The DT-6800 Daughtress
When tensions between the United Nations Earth and its surrounding space colonies erupted into a series of more and more devastating conflicts, both the Earth military and the Space Revolutionary Army invested significant material and manpower into developing new weapons systems to gain an edge.
By the outbreak of the Seventh Space War, the mainstay mobile suit of the United Nations Earth was the DT-6800 Daughtress, remarkable for being totally unremarkable.
As the main mass-production unit of the United Nations Earth during the Seventh Space War, the Daughtress saw action in every theater on Earth and in space, seeing many variants developed over time.
The machine proved so resilient that it even saw use after the cataclysmic mass colony drop that ended the war.
Many leftover UNE mobile suits were pressed into service by the Alternative Company, a megacorporation in control of most of North America following the end of the war.
The Daughtress also proved popular among the many Vulture groups operating on Earth. Vultures, independent scavengers and mercenaries, were known to extensively customize their machines.
The Daughtress was also used by the resurgent UNE as they began rising to prominence, with the faction even continuing development of the machine.
The NRX-018-02 Daughtress Neo saw extensive deployment by the New UNE during the so-called Eighth Space War, as several factions rushed to take control of the mysterious lunar-based D.O.M.E.
The Daughtress line of mobile suits would see further deployment by the mysterious Eyes of Space organization in A.W. 25.
The DT-6800 Daughtress was originally designed by Junya Ishigaki for the 1996 anime After War Gundam X.
This machine was chosen because I love AWGX and think it needs more recognition.

On the enemy turn, the last remaining Daughtress aims for Noin, misses, and gets chunked. Just then, the consequences of my hubris befall me!
The Grandeene was able to charge up its MAP attack! good heavens, whatever will we-
...
In any case, the two Gundams finally start moving torwards us, and then it's back to our turn.
On our turn, i have Fa cast Luck and shoot down the remaining Grandeene for that sweet payout. We would have made more of a profit if i'd saved that for Olba, but I want to try and shoot down actual bosses with their respective enemies wherever possible.
Sorry Fa, i know you too have a lot of personal investment in your conflict with the Frost Brothers.
Garrod shoots down the final non-boss enemy.
And seeing as he was polite enough to walk right into Roybea's range, i decide to get to work on weakening Olba.
Roybea: "That Gundam certainly isn't my type!"
Olba: "That Gundam... isn't fit to be my destined rival."
the only takeaway i've gotten from this is that you two have very different tastes in gundam design
also, pictured: me failing to realize that if olba can attack from there, he's probably not gonna come closer next turn
Instead of moving anybody closer, i figure they'll come closer next turn and leave everyone parked.
That's not quite what happens.
Shagia: "So that's a Gundam too... Interesting."
Witz: "Damn you, Frost brothers! I'll get you back for this, just you watch!"
Olba, on the other hand, aims for Roybea and just gets Gatling'd again. Back to our turn!

I liked the Psycho-Daughtress in the most recent Re:Rise episode. If there’s one thing I like about the Build series in general it’s that Gundam X gets its fair due.
However, if it were me I would have gone ahead and put some variation on the Febral in its place.
One of the most underrated obscure mobile suits in the franchise IMO, it’s a Zeong expy I like significantly more than the original

✕ — isn’t that gwen stacy wandering the streets of new york? civilians know them as spiderwoman and see them as a hero. as far as i know, the 21 year old stands alone and are rumoured to be pretty impulsive & caring. ( naomi scott / cisfemale / she/her )
>this is my daughtress gwen stacy (from earth 65) aka spiderwoman
>on earth 65 gwen grew up with just her dad who’s a police captain
>she gets bitten by a radioactive spider and becomes spiderwoman (she spells it with a hyphen in the comic but to differentiate her from jess drew she doesn’t do the hyphen)
>peter on her earth was still bullied at school and everything but without the spider bite he couldn’t really fend for himself :(
>he ends up injecting himself with a lizard mutagen because he wants to be like spiderwoman and be able to stand up for himself
>but the mutagen actually makes him go crazy and kind of turns him into earth 65′s version of the lizard
>gwen has to fight him off at their prom but when it’s over and he turns back to himself, the combination of the beating and the lizard mutagen in his blood kills him and spiderwoman is wanted for his murder
>gwen never really got over her guilt for that
>so BIG HC earth 65 successfully won over public opinion and the sentinel program died so she’s here to see if she can help make that happen here too
>when everything went down she was kind of a part of a resistance group (think like batman’s squad in injustice) and she’s still pretty shook up from that tbh because she’s little
>but she’s here to get to work and give it her best shot
>come love her she’s little and scared of failing

I move Roybea to finish off the Daughtress Command that attacked him earlier with Witz's support, but that proves unnecessary as Roybea just singlehandedly slices through the damn thing like butter with his Heat Knife.
I then move Witz all the way down below Garrod, to take advantage of the Friendship bonus and take a potshot at one of the Grandeenes, but Witz actually gets hurt on the crackback.
At a slower pace, the Frieden moves torwards the base, making sure to stop on the Forest tile.
Noin snipes a Daughtress to thin its HP a bit, and so that her Command Aura is nearer to the base, making it easier for Fa and Roybea to inch closer with their less than impressive movement.
and Fa finishes the job!
Speaking of coordination, through some focused attacks, we manage to down the easternmost Grandeene! Onto the enemy turn.
The Bawoos tire of this mortal coil.
And the same Daughtress that attacked the Frieden earlier continues its assault. It hits this time, but...
Jamil killcount: 1/20
Meanwhile, Raul is so strong (and the Daughtresses so ridiculously frail) that he's straight up one-shotting full health enemies as soon as they aim at him.
Our turn once more! First things first, i spy something within Jamil's range.
And it's gone.
Jamil killcount: 2/20
And we finally consolidate our squad within the base. Noin hits a Daughtress for 2/3rds of its health, and Fa heals Witz's wound from earlier. Roybea just settles onto the top-left Base tile, since there's no enemies in range. Now all that's left is cleanup duty.
Hooray!

Actually that’s probably just a secondary effect of the Daughtress being the basis for some of the enemy grunts in Re:rise but still, neat

Thise bastards at bandai made the eldora daughtress p bandai. Hope is slipping for a regular daughtess non p bandai
Wow, usually they just make alt-variations P-Bandai, because (I assume) they’re nicher than the norm. While technically the Eldora daughtress would be a niche variation, not having a default sucks.
Still, wouldn’t be a problem if P-Bandai didn’t make resale in other countries a pain.

Amuro takes a shot at Rakan to weaken him...
...so that Garrod and Raul can take him down!
Rakan: "This is the worst day ever!"
By the way, a lot of SRW games have it so that even if you shoot down an enemy that would otherwise retreat, to properly illustrate that the enemy is still alive and will return in later chapters, the little dialogue scene afterwards usually has them play their retreat animation anyway. R doesn't do this for some reason, so you're never really sure if someone died or not unless they explicitly say "welp i'm retreating" or it cuts to people going "waow.... theirs was such a tragic end".
Well, i know Rakan isn't dead yet, but on your first playthrough, you could be forgiven for thinking those were his final words. Which would be pretty funny.
In any case, that nets us a Chobham Armor, an item that raises a machine's Armor and HP, perfect for Super Robots.
To end off the turn, Raul tries to finish off this Bawoo, but it survives in the double digits.
On the enemy turn, the Zssas are finally in range to attack, and their sprite is oh so cute in this game...
With Rakan gone, there's very little of note left here. A BUNCH of mooks slam their faces against Raul's fists in hopes of expediting their demises. Killing enough of them does trigger reinforcements, however!
The crew points out that those two at the back are Gundam-types! We'd best tread carefully. Being rather close to our reinforcements, the first Daughtress beelines straight for the Frieden.
True to my statements about the Frieden's surprising ability to dodge, in its very first combat encounter it effortlessly avoids this Daughtress' fire and counters with a crit'd hit from the main cannons. Oh Jamil, you miracle worker you.
A Daughtress Command aims for Roybea, giving him the chance to show off the Inner Gatling and his less than stellar cut-in. With the reins handed back to us, let's take a look at our bosses here.
Shagia has a Dual Sensor, while Olba has Magnet Coating. Dual Sensor raises accuracy while the Coating raises Mobility, and i find the Coating to be a better option since it's more widely applicable.
It's important for me to pick which i'll focus on now because these two are retreating bosses, and if one retreats so does the other. We do technically have a MAP attack on the Gundam Leopard, but it's far too weak to be able to down both of them, so we'll settle for just taking down Olba.
