My Bookshelf

A major part of my weightless maintenance success has been due to people like Sarah Wilson and David Gillespie. I have found their books to be an invaluable resource and I can’t thank them enough for opening my eyes to a whole new way of living.

Their books have taught me that I don’t need to be a slave to my hunger and satiety hormones. That there is more to life than thinking about food all day. Instead I now study it, which is a way more productive use of my time.

I have gone from an overweight, insomniac, tired all the time sugar addict that hated exercise, to someone that can get up in the morning, without too much effort, run a half marathon in just over 2 hrs and feel just as satieted at 9am as I do at 3:30pm.

If this sounds like you and your ready to make the change, I encourage you to read these books. I hope the 3 people that have already bought "The Australian Sugar Free Shopper's Guide" are finding it useful.
