i have a lot of ships i like! it comes with the curse/blessing of being a multishipper. but if i had to list my personal favorites... (from most obsessed to least obsessed, but rest assured, i am obsessed with them all. also sticking to just two-character ships because if i don't i will just make them all poly KSJDFHSDHF)

Solarmoon/Solarnexus (Solar x New Moon/Nexus)

I don’t know. I just thought it might be an interesting ship. Yeah, they have alliance but what if it turns out more? Dark sun could have partnership with nexus. After all, it’s not like his plan was to get nexus to be an alliance right but it could be something else, maybe.

I actually really like dark sun x nexus

But im kind of conflicted. Because dont get me wrong, I love the dynamic! So much- but Dark Sun looks a lot like Sun, who Nexus saw as a brother for a really long time-

Don't get me wrong, I support anyone who does ship it becuas I absolutely understand it. Its just hard for me to ship it wholeheartedly personally because I'm still iffy with myself shipping it.

Though I dont think most people ship it romantically anyway. Personally I thinknits more qpr + a shit ton of manipulation

I actually really like Helios x Nexus too. Join us in the trenches. (Everyone knows how much I love the really toxic ships). A friend of mine is writing a less toxic more sweet poly fic with them, Solar, and Eclipse. I'm the beta reader/advisory writer 😩😩😩 So I get all the good shit before everyone else.

Have another friend who ships them as well, but is more interested in the toxic codependent part (like I am).

As far as the appearance thing goes, I guess I never really thought about it? I have designs for all the canon characters (if not physically than mentally) and Helios and Sun look nothing alike for my designs that I use for the show. I get that's harder to convey with models and such, so I think a good idea is to go off the thumbnails because Helios looks different than Sun in there too.

I am slightly inebriated, so please forgive any errors. Anyhow, I just adore Dark Sun/Nexus. Not because they could fix or save each other but a secret third thing: they're both inevitably doomed by the narrative in completely different ways that come together to create a monstrous masterpiece.

Nexus was always meant to be an echo; always the angel but never the God; always a funhouse-mirrored version of an already deeply flawed individual. Never was he set up to be in control of his own life. Always wondering what would have happened if he were enough. If he were better.

Dark Sun—Sun—cannibalized what he believes to be the source of infinite issues and problems: Moon. For all intents and purposes, he won. A Sun fought back and showed that any cornered dog will eventually bite.

But he's visited enough dimensions to know that Suns all eventually lose. They get sucked back into trauma and stress. It's what they were made for. The daycare attendant was meant to work 24/7, to worry and care and fret and help. Everything he built could fall in an instant if he dared lose control.

They don't make each other better. They make each other drastically worse in separate ways (Sun morally, Nexus psychologically). It's why I love them! It's like watching an ant farm that's really a gladiator ring. I toss them in and watch them brawl it out. Apologies for the length.

Thought I’ll post some WIP stuff since, well, I haven’t actually posted in like a week or somethin’… So here!

I started this one a while ago too. Actually the around the same time I posted that angst piece about Ruin after the episode about his past happened. Still wanna beat Nexus for that one, no touchie the cute British boy! Lol. (TSaMS) ⬆️

This is meant to be a little wallpaper for the flip phone 5. I have that specific phone so I’m basically drawing this mostly for myself, and I’m gonna post for anyone else who wants to use it for their phone, or just snatch it because they like it in general. (Not TSaMS, just *a* Sun) ⬆️

I love Sun X Moon, this is a piece dedicated to that. Look at them be wholesome and cute! Also, yes, I adore The Sun and Moon Show and I would say I’m a big fan, but Sun X Moon. So just everyone is aware, when I make this ship it is NOT Sun and Moon Show related, and I will make that bluntly clear. They are *brothers* in the show, so that would be gross. (Obviously NOT TSaMS) ⬆️

This is a God AU of mine based, mostly, on EPIC : The Musical. In this AU, Sun and Moon are not brothers, but instead romantic partners. Also, I was kinda of inspired by the song "The Moon Will Sing" by The Crane Wives for a lot of their dynamic. If you know that song, then you should be able to tell that these two are wholesome little husbands who absolutely adore each other. I definitely want to actually make stuff for this AU when I have fleshed out the story more. (My God AU) ⬆️

‘Anyway, that’s all I have for now. Well, with the stuff I want to certainly work on. I have so many more WIP pieces, it’s not funny. This is what happens when you think of too many ideas and don’t have enough time to do them all, nor motivation! Oof. Well it’s 12:48 for me.
