Guys I just want to talk about my favorite book duo. It’s a blonde haired boy and a brunette girl. The blonde haired boy has two brothers and the girl used to have a sibling but they died. It’s enemies to lovers, with one person being a very high ranked military officer and the other being a rebel. At the end of the story they get married. I’m talking about two different series rn.

After Days terminal diagnosis in his final chapter I sat and stared blankly at a wall, I knew in my heart as a kept reading he wasn’t going to tell June. He would selfishly use Andens offer to June to train as his second in command and the obvious love and adoration he has for her as an excuse to bow out, and go die alone where he doesn’t have to deal with the harsh reality of not growing old together and seeing the republic transform. But nothing, and I mean nothing, could have prepared me for their goodbye. The necklace, his voice, her need to beg him to stay. How she knew there was more to it. Their last kiss and the longing between them. He is her light. I don’t think I will ever recover. Onto book three.

checkpoint 1, page 84, holy crap, having a new perspective is so cool but im a little sad by the fact i wont be able to read june’s thoughts/perspective, i genuinely rlly like reading how she thinks. this entire thing with eden finding the dude day has been trying to find for a bit without even knowing who he is baffles me but it also has me a little scared for it. this new character pressa seems really cool and i really like her so far but im a little scared for what’s instore para eden y pressa. i’m so excited to see juneday, i’m at the part where they’re meeting up and i’m so excited im like jumping in the air with glee. ALSO EDEN HAVING A INTEREST IN FLORAL HOBBIES WHILE BEING INTO ENGINEERING IS SO COOL, i loveee how marie lu makes her characters so unique, and i’m probably gonna start The Young Elites after finishing this

Is the rebel book by Marie Lu really worth buying. It is not available in local libraries, so I thought I would buy it. Is it as good as the other legend books or should I get something else?
