Who is Dandy?
Dandy is a main character and is considered the mascot for Dandy's World, both in lore and out of it. He is considered the possible main antagonist and is the shopkeeper of the game. He is a developer-only attainable skin. But you can play him and his twisted skin in roleplay.

Movement speed: 5 Stars
Stamina: 5 Stars
Stealth: 5 Stars
Extraction speed: 5 Stars
Ability: "Dandy's World" (passive) - The star of the show
Requirement: Only playable by developers
Fun Facts!
He always appears on even number floors to be the shopkeeper.
Dandy seems impatient or fears being ignored after you don't buy from him during games.
He subtly shows his fear of losing his friendships with other toons in dialog.
Pebbles is his pet.
To get his twisted form to show up, ignore him and don't buy his items. He will warn you the 3rd time, but on the 4th, you are almost promised to see him.
His full name is Dandicus Dancifer.
