angel & david hcs because i always miss them

- whenever david wakes up before angel, he’ll fold over his side of the blanket onto them so they’re extra warm

- sometimes angel smells so good david has to fight back the urge to bite them (and vise versa)

- angel often does david’s eyebrows. when they straddle him, he will always run his hands gently up and down their thighs. when they accidentally pinch his skin with the tweezers, angel will rub the spot with their thumb, whisper “sorry sorry” and softly kiss it better

- david has one of those thick ass otterbox phone cases. when angel teases him about it, he’ll scoff “shut up. it’s practical”

- david watches knife/spear making videos while angel showers. when they finish, without even turning his head to look at them, he’ll open an arm, allowing angel to snuggle in close and watch with him

- every single time angel helps david shave, he kisses their face with shaving cream still on his lips. they eventually learned how to dodge his attacks, forcing him to get creative (which results in full-blown shaving cream fights)

- angel likes to rub their head and face on david’s bicep like a cat

- david will cut angel’s favorite fruit and hand them the plate wordlessly, along with a tiny fork stuck in one of the pieces. if they’re occupied, they’ll let out a demanding “ahh” to instruct david to reluctantly feed them

- when angel picks something off the floor while sitting, david will ALWAYS cover the table’s corner to protect their head as they sit back up

- angel likes to spin david’s wedding ring while playing with his hands. they also enjoy bumping their ring with his just to hear the little *clink*

- when it’s time to deep clean the house, angel sets them back an hour by stopping to look through photo albums. after the wedding, one hour became two

WEDDING HEADCANNONS

•Milo and Sweetheart definitely woke up earlier than the two

- because Milo was fucking nervous af

-Sweetheart probably figured that out and knew he’d panic

•Asher definitely set his timer like 5 or 10 mins earlier than needed because he knew he’ll hate the alarm even when its his big day.

•Sam and Darlin definitely promised each other to be the bestest best man and maid of honor even if it means spilling a whole bottle and knocking someone out if they even tried to ruin the wedding.

•The car ride for the mates was all about talking shit about the others. I feel like they’d also have a moment sharing to Sweetheart and Darlin all the things they’re excited for and then Sweetheart and Darlin would just be so proud of them and of Asher and David

•Angel and Babe having a moment just sharing to each other how excited they are and just how much they mean to one another too.

•Milo or Sweetheart would definitely pull the other somewhere and do a little ‘I do’ moment too with vows and stuff (I feel like Angel would see them and wait until they got it out of their system before screaming out “I’d do you too” to Sweetheart…)

•Babe and Angel would try to include Sweetheart to everything because even though they said they won’t need a wedding it’s still really fun and they want Sweetheart to experience that.

•Angel saved seats for David’s Parents and during Asher’s vows David noticed the seats

• Angel having a seat for David’s imaginary friend Caelum (That he probably mentioned once and Angel remembered..) David would meet Caelum’s gaze for a sec and he would probably show himself to Angel now too..

•Darlin and Sam were def looking at each other during the vows

•Asher and Babe just crying and forgetting to bring tissues and Angel and David just brought some because they knew they’d forget

Asher and babe both put their hands on eachothers cheeks at the same time.

Milo x sweetheart

Sweetheart's hands rest on his tittys chest. They float a little whenever they kiss. Milo's hands tend to be on sweetheart's ass and if ever they float a littke to much he pulls them down.

Headcanons for the Shaw Pack's Relationships with Marie Greer

Inspired by a DM from @luminesceintbutterfly

David... sees Marie as the mother he never had. She steps in as a motherly figure in his life, even during moments when he resists it. From birth to adulthood, Marie is there for him through thick and thin. (Interested in seeing that relationship featured in a fic? Check out "In Name and Spirit.")

Angel... sees Marie as a wise beacon of both shifter information and life wisdom. Marie can see the positive change to David that Angel enacts, and she is forever grateful to this kind unempowered human. Angel will often consult Marie when it comes to navigating their alpha-mate duties. Marie is more than happy to lend an ear, hand, or shoulder.

Asher... sees Marie as a powerhouse. To him, Marie is as close as an aunt as someone can get. Marie is Áine's best friend (my headcanon of Asher's mother), lending any help she could to help the humanborn couple acclimate to life in a pack for the first time. Find out more about Asher's parents' story in Chapter 4 of Packed with Love . Growing up, Marie could always be trusted to heal Asher's many injuries and, scold him for putting himself at risk. Despite those lectures, Asher knows that Marie always has his back, and trusts her with his life.

Babe... sees Marie as a role model. Marie is so sure of herself, so focused, so capable and strong. She can do anything she sets her mind to, and inspires everyone around her to work as hard as she does. Babe always loves to hear Marie tell a story, finding their senses of humor to be very similar. Babe aspires to make Marie proud as they figure out how to serve the pack as beta-mate.

Milo... sees Marie as his mama. The woman who raised him. The woman who protects him. The woman who spent her whole life making sure he was cared for, loved, and set up for success, no matter how the odds were stacked. Milo knows just how lucky he is to have her in his life (even if she does drive him crazy sometimes), and he spends his life trying to be a man who makes his mama proud.

Sweetheart... sees Marie as a hero who raised their very favorite person. Marie embraces Sweetheart with all her heart, and Sweetheart is forever grateful. Their relationship is solid, strong, and loving. Marie is so ready to do anything for Sweetheart, because she truly wants her son's mate to be happy, healthy, and safe.

Darling... sees Marie as an ally. Marie is the first to call out an injustice or question a decision that might have negative consequences. She's logical, but empathic. She's fierce, but gentle. Gabe... saw Marie as family. He liked that Marie was never intimidated by his alpha-status, and that let the two develop a deep, meaningful friendship over the years.
