Introducing the lovable and fluffy delight of the smiling critter bunch, this cutie is a near and dear friend to the dependable Dogday! Although she is not considered a major cast member she's on the sidelines cheering her friends on and participating in games galore! Despite her minor role in various episodes, Darling Doodle had made an impact on little girls' hearts, selling out with boxes galore! Alongside her lovable plush [ smelling happily of Cotton Candy ] She came with a brush and a makeup playset for little girls! She washable and always ready for fun!

After narrowly avoiding the onslaught of ravenous mini critters. Dogday's hope dwindles, knowing even outside his once-called prison that his old gang had been picked off by his former friend, Catnap. However, despite this mentality, Dogday inquires to possibly search for his long-lost special one, even the slightest memory of Darling could bring solace in his darkest hours. Won't you lend a hand and find this sunny dog's puppy love?

After the factory Playtime Poppy shut down, following the events of mass genocide of the employees, the place became nothing more than a worn-down factory. The events of the genocide were called "𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐉𝐨𝐲", a horrifying display of gore and freedom amongst the deepest and darkest secret in its facility.

While the toys remained as now vintage collectibles and fond memories, the true culprits suffer beneath the facility, what remains of the factory's inhabitants, includes the carebear-like line of toys known as the smiling critters.

One, of course, being the lovable Darling, following into the ruins of the old orphanage Darling was left to rot with her fellow critters [ some of which were picked off while others fell into obscurity ] Darling took shelter in the many rooms of the old orphanage, using the vents and beneath floorboards to transverse the area while carefully avoiding Cat nap's watchful eyes.

Darling continue's to live her days as the former shell of herself, feasting on rodents and what's left of the orphanage's food supply while also visiting other area's once restricted by staff.

I’m vaguely debating on just opening the ask box for Darling Doodle and other critter questions, it forces me to draw more of her and expand the lore, maybe even redesign some things for brain juice…

some fun lore below!

*they're universe is directly connected to/fueled by children's imagination

*therefore, a lot of the villains she fights are manifestations of what children fear

*spyder nite acts gremlin-y as like a representation of kids imagining or acting out how older people behave, kinda like how girls play barbies

*in this world, the spider-hero role is passed down to those chosen, each spider-hero different from the last as a representation of children's creativity, being chosen means for that hero, having to give their life up for protecting kids

*when spyder nite successful fights/stops a villain in their world, a shift happens in the kid's world. like a small butterfly effect in the kid's world that brings hope & peace

*i really like that spyder nite is a protector of kids & also struggling the loss of her identity/previous life for the sake of fulfilling the role she was given

*gets along well w spider noir & peni parker
