ALSO while im plugging stuff
check out darkduchess, tracks that deserve wayyyy more love than they get
i could go through each track & pull apart what i think makes it good, but that kinda defeats the point of stuff like this do something you like, put this on & enjoy it throw a party, have this on, grind out some levels in an MMO, draw idk
its good music and it makes me happy & its (in my opinion) severely underappreciated

Sith Satine does not appreciate what the Jedi did to her chosen consort and lover obiwan so she goes angry
How could anyone do that? Satine could not understand it. He was one of them and nevertheless the Jedi had allowed it to happen, provoked it to happen. They were truly monsters. If the public knew what their precious Jedi Order did with their own, they would join the Sith in their mission to free the galaxy from them.
A huff escaped the blond woman and she moved into a more comfortable position on her throne. To any outsider, she might have looked the noble duchess she was supposed to be, but a talented Force user or somebody who knew her, would see her internal struggle. With only half an ear, she was listening to the problems of the common folk and while she helped them, she also thought about what her informant had just told her.
Her poor Obi-Wan. The ginger haired male had already been through so much, had faced so many trials. If she could turn him to the dark side, to her side, he would become one of the - if not THE - most powerful Sith in the history of the galaxy. The only problem was, due to the trials he had faced and overcome, it would be hard to make him turn. Despite the pain his own Master had caused, despite the feelings of despair and blame, he was still deeply rooted in the light and despite the unspeakable things the Council had done to him - namely abandoned him in his greatest time of need - he would not turn his back on them. Obi-Wan was committed and it left Satine wondering, if he ever could commit himself to a woman as well. Of course she would not allow another woman to claim what was rightfully hers. That and she would not allow those filthy Jedi to hurt her intended consort ever again. Those bastards would pay… but all in due time.
For now, she had to play the role of a pacifistic duchess and she had to wait. One day, the time would be there and she would take her revenge, together with Obi-Wan Kenobi at her side. That much was clear. She barely stopped herself from smiling. She could not await it.

Sith!Satine interacting with Obi-wan Kenobi and attempting to sway him over to the dark side
Obi-Wan hated his Master. He could not believe that the man had actually left him alone with the duchess of Mandalore. What was he thinking? Was he perhaps trying to kill him? If that were the case, he should just tell him so and Obi-Wan could jump from the next cliff and be done with it. But to leave him in the presence of probably the worst person in the entire galaxy?!
And the worst part, he did not even know, why the blonde duchess hated him this much. Granted, he had talked back to her and he had ordered her around more than ones and she was probably not used to either. But still, it didn’t her a right to act like this. He was not acting like a complete bastard either. Except, now he was, because he had wandered away from their camp to meditate, leaving her alone at the fire. It was not like he did not keep an eye on her, he just wanted his peace.Though something kept him from slipping into the much needed meditation.
The sound of rustling leaves caught the Padawan’s attention and he turned around to greet the newcomer. He had felt the duchess’ approach, but had made no move to greet or acknowledge her presence in any way until now.
To his surprise, the duchess’ eyes were full of fear. “Duchess, you shouldn’t be wandering around,” he slipped elegantly from the rock he had been sitting on.
Her blue eyes locked with his. “You were so long gone,” she whispered.
Obi-Wan could have hit himself. Of course she would start to worry. “My Lady, despite out many disagreements, I would never abandon you.” The ginger haired Padawan made sure that his voice was soothing and consoling.
“I know, it’s just…” she trailed off and avoided his eyes.
“You were lonely,” he realized with a start. The duchess nodded hesitantly and Obi-Wan sighed. “Forgive duchess, it won’t happen again.” It was incredible how a character can completely change in certain situations. The duchess had been alone and scared and here she was, nice and shy, as if nothing had ever happened between them.
“I had feared you had fallen down the slope,” blue-green eyes looked at the female sharply, but his gaze softened, when he realized that the blonde was only joking.
“Well, this would be my Master, not me.” She giggled at the blatant disrespect he showed the older man. Perhaps, just perhaps she wasn’t as bad as he had thought.
Back at the campfire, the duchess and the Padawan were sitting close together. Obi-Wan had lent the female his brown cloak, which she had immediately draped over her shoulder. It was deep in the night, but neither of them wanted to sleep, could sleep. Instead they had used the time to talk, properly talk and they had come to a certain understanding.
And if Obi-Wan was honest, then he did not mind the female’s company anymore, not at all.
“Your Master,” Satine suddenly began, but she only continued, after Obi-Wan nodded, “does he leave you often to fend for yourself?”
He pondered a moment, “Occasionally… though usually he tells me where he is heading and what he is doing.” His voice held all the bitterness he had felt.
She hummed, “It must be frustrating.”
“It is, but not as frustrating as the times, when he defies the Council.” Why was he telling her all of this?
“So he does not follow the rules, but expects you to follow his orders? It doesn’t seem fair.”
“No, it doesn’t,” it really wasn’t fair. Qui-Gon took his obedience for granted, his loyalty, But were Obi-Wan to act like his Master… he would undoubtedly be thrown right out of the Order. So what was so special about his Master.
“Is he at least a good teacher? My teachers have always been patient and understanding. Even if I did something wrong, they helped me overcome my mistake. And when I broke the rules, they listened before judging.”
Anger arose anew in the Padawan’s heart. Qui-Gon was nothing like this. He had rejected him, time over and over again. And then there was Melida/Daan, where he HAD played by his Master’s example. And where had it left him? He had been on probation with a man, who would let him suffer, who kept him in the dark about his future. It was not fair. Then there were the clashes with Bruck. Every time he had clashed with the former Jedi Initiate, Qui-Gon had immediately blamed him and he had not even listened to what his Padawan had to say.
Unconsciously the ginger haired Padawan closed his hands into fists. He was angry, truly angry. It was as if all pent up emotions suddenly came to the surface, though he could not understand, why now of all times. Qui-Gon would most likely scold him for not staying in the here and now, it would suit him right.
His thoughts from earlier arose. He was angry at his Master and he desperately wanted to scream at the man. He wanted to tell him exactly what he thought, he wanted to tell him how much he hated him and… All of Obi-Wan’s thoughts stopped abruptly. This wasn’t right. He didn’t hate Qui-Gon, he loved him. The man had taken him as a Padawan, when no one else wanted. The man taught him everything he needed and wanted to know and he only acted the way he did, to protect his Padawan.
“What’s happening?” he whispered to himself. Where did this anger come from? He shook his head, he desperately needed to meditate, NOW.
Next to the ginger haired Padawan sat Satine and on her face was an expression of fury. She had been so close, so close to add another talented Force user to their side. But she should have expected it. A blind man could see how attached her companion was to his long haired Master. She huffed. Perhaps she should actively use that attachment instead of making the Padawan angry at his Master. She nodded to herself. That sounded like a good plan… but it could wait until tomorrow. She needed to restore her powers, she didn’t want her shield to slip after all…
