"Well... maybe," you grinned. "But that's not the point. What matters is that you promise to share whatever's going on in that sweet little dense brain of yours, no matter what it is."

William couldn't help but smile, his eyes fixed on you, a subtle lick of his lips indicating his amusement.

"Well, maybe, for what I have in mind right now, it's better if I show you instead," he suggested, a mischievous grin spreading across his face.

You couldn't resist a chuckle. "Seriously? I was being romantic, and then you bring in your kinky fuckery," you teased, raising an eyebrow.

"Well, of course, you declaring your love – that's sexy, babe, and now I've got to show you just how much I love you too."

Once more, a gentle sigh escaped you as you chuckled at your boyfriend's words, and tenderly, both of you closed the distance between you, meeting in a heartfelt kiss.

On March 4th 1936 Jim Clark, Formula I World motor racing champion was born in Fife.

Clark was raised on a farm near Duns, close to the border with England along with 4 sisters. After a few years, he was sent to the Loretto School in Musselburgh to finish his education, his main sporting interests being cricket and hockey.

When he was 16, however, his uncle and grandfather both passed away and he was forced to return home. Now, Clark had no dreams of being a racing driver at this point. He knew that it was expected of him, having only sisters, to take over the family business and raise sheep.

One day, in 1956, going to a Young Farmers meeting, Clark overtook another car on his way there. The driver of the overtaken car, Ian Scott-Watson, thought Clark was an idiot for driving as if he was a racing driver and, upon arriving at the Young Farmers meeting, sought out the driver to tell him off. They became best friends in little time and Scott-Watson would be the man responsible for changing Clark’s life completely...

Scott-Watson was doing local racing events in a Sunbeam-Talbot and invited his new best friend to join him. Clark accepted and started tagging along as a mechanic. One time, after Scott-Watson finished his practice for the race the next day, Clark went out to see what driving on a track felt like. And in 5 laps, he was 3 seconds faster than Scott-Watson, who couldn’t believe what he was witnessing. When he got out of the car, Clark asked his friend why everyone was going so slowly. His friend, who still could not believe what he had just seen, explained to Clark that the others were not going slow, he was just going so bloody fast... It really did seem that Clark’s ability to drive was simply something he was born with, a natural talent.

Clark went on to drive through the ranks and by 1959 was driving for the Lotus formula Junior team, about the same time his father talked to him and told him that either his racing hobby would pay for itself or he would have to give it up. Little did he know what was in store for his only son.

In 72 starts Clark was victorious 25 times during his short career, he also won numerous other races, including the prestigious Indianapolis 500. Jim competed and excelled in most forms of driving; in 1964 he was British and French Formula 2 champion and British Saloon Car champion too.

Although more recent drivers have won more races at Formula 1 level Jim was competing in an era where there were only 8-10 Championship races a season. In addition between 1960 and his death he won another 24 non-championship Grand Prix. Another feature of Jim’s ability was that when he did not win he had often not finished the race. In his Grand Prix career he only had one second place. Some of Jim’s wins and minor places were occurred when he was nursing an ailing car and only his ability got it to the finish line.

As I said earlier there were only 8-10 races in Formula One in those days, in 1968 Clark won the first grand prix in South Africa, there was however more than four months until the next big race in Spain, drivers filled the time driving in lesser races, and so it was that he ended up driving in a Formula Two race at a wet Hockenheim on 7 April 1968.

The Lotus, he was driving, on Firestone tyres was poor in the rain, and uncompetitive, unusually for him Clark was neither a front-runner nor making ground on those who were.

Then something went wrong at the fast Ostkurve. There were no barriers and Clark's car plunged at full speed into the trees, where he was killed instantly.

Fellow Scot Jackie Stewart is still angered by the crash ad the memories it brings saying, "Jim Clark died almost certainly because of a vehicle failure of some kind,There was no barrier, no fencing in front of a forest. And Jim Clark died violently in a forest, being hit by young trees and big trees alike, and his car was almost totally destroyed. And Jimmy died. It just was inconceivable."

In the most tragic of circumstances, then, Clark helped define the future of the sport, as well as bestriding like a colossus part of its past.

Clark was trying to win his third title and retire. He talked to the other drivers that he was starting to worry about what he would do once he stopped racing, since he knew he could not do it forever, even if he really did enjoy racing, and he would have to stop at some point, go back to Scotland and raise a family.

He also confided in Stewart, who by then was a very known advocate for safety in racing, that he did think of the dangers sometimes, especially if there were trees around a track.

4. What are your top 5 fics by kudos? spectacular (glasses sex!), it's the day the world didn't end, from this morning forward (that makes me so happy), got you covered, wild side

5. Do you respond to comments? yes. if I ever don't, I'm sorry, it's not because i didn't love your comment, but i just don't get around to it right away sometimes. but i try to reply to every single one because i love them all.

6. What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending? ohhh. i don't write super angsty endings . . . I guess mend into pieces bc it's season 2 and they know they're making a mistake, but we all know they'll figure it out eventually, so.

7. What’s the fic you wrote with the happiest ending? they pretty much all end happily. i'm going to more or less randomly pick five ways to say i love you. because i loved writing that ending.

8. Do you get hate on fics? so, okay. there are two stories here i want to tell from an old fandom. one is funny. one is kind of great, really?

the funny one: i got a looooong comment on a fic, like several paragraphs long, going into great detail about why the fic sucked and why i sucked and why i had personally offended them by writing fic at all. they obvs meant to comment anonymously but forgot to log out. by the time i got to my computer, they had deleted their entire account. of course i had their name in the ao3 email. i laughed so hard at that.

the kind of amazing one: i got a very rude anon on tumblr, and i responded by saying i'd be happy to discuss their criticism, but i wasn't going to have a conversation with a hockey puck with sunglasses, and asked them to come off anon so we could talk. and they did! they showed up in my dms a short while later. we solved nothing and did not part as friends, but i actually have mad respect for that. wherever they are today, i hope they have taken some anger management classes and are doing well!

9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind? yeah, i certainly do. idk what kind? the porny kind? lol no i mean it's kind of lame but fun.

10. Do you write crossovers? i wrote a stargate atlantis/firefly crossover centuries ago but that was it. or maybe start trek with sth else, i don't remember.

11. Have you ever had a fic stolen? not to my knowledge.

12. Have you ever had a fic translated? i don't think so, no.

13. Have you ever co-written a fic before? yes! it's so much fun and i would do it again.

1. Is writing a hobby or way of life? i mean it's a hobby but it's definitely also a way of life. there isn't ever a time when i don't think about writing and everything all the time connects in some way to a thing i'm writing and i can't imagine what i'd do without writing.

3. Who (or what) is your writing inspiration? everything. random things. i can't think of one specific thing, it can be literally anything.

5. Has writing from someone else's POV ever changed your own perspective? yeah, i think so. not in any big way, but about smaller stuff, just the way i look at certain things? yes.

6. Tumblr, AO3, LiveJournal, or FFN? ao3!!! my tinkerbell brain loves the comment section, haha. also it's just so much nicer to read on ao3 and there's the download option, so also as a reader, def ao3.

7. AO3 wordcount, and are you satisfied with it? 70.063 - no, i'm not satisfied with it. i used to write multi-chapters with more words. but it's a new account so yeah starting small again.

8. What movie/book/fic gripped you irrevocably? jasper fforde's 'thursday next' series. it's where i stole my name from. literary detectives? oh man. it's the kind of story where you wish you'd had the idea first. go read it!!!!!

What's the highest compliment you could ever be given, and have you been given it? i am really really lucky to have been given so many amazing compliments and i appreciate every single one. i couldn't say what means the most to me . . . probably when it's personal to the commenter? when someone tells me sth i've written touched them in some way. bc that's what i want to achieve.

What defines your writing style? lol idek man pretentious purple prose? i think i live somewhere between overuse of metaphors and focus on the rhythm of a text. i love writing in english bc it flows so nicely. idk is trying to make it sound nice a style bc then that's at least what i'm going for.

Little league

Percy wasn’t a big fan of early mornings. Especially on Saturdays when he wanted to do nothing all day. But having kids changes a lot of things in your life. Including your routine and your much needed sleep on weekends.

That was the reason behind him braiding his daughter’s hair at 7 am. “Come on, daddy. We’ll be late.” Zoe complained.

“We have an hour ahead of us. You have nothing to worry about.”

“But we have a game today.”

“They won’t start without you.” He smiled as he liked that his daughter was old enough to be passionate about her hobbies. “You’re ready.”

Zoe stared herself at the mirror. “Thank you, daddy.”

“I’ll go make pancakes.” Percy said as he took Zoe’s bag with him downstairs.

Charlie was in the living room, watching television and drinking a smoothie. “Hey, bub. What do you want on your pancakes?”

Charlie turned to face him. “Chocolate chips and maple syrup.”

“Coming right up.” Percy let down Zoe’s bag and took the batter he had already prepared and started making pancakes. Did they have enough time? No. Would they make it on time? To be announced. 5 minutes later everyone was eating pancakes and they managed to get out of the house on time.

Percy was sitting in the stands wishing he had brought an extra coffee with him. Annabeth was rocking Lana who was sleeping in her stroller, away from the other parents. Charlie and Theo were sitting on the grass close to her, looking very bored. Percy tried to focus on the game, but the lack of caffeine was making it impossible for him. Magically, a coffee appeared next to him. Well, Nico gave him the coffee as he sat next to him. “I love you.”

“I am not your wife, Percy.” Nico said as he drank some of his coffee.

“You would love that, wouldn’t you.” Percy joked.

“Fuck off.”

“There are little kids here.” Percy gasped. He knew that Nico was still bad at censoring himself even after 3 kids, something that Percy liked to take advantage of.

“And all of them are asleep.” Nico ran his hand through his hair and put on his aviators.

“Thanks for the coffee.”

“We should convince the coach to move everything an hour later. I can’t function this early.”

“I totally agree. It’s enough that I have to wake up early on weekdays, I am not doing it on weekends as well.” Percy complained. “And we have Charlie’s games on Sundays.”

“Still interested in hockey?”

“Crazy about it. Although, Annabeth is making him a Bruins fan which I am not a big fan of. Like there are excellent teams in New York. Like the Rangers.”

“I prefer the Devils.” Nico added. “Or the Islanders.”

“Not you as well. I need someone to agree with me. Will! Come here.” Percy said to Will who was a few steps bellow them. He climbed up and sat next to his husband. Soon Rachel came as well holding Jasmine. “Rach? What are you doing here?”

“Bianca wanted me to come, so here I am.”

“What’s the best NHL team?”

“Penguins or Bruins.” Will stated.

“What did I expect from a Harvard graduate? Rach?”

“Rangers.” Rachel replied like it was the only right answer. Which was in Percy’s mind.

“Thank you. One sane person around here.” Percy exclaimed.

The next 6 minutes were relatively quiet until a girl from the other team pushed a girl from their team. “Penalty! That’s unacceptable.” Will shouted making Nico sink lower in his seat.

Will was way too passionate in Percy’s opinions. Especially if you considered that they were watching 6-year-old girls play soccer. But it was fun to watch him. And even more amusing watching Nico telling him to be quieter. “Will, for God’s sake. It’s Little League, not NFL.”

“Technically, this is soccer not football.” Will snickered.

“Only in America.” Nico noted.

“The player should be disqualified.” He argued. Percy wished he had popcorn with him.

“The player is a 4-year-old.”

“It doesn’t matter. It’s illegal behaviour.”

“Like I haven’t seen the moves you were teaching Bianca.” Nico accused him. Rachel pulled a packet cookies from her bag and gave some to Percy as they were both interested to where their bickering would end up.

“That’s different.”

“How is that different?”

“It’s self-defence.”

“She isn’t allowed to touch the other players.” Nico said.

“How about both of you calm down?” Rachel proposed to her friends. Jasmine grasped their attention as she started pointing towards Bianca. “Yes, Jas. That’s Bee. “Oh she is. I am never letting her go.” Percy promised.

He turned his attention to the three boys sitting on the lawn, a few feet away from him. Theo was listening carefully while Ryder was talking enthusiastically about something that Percy couldn’t understand. Theo looked actually interested with what Ryder was saying which seemed a bit unusual as Theo dismissed 99% of the people that talked to him. I guess he liked that Ryder wasn’t pressing him to talk him like most kids their age did.

Then, Percy turned his attention to Charlie who was sprawled on the lawn playing on Annabeth’s iPad. “Bub? You’re good?”

“I am bored.” Charlie said as he closed the iPad. “Why should I come every week?”

“To support your sister. She comes to your games.” Percy said.

“If she doesn’t want to come, I won’t mind. Like they are obviously the better team. And they don’t even keep score.” Charlie argued.

“If they don’t keep score then how do you know that they are better?” He questioned his son who looked at him with the most ‘seriously now?’ Annabeth Chase expression in existence.

“I just know. And they aren’t even allowed to touch the other players. Where is the fun to that?”

“Not everyone likes Hockey, bub.”

“And they are wrong.”

“Don’t you like that we eat out after the game?”

“I guess the food is fine.” Charlie thought to himself. “And when I play for the Bruins I will want Zoe to come and see me play.”

Percy had heard Charlie say that he wanted to play hockey when he was older. He knew that it was one of the most common answers a kid gave to these questions, but Percy liked his enthusiasm about the sport. Bobby was fuelling to his son’s ambitions as he kept mentioning over and over again that his kid was NHL material. To which Annabeth reminded him that he was 6.

 “Bruins? Not the Rangers?”

“No, the Bruins. They’re a better team, dad.”

“You’re killing your old man. I hope you know it.” Percy joked.

“You aren’t that old.” Charlie replied. “And if they give me a million dollars I’ll play for the Rangers.”

“I’ll give you a million to play for the Rangers.”

“Deal. But I am not supporting them. I’m just going to play for them.”

“Enough for me, bub.” Then he turned his attention to Lana who was finally awake. When she realised she was noticed she immediately started reaching for him. Percy took her out of the stroller and on him. “Look at Zoe. How well she is playing.” He said to the little girl who was scanning her surroundings.

“Can I hold her?” Charlie asked as he put the iPad in Lana’s diaper bag.

“Yes, but you have to be careful.”

“No running or jumping.” He stated as Percy lowered Lana to his son’s arms. Lana squealed in delight as she realised Charlie was holding her. She loved her older brother, which reminded Percy to snap another picture of his kids.

“Dad, no more pictures.” Charlie replied annoyedly. “You have a gazillion pictures of us.”

“And I want a gazillion and one pictures of you. When you’re older you’re going to be glad that I was taking pictures of you.”

“They’re done.” Charlie said as he saw Annabeth and Zoe walking towards them.

“Excellent game, Zo.” Percy said as Zoe ran up to him. “You’re a talent. Show stopping.”

“Thanks, daddy.” Zoe smiled. “Can we go eat now? I’m hungry.”

I have a couple names. My birthname I believe I was named after someone on my mother's side of the family, but I'm not certain. As for my actual names, if it counts, Salamatullah is a theophoric name, so it bears the name of God (Allah) :)

2. When was the last time you cried?

The other day, I was certain everyone I loved was dead and that I was about to die (I was not, no one had died. give it up for psychosis)

3. Do you have kids?

No, but I've been mistaken for being a parent since I was like 16 lmao

4. What sports do you play/have you played?

Before my health was Bad(tm), I played a lot of sports in my youth. My favorite was figure skating, though I also played hockey, basketball, volleyball, baseball, archery, etc. through various community programs. I also was a founding member of my high schools cheerleading team, before the transphobia caused me to leave it. And I did horseback riding through a special olympics kinda program.

5. Do you use sarcasm?

Sometimes. Not as often as people I know.

6. What is the first thing you notice about people?

Very little. Genuinely can't think of a specific, I'm very bad with faces and people in general 😂. I think I usually notice piercings or tattoos, maybe just because I have piercings and tattoos so I like seeing other people with em.

Man... I love both.

9. Any talents?

Talent always feels like a strong word. I suppose art is something I'm talented at. And since I've started beading people have said I'm talented with that. I'd like to think I retain some programming talent and technical writing talent from university.

I do a lot of crafts: knitting, embroidery, sewing, beading. Like mentioned I draw, I also write. I like to read. I play video games. I like writing analysis essays about media.

Yes! My old man. He's a little guy and gonna be 14. He's my beloved elderly puppy.

5'9.5 I believe. I get measured pretty regularly since I'm always at the doctor.

In high school, math was my favorite because it was the only one I was good at. In university, linguistics was my favorite but that was quite soured by the fact that academia and linguists in general tend to be horrifically racist and classist and colonialist and I experienced countless of microaggressions every day. 15. Dream job?

Might seem weird but I would like to be a custodian, but only if we're talking dream where I can also dream up a custodial job that accommodates my disabilities, doesn't treat me as subhuman, and pays enough to life comfortably. I like cleaning, I like doing repetitive tasks, I like that its work that doesn't require me to talk with many people, I can just put on music and chill. It's a perfect autism job. But I don't think I could take the way (white) people treated me when I was cleaning for them.

2. When was the last time you cried?

About an hour ago! Just a little cry, my parents and brother have been visiting me over the weekend as it's my birthday soon and they'd just left so I'm back to being here on my own!

3. Do you have kids?

No, and I don't see that in my future, but am honorary auntie to my friends children

4. What sports do you play/ have you played?

Currently playing field hockey. I've been playing for 11 years now. I absolutely love it, playing in defense and in goal, and also coach and umpire (umpiring only when they reeeeally need me to though!).

Have played - would be easier to list what I haven't 😂 I've played football, cricket, basketball, netball, volleyball, to name a few.

While being able bodied myself, a friend of mine who works with local charities for disabilities organised some wheelchair basketball tournaments that I'd been invited to play in. Quite an experience! Don't think I embarrassed myself too much, but a bunch of us from my hockey team put a team together, and we had fun and a laugh with the other teams involved.

5. Do you use sarcasm?

Yes, to my detriment. I once sarcastically agreed to be a hockey team captain one year, the sarcasm wasn't picked up and a couple of months later I see a facebook post advertising me as one of the captains :| I followed through and did the year, but never again!

6. What's the first thing you notice about people?

Eyes, mouth, facial expression, gauging their interest in the current situation

Blue and brown - brown around the pupils, kinda starbursting out into blue towards the edges (central heterochromia o.O)

Scary movies usually, I'm a bit cynical and like it when there's a twist at the end where the bad guy wins!

Not especially, I'm reasonably good at as sports and crafty things. My 'weird' talent would be that my fingers are hypermobile, so my fingers bend a bit backwards at the knuckles, and I can bent the finger tip joints while keeping the rest of the finger straight

ARE YOU NAMED AFTER ANYONE?

Yes! An ancestor my mother was obsessed with, I think the original Irish immigrant in our family to move to Australia. Her name was Eliza, but that didn’t work with our surname so instead I was given one of the most popular names from the year I was born. I prefer to think I was named after my grandmother whose name was Elizabeth.

WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU CRIED?

A couple of days ago when my legs were hurting (I have RA).

Yes! 4! All apparently adult (but I’m in denial)

I used to be both a state level (field) hockey player and cross country runner in high school. I can swim really well too. I started running again a few years back but my knees started collapsing under me because of RA so that really put a stop to that.

I share my middle name with my mom.

A couple days ago. The last month has been a bit rough.

No and never will.

I played soccer when I in like elementary school and then did a season of tennis in like high school. Low-key hated doing both of them. I'm not really one for playing sports unless it's the sort of casual pick up game with friends. I much prefer to watch.

I'm going to be honest I am not self aware enough to know the answer to this one. But probably their outfit if I had to guess.

To my endless annoyance my brain is absolutely the worst while watching scary movies, like the most obviously built up jump scare will still spook me, so happy endings I guess.

Uh, I'm really good at packing? And I'm pretty good with horses? I don't know, my mind kind of blanked on anything I have ever been good at when I read this.

I am a huge nerd and also a grandmother (this is not a slight towards grandmothers). I love watching movies and binging tv shows and have an extensive dvd collection because they will tear physical media from my cold dead hands. I also love playing video games and really want to build my own desktop one of these days towards that end. I will read anything that looks half interesting and have also lost many an hour to writing whatever idea pops into my head. I crochet, can technically knit, and am learning how to spin yarn and sew beyond basic mending. I also play sudoku, solitaire (spider specifically), and do puzzles. Plus like hiking and traveling to occasionally get out of the house. Oh and hockey.

Nope. I grew up with a wide variety of animals but have yet to get one of my own. Someday I'm considering getting a cat or two but we'll see.

I am 5'5".

14. favorite subject in school?

History, followed closely by English. This probably has just as much to do with my teachers as the actual subject material as those classes were really fun.

15. dream job?

None lol. I dream of financial stability not working. If I had to pick something though it would probably be something physical. I like being able to say "I made that" or something with horses. I loved working with them before. Most realistically though it wouldn't be one thing. I like the idea of being a jack of all trades type and bouncing around learning how to do a bunch of things.

1. Are you named after anyone?

Nah, my dad got to choose my name and my mom chose my brothers name and I am not a fan of either (although my brothers name is very fitting actually)

2. When was the last time you cried?

Bawled my eyes out while reading fic the other day. I'm a crier, I cry all the time.

3. Do you have kids?

Too many 😂 (but none of the my own)

4. What sports do you play/have played?

I used to do cheer until I was like 10, I played handball from 9 to 17, but I stopped because I couldn't keep up with the team anymore after coming back from an injury.

I actually love doing sports, but I'm a team sports kinda person and I'm not a fan of the gym, even though I am a member (for the third time and I'm better at going then the other two times, but I've been injured again since May and haven't been a lot).

I do love me some Zumba!!!

5. Do you use sarcasm?

Yep.

6. What's the first thing you notice about people?

Their hair and if they have clean hands 😂

Blue/green (more green)

8. Scary movies or happy endings?

Happy all the way.

Nah, generically good at lots of things but not really talented at anything.

reading, baking/cooking, doing charcuterie boards whenever I find an excuse, can going out to eat be a hobby? because I do it a lot 😂, hiking, hockey, traveling, photography (I shouldn't be allowed to say that anymore with how little I've done it lately)

I have a Hugo, who isn't my pet but...

1. Are you named after anyone?

Nope, but the spelling of my name does come from a Dr. Seuss book.... oh wait also my middle name was named after some Kiwi (NZ) person who was popular at the time ?? because my parents didn't think we were going to stay in NZ and wanted to give me a connection to there (plot twist we ended up staying and I have no clue who the supposedly famous person is)

2. When was the last time you cried?

Like an hour ago. Ha. Ha ha. :(

3. Do you have kids?

I'm still at university. I really want to one day though.

4. What sports do you play/have you played?

I currently play tennis and have since I was 4. I used to play hockey (field hockey) all through school, and played football (soccer) for a few years. Also a bunch of others but not enough to warrant mentioning.

This is such a random question. What does it mean??? I notice a lot about a person but the first thing hmm I'm not sure. Let's just go with eyes, smile, hair. Because like yeah, sure.
