Honestly the way I look at it all three daughters think they are Alcina’s favorite.

Bela: She’s the eldest and her mom’s helper. Alcina trusts her with big tasks and praises her a lot for it. She’s the only one who can do these things and the fact her mom trusts her and only her solidifies this believe.

Cassandra: Alcina spends A LOT of time with her. She knows all what’s happening with her, knows about her hobbies and interests and indulges her. Her mom trusts her abilities to the point where she lets her do things she normally doesn’t allow. But she only allows her to do it because she trusts her like that.

Daniela: To Alcina, Daniela never does anything wrong. Ever. She is her little angel who minds her own business, often staying in the library reading her books and not bothering anyone. She is harmless, and Alcina always tells her that she is special and to continue being herself. That one day she will grow as strong and capable as her sisters but for now she can continue doing what she loves.

It’s because of this that each one thinks she’s Alcina’s favorite. While in reality, Alcina loves them all the same. Each daughter has her merits and she focuses on that.

Oh, and one way to get Alcina livid is to mention ‘middle child syndrome’ and watch her explode in anger because her middle daughter is not neglected or overlooked. On the contrary, she pays more attention to her so that she doesn’t feel left out and it might have resulted in said daughter getting used to the excess attention thus feeding her dramatic streak.

I know I am so behind on personal notifications and messages. Work has been more draining than usual and I ended up with 102F fever and strep, ugh! AND there have been coyotes all over my farm so keeping my horses and dogs safe has been every other second. I'm hoping to have a bit of time this weekend.

GETTING CAUGHT MAKING OUT WITH THE BOYS | F1 GRID

INTRODUCING THE BOYS. lando norris. charles leclerc. oscar piastri. max verstappen. alex albon. daniel ricciardo. mick schumacher. logan sargeant. BONUS. . . lance stroll.

★ — LANDO NORRIS (4)

it stared with a couple of innocent kisses in lando’s driver room before the race. you don’t usually engage in that kind of behavior at least until after a race, but lando was feeling a little under the weather and while you were only trying to comfort him, he had other plans. and, well, if that makes him feel better you won’t deny him a little bit of fun. now, you’re straddling your boyfriend’s thighs, it’s hot and you want to rip your top and his fireproofs off, and lando, as always, is one step ahead of you. his hands slip under your shirt, the pad of his fingers softly caressing your skin as his lips find the pulse point on your neck. you don’t know if the whimper you hear belongs to you or lando, the only thing you know is that the race can wait a few minutes.

“lando it’s time to g–” you don’t hear the end of the sentence because lando’s race engineer it’s too stunned to finish speaking. you’re quick to jump off of your boyfriend’s lap, but you’ve been caught and it’s impossible to deny what you were doing, there’s evidence on yours and lando’s face. the man just laughs and closes the door, saying something about keeping his head clear of any distraction.

you were just trying to help charles clean his shirt after you spilled your drink on top of him. but he was so close to you, his breath tickling your cheek and sending a shiver down your spine, and it just happened. the kiss was shy at first, both of you uncertain of what you were doing. but then you were being lifted up by charles and sat down on the sink, legs immediately parting to make room for him. you didn’t care that you were in dani’s guest bathroom and anyone could walk in on you, you also didn’t care when charles’ hands found your thighs, squeezing the soft flesh while his mouth kept the assault in yours, neither did you care when those same hands lifted your dress up, up and up until you could clearly feel the effect your kisses were making on him.

you were ready to ask charles to do something when the door opened startling you both. charles stepped away and you jumped off the sink, trying to brush your hair and looked presentable to the owner of the house who was now looking at you, surprise written all over his face before bursting out laughing. “guys! you won’t believe this!” it only took a panicked looked between you and charles for the boy to sprint down the hallway to try and shut his friend up.

you don’t know if australia has something in the air or if being in oscar’s childhood bedroom is making you feel a certain way. but the second the door closes, you’re leading him to the bed. oscar is a little uncertain at first and looks like he’s about to say something, but the words die in his throat the moment your lips find his. he doesn’t wait a minute in taking control, and lays you down on the bed, his body on top of yours. then your impromptu kissing session it’s not enough, you need to feel him closer, you want his hands everywhere.

“would you like some lemonade?” it’s too late for you to pretend to be doing something else than being in an intense making out session when oscar’s mom, the woman you’ve just met that same day, opens the door. when she sees the scene, she quickly closes her eyes, hiding behind her hands. it would make you laugh if it were any other situation. oscar doesn’t move but looks like a deer caught in the headlights. “i did not see a thing!” you would pretty much prefer for the earth to swallow you whole than to face the woman again.

★ — MAX VERSTAPPEN (33/1)

it’s not max’s fault that you look so, so good in that damn dress that all he wants is to rip it off of you. if the FIA gala wasn’t so important—it’s not. not for him, at least—he would get out of there immediately. instead, he has to settle with crowding you against a wall in a secluded corner of the building when he finally has some time for you. he can barely keep his hands to himself, and is touching you even before you can feel his lips against yours. max whispers sweet nothings as his lips go from your mouth to your neck and then up again, making you feel dizzy. he lifts your dress up around your thighs, and you allow him access in a heartbeat, not caring about anything but how addicting his kisses are.

“ejem,” a cough makes max pull away, and doesn’t hesitate on shielding your body with his, giving you enough time to fix up your clothes. “we’re next.” christian horner tries to look at anywhere but you, and you don’t know if you’re supposed to laugh or feel ashamed. both, probably. max dismisses him with a simple nod of his head, and once you’re alone, max goes back to what he was doing before. you still have a few minutes to spare, he says.

★ — ALEX ALBON (23)

you were having the time of your life choosing an outfit for a party next week, your boyfriend waiting for you just outside the changing room; you actually were focused on trying to zip up a beautiful black dress you had chosen when the door opened, revealing alex with a mischievous smile on his face. as quick as he opened it, he closed it behind him. you didn’t question him, it’s definitely not the first time he’s done something like this, so, you, more than happy, welcomed him with open arms and a set of pink and plump lips. and alex is immediately swiping his tongue across your bottom lip and kissing your properly—kissing you so slow while gently cupping your face, trying to take as much as he wants from you, and you’re ready to give it to him freely.

“is someone there?” a girl’s voice startles you both, but before you can think of hiding alex or saying something—not that you can with your boyfriend’s mouth against yours—she’s opening the door. neither you nor alex know what to do other than to stay very still and very quiet, as if that would make the girl forget what she saw.

★ — DANIEL RICCIARDO (3)

you told daniel that hiding in the airplane bathroom to make out wasn’t a good idea, but you still got up and went voluntarily when he gave you the signal. waiting for him to knock was torture, you were pretty sure you were going to get caught. but when you opened the door and your boyfriend pulled you in to finally kiss you, you forgot about everything. the way daniel kisses should be illegal—how he lets you take the lead until your kisses become sloppy and your head feels dizzy and you can’t keep up with it because it feels so good. then he takes control, gripping your waist with such force it’ll leave marks; the mere thought makes you weak in the knees.

“open up! you can’t do that in here.” a huge knock on the door makes you pull away, but daniel doesn’t let you go, chasing after you until you give up and kiss him again. this time the kisses are more intense and the tiny bathroom it’s too warm and you’re wearing too many clothes. the person behind the door is forgotten the moment daniel gets so close that you become one. you’re already in trouble, so, it’s doesn’t matter if you stay a few more minutes in there.

★ — MICK SCHUMACHER (47)

kissing at clubs is not something you would’ve done in the past, not even when lights are so low and no one cares what the person next to you is doing. but ever since you started dating mick, there are a lot of things you’ve already done that you never thought you would do. and making out in a corner of the club with mick pressing against the window, his body molding into yours just in the right spots is definitely one of them. mick is practically knocking the air out of your lungs with the way he’s kissing you, and you have to hold onto his shoulders afraid of melting to the ground. you don’t know where you are, and you really don’t care as long as mick keeps kissing you like that, so you don’t push him away when you feel his hand making its way up your thigh, getting closer to where you need him the most.

but then you hear people laughing. mick pulls away first, groaning for being interrupted, but then you look around and you’re right next to the bathroom from where a group of girls are walking out. you feel all the blood in your body rushing to your face, they look amused but you want to disappear. you hide your face in your boyfriend’s chest and don’t look up until mick is the one lifting your chin up to kiss you. this time he takes your hand while saying something about going home to finish what you started.

★ — LOGAN SARGEANT (2)

it’s childish. and all of you are adults. you definitely should not be playing truth or dare in a party like thirteen years old. however, you don’t say anything when oscar dares you to spend seven minutes in the closet with logan. it’s true you both have been dancing around each other for a while now, what you didn’t know it’s that it was so obvious for everyone around you too. the cheering from your friends dies down when the door closes and you and logan are alone. you look into each other’s eyes for a minute, pure silence in the secluded space, then logan glances down at your lips and you suck in a sharp breath when you realize he’s asking for permission. your eyelashes flutter as you take a step closer, and he wraps his arms around your waist without a trace of hesitation. you’re gasping into his mouth the next second, his lips warm and soft. his fingers brush along your jaw and, in that moment, you decide this won’t be the last time you’re gonna be tasting his lips, you want to do it every hour of every day.

but then the door opens and you immediately pull away as if you’ve been burned. there are a lot of eyes looking between you and logan for a moment before someone shouts “fucking finally!” and everyone’s laughing and cheering. when you look at logan again, he has a lopsided grin plastered on his face.

★ — LANCE STROLL (18)

lance made sure you two were alone in his parent’s house before taking you in his arms and sitting on the couch. he smiles at you with the same bright and pretty smile that stole your heart one time two years ago as you run your hands through lance’s hair, down his neck and over his shoulders, letting them rest on his chest. lance grabs onto your waist and meets your lips halfway, all his body relaxing immediately. he kisses you so softly but determined, licking into your mouth when you give him access, like it’s his last day on earth and he needs you to keep breathing, surviving. you let his hands roam freely over your body and you can feel your heart pounding so hard, almost as if it’s gonna jump out of your chest and you can’t do anything about it. when your boyfriend’s hands graze your lower back for a second before grabbing your arse, a tiny mewl escapes you.

and as you’re about to grind down, “oh my god!” lance’s sister screams in surprise. you both look at her, more embarrassed than afraid. you know your cheeks and ears are as pink as the shirt you’re wearing, and you feel like your skin is actually burning. ”well, i guess we had the same thought.” she says stepping aside, her boyfriend coming into view with a shy smile on his face.

If I have to color Dani one more time, I’m going to riot 😭

Notes below: (very long and detailed)

+ Jazz is a melanistic gray wolf, Danny is an albino mule deer, Dan is a king cobra, Dani is a peregrine falcon. Some of these ideas are taken from my dp royal court ideas.

I associate Jazz with wolves and canines. She is very loyal and protective, which I think would be best associated with canines. I usually give her the largest animals possible (because of her height), and gray wolves are the largest of all wolves. She is melanistic due to the fact that I like her color palette of black and turquoise. It also gives her a special connection to Danny that I do on purpose where they are black and white.

Dan is associated with cold blooded animals in my mind, cold in demeanor, vicious, and slippery. He is a king cobra because king cobras are the largest of all venomous snakes. They are also not true cobras, which adds a nice connection to Dan as being the most different out of all of the halfas. Surprisingly, king cobras are rather friendly to humans, which might be because of how smart they are.

I associate Dani with fast and speedy animals, so I often give her the fastest animals I can find lmao. Peregrine falcons are the fastest birds in the world, due to their diving speeds. I like how Dani is considered a bird because she is very free-spirited and flighty in my mind. I love it because I think she’d be really independent and would love the sky. Peregrine falcons also mostly eat birds, just like how king cobras eat other snakes, so that’s pretty cool too.

Danny is both kingly and creepy, which describes deer very well. Mule deer are very common in the US, and you might recognize them due to the fact that the Great Prince of the Forest (in Bambi) is inspired by a mule deer. Deer are fascinating creatures because there have been many, many folklores and myths about them, but none can compare to the real facts. Deer are very heavily affected by diseases such as chronic wasting disease, which can cause very strange behaviors. They get up after death, they walk off after being shot at or run over, they kill themselves repeatedly, they eat other animals, and they walk on their hind legs. All in all, while deer are very majestic and beautiful, they are also very, very freaky. There is a sense of poetry in how they’re hunted, which also applies to Danny. I think deer describes him very well :)

+ Meanwhile, the Batkids are a wild assortment of animals. Dick is a white throated needletail, Jason is an argali sheep, Cass is a black footed cat, Tim is a red fox, Stephanie is a dingo, Duke is an African lion, and Damian is a domestic cat (specifically a tuxedo cat).

Dick was always meant to be a bird. However, I wanted him to be fast, but not a bird of prey (which are usually the top 5 fastest birds). So I chose a white throated needletail for him, who are believed to be the fastest (while flying straight). They’re very elusive and photos are rare :( they are, however, very round and cute, and they even have a patch of shiny blue feathers on their wings, as well as v-shaped white spots, similar to his Nightwing suit!

Jason is an argali sheep because I associate him with lambs and rams. Mostly because sheep and lambs are associated with God and religious sacrifices (*cough cough* Jason dying), as well as innocence, docility, and obedience. Jason, as Red Hood, defies the meaning and memories of his past life as Robin, so I like the idea of him being a “black sheep” and defying those expectations of him as well. Argali sheep are known to have beautiful horns, are a species of wild sheep that live in mountains, and are also the largest of wild sheep.

Cass is a black footed cat because I feel like she’s very feline in demeanor, and black footed cats are one of the best hunters in the animal kingdom, with an over 60% chance of having a successful kill. (I think African wild dogs are the highest with 75-85%. It’s hard in the animal kingdom.) I also think it’s very cute of her to be so small but so deadly.

Tim is a red fox because of his cleverness and smarts. Red foxes are common in America and are usually hunted because people thought that foxes killed their livestock and dug up corpses. Tim is either really loved or really hated, so I feel like a red fox both symbolizes his irl status and his intelligence in the comics.

Stephanie is a dingo for no particular reason. However, they are social creatures and loved due to the fact that they have a history with humans. They’re golden colored and Stephanie gave off the vibes of an Australian, I literally cannot explain myself.

Duke is a lion for the same reasons: none in particular. However, lions are noble and considered very powerful. In my drawing of him, he is still a young adult, so his mane isn’t fully grown yet :3 he is 100% a normal lion tho!

Damian is a domestic cat for a few reasons. He is meant to be cute while the others are considerably scarier. There would also be a sense of irony bc I imagine that Talia is a big cat like a tiger or panther. However, cats are known as good hunters for a reason, and they have good instincts and can be just as loyal as dogs. As such, I think that he would be a regular kitty :3 other choices included him being a leopard cub, but it would be more funny if he was so small while everyone else is so big.

+ Something something, the two people who have had their deaths impact them the most and are often considered their parents’ greatest failures are prey animals that are usually hunted for sport….

+ Other small relationships between animal forms: the assassins are small cat forms. Dan being an animal not from the Americas, which also symbolizes him being out of place in the timeline. The Phantom family are purposefully made very different but also connected, examples being: a predator, a prey, a flying animal, and a cold blooded animal, etc. The Batfam being more random/less connected than the Phantom family due to their different backgrounds/lack of blood relation.

+ Their animal forms are also hint at the couples that I like, which is most obvious with Jason and Jazz lmaoooo. However, it is also a little noticeable in Tim and Dani (bird and fox), and definitely a little more obvious in Dan and Dick (snake and bird; please refer to my first piece of work with them tee hee). Danny’s is vague because I’m a multi-shipper with him, so he’s prey while most of everyone else are predator animals 💀

+ There are a few ideas in this (not counting the Pet AU): 1) Danny, Jazz, Dan, and Dani become companions and helpers to the Batfam, able to transform when necessary but also like spending time in their animal forms. In exchange, the Batfam help them with whatever problems they have and also give them sanctuary, 2) A regular animal-characteristics AU where everyone (or most of everyone, if humans exist) are some sort of animal hybrid creatures in the regular modern world, 3) The same as idea 2 but more Warrior Cats-esque where they’re way more animalistic, form packs, and live in less urban settings.

+ Yes, in his more humanoid form, Dan would have his legs replaced with a snake’s tail. I can’t decide between Dick and Dani having wings attached to their backs, or them having wings that connect to their arms.

+ Extras: Sam is a thoroughbred horse, Tucker is an American alligator, Valerie is a wolverine, and Wes is a swan. Bruce is a giant golden crowned flying fox, Alfred is an emperor penguin, and Barbara is a pony (but tbh, I’m open to suggestions).

(I know I'm really late but...things happen.)

Danny unfurled his wings in a long and slow stretch. He let out a yawn, his fangs seemed to grow longer as his jaw flexed.

"Tired?" Nightwing asked leaning over Batboy.

"Not even a little. I have to show off my new wings." Batboy said pulling on the wings like a cape.

"Don't go overboard. Stick to gliding." Nightwing said knowingly.

Yeah, there are still drawbacks to wings. The important one is that flying takes more energy from him than a bat. So no extra flapping.

It was fine though, the updrafts in the city are more than enough. If Danny fully shifted it wouldn't be a problem.

"Yeah, yeah, yea-." Danny froze.

There it was. That feeling again. It was like it called out to him.

It felt like a runner's high. When you've pushed yourself to your limits but you just keep going. The taste of pure euphoria. Like a shark smelling blood. Like skydiving off a mountain. An adrenaline rush.

And it called to him. Like a deer taunting a mountain lion.

Danny stared off in that direction. His pulse racing. His eyes dilated.

He managed to pull away just long enough to see Dick look at him with concern in his eyes. He tried to open his mouth and speak but his mouth felt dry.

This effect would only come from someone like him. Another Halfa, one that had a powerful obsession. And Danny needed to see them. They were in his territory and their ghosts said demanded a fight.

But Danny wouldn't run. Not this time. He had to tell Dick that he needed to do this.

"I need to go. I don't know how to explain but it feels like I have to go there. I don't want to disappear on you like...before." Danny said earnestly worried that Dick will try to stop him.

"I don't understand completely but I trust you. You're my...s-Batboy. You're a good kid." Dick said ruffling Danny's white hair. "Though if I end up in a fight tonight they might miss you."

Danny only smiled as he took off.

Danny landed in a gutted old factory. Rusted industrial equipment made the air smell musty.

The acidic scent in the air had nothing to do with the environment. It was them. Stalking and moving in the corners of the factory floor.

"Enough playing," Danny said testing the way his voice bounced around. He couldn't echolocate his target in the space properly. But he could feel them just find.

A low purr was all he heard until a body crashed into him.

"DANNY!" A familiar voice screeched in joy.

A pair of green eyes and stark white hair that wasn't his own looked down on him. What was new was the pair of white fluffy ears that wiggled on top of her head.

"DANI! YOU'RE ALIVE!" Danny pulled her into a bone crushing hug as they both laughed. "How did this happen? I thought I had lost you!" Danny wrapped his wings around them both in a tight embrace as her tail curled around them.

After a lot of hugging and crying the two finally talked properly.

"It was a bit of a surprise for me too. Nocturne found me a while ago in the mist or something. I don't know what he called it but he pulled me out of it. He put me in this thing and it sort of slowly built me around my core. But I kind of...escaped. I was scared if it after what happened with Vlad. So I ran to find you because that was all I knew. But I wasn't actually finished so I kind of started to melt...again." Dani trailed off.

"You what?! Why would you do that? You almost died again?!"

"Relax, I figured it out. This place is full of ecto and after turning into something smaller I was fine. Kinda. But I was picked up."

They didn't get to talk for long as the jeweled bracelet on her wrist vibrated.

"I gotta go. Mom is looking for me. I'll come find you next time and we'll have our brawl then." Dani said phasing out.

Danny tried to stop her but Dani was always faster then him.

He shifted uncomfortably in place. The lack of a fight was something a ghost never liked. It was basically a greeting.

Still, Dani was back. DANI WAS BACK! He wasn't alone here anymore. That was enough for now.

Tim was in a snowstorm, Wait let’s go back a bit.

When he was looking Bruce in the Time Stream after Dick tried to put Tim in Arkham HOW COULD HE- now is not the time to think about that, Tim can have an another mental breakdown later but right now he has to find any clues of where Bruce could have gone.

But Tim doesn’t notice one thing as Tim looks around him while backing up. There was a portal behind him that has freezing air going through and as time backs up here falls through and all he can see is snow falling from the sky before he lands on the ground but thankfully it was covered in a lot of snow so it wasn’t as hard as it could be but it would most definitely be a problem later.

But right now Tim has to find his way back to the Time Stream and back to finding clues about where Bruce so Tim starts to walk through the fourteen inches of snow, Tim feels less lucky about how much snow there is.

After walking for about 30 minutes or so Tim lost count at minute 15 and the fall from earlier has started to show itself and the adrenaline from the fall as well has started to make Tim very dizzy and his spine hurts and after a few more steps Tim falls to the ground and everything gets fuzzy until everything goes black.

When Tim wakes up he was met with a frozen over cave ceiling, and so he try’s to sit up but it quickly shows that was the wrong move as everything starts to spin and Tim has to lay back down and closes his eyes as he does this with the help of two clawed hands, one on his bare-back and one on his shoulder that gently put him down back on the bed thing he is laying on.

….wait what

Tim’s eyes snap open and turn to look at the stranger…oh a very pretty stranger they had long white hair that is done up with braids and they are wearing a dark blue heavy coat over a thick black dress with white fur that looks to be from a deer on the hem it also looks identical to the fur peeking out from the sleeves of their coat and they have two ice horns on their head and they are sitting next to Tim looking at him with worry and a bit of amusement at his reaction to them being there.

Yeah Tim can work with this.

•Background•

Danny has to leave Amity Park.

His parents found out about him after Vlad somehow got footage of Danny changing into his Phantom Form [and like the idiot he is he accidentally revealed himself to them] and Vlad gets his ass beat by them for being a ghost and they throw Vlad to the G.I.W.

But Dani went over to Vlad’s house for child support so she saw everything so she books it over to where Jazz, Danny, Sam and Tucker are and tell them everything and after the Fentons are done with Vlad they are going to go after Danny so Danny grabs what he wants to take with him and give Jazz, Sam, and Tucker a way to connect him if they need him or just want to talk to him and he books it out of there with Jazz destroying the portal after him.

So after Danny’s in the Ghost Zone he makes his way to Far Frozen and talks with Frostbite about it and ask if maybe he has a lair as he has heard other ghost talking about it, Frostbite explains ghost only get a lair after 100 years or so and with Danny being a halfa they don’t even know if that going to happen anyway but Danny can stay on Far Frozen as all the Yeti are already comfortable with him staying with them and they can show him things

And Danny agrees with this and starts to live on Far Frozen and he ends up growing horns and learning medicine from frostbite and it comes in handy when he comes across a human passed out in the snow.

•Halfa’s form changes to what and where they spend most of their time

•Frostbite started to call Danny “Polaris” after Danny info-dumped on him and the rest of the yetis caught on and now that just what he gets called most of the time

•Danny has a ice core and isn’t has effected of the cold but he still likes thicker and heavier clothes [Its a sensory thing]

•Danny didn’t give Dani the way to connect him is because she already has it

•Frostbite is Danny’s Ghost Parent but Danny is kinda like the community cat to the vetis so they all take care of him

•Danny helps make sure the younger or baby yetis don’t get to far from the rest of the group

•Danny has a cave that he just likes to chill out sometimes

•Danny convinces Frostbite to help Tim find Bruce after Tim tells him what he was doing in the Time Steam

•Vlads obsession has changed from Maddie and with him being in the G.I.W hands it’s going to make him hella unstable… :)

•Tim doesn’t tell the bats about his very pretty Veiti boyfriend

•One time Tim visits Frostbite is beating Vlad off with a stick while Vlad says very concerning things about Danny that are way out of context and now Tim is about to be wanted for murder

•You could add De aged Dani/Dan but I didn’t feel like adding it myself

•When the Batfam are being assholes to Tim he just books it to Far Frozen to see Danny

•After like 4 months of knowing each other Tim and Danny become boyfriends! [If you want to go down the Dead Tired route]
