Cannot believe I have four separate documents on Dani/Clara yet the one I’m leaning hardest into is the one where she saves Clara and then has to kill her anyways.

(This was inspired by that thread I've got going on with @thepowerofyes, but I fear it's gotten incredibly long and maybe a little off topic, so I'm posting on my own lmao)

A cutscene that will forever live in my mind is where Talia and Paolo were fighting, and Paolo was trying to make the point that Clara doesn't actually care about them, just the people they bring in, and he added dani to that list, and instead of adding to the fight, dani just says "take it easy"??? She just cares SO much even though Paolo was kinda right, and it doesn't seem to be returned the way it should. There's so many examples of her obvious devotion not really being returned, and she deserves so much better, it's actually insane. (And moon song coded now that I think about it??? God, she's so sad she's so phoebe bridgers)

Might be silly, but it feels like I'm seeing a brand new layer of her that only adds depth to her personality.

Haters gonna be stupid and hate this game for whatever pathetic reason, but ubisoft nailed how to make the characters relatable. And I still can't believe how much I've come to care about game characters.

But can you imagine the amount of scenarios that can come from this, where Dani is teaching Clara how to dance? 😏

I don't know how some of y'all like Juan Cortez from Far Cry 6, he's like a Yaran, less funny Rick Sanchez who worked for the CIA, KGB, and Mossad (wtf). I avoid that mf as much as I can.

my theory is that he sold out Dani & Clara to sell Viviro after Yara was destabilized. man, if I wrote this story, I'd give the story so much justice & nuance. not that bullshit ending; that shit was like if RDR2 made you think Micah was the good guy lol.
