henry was forced to learn the clarinet as a kid and hated it. the only time he picked it up again was when he tried to impress Murphy. Did not work, if anything, he managed to make Murphy laugh so hard he almost fell off his chair

He’d be alright having at LEAST made him laugh though hahaha

Germany just voted yes on same-sex marriage and @dancingaxolotl was pretty happy about this, so I made a quick Henry w/ a flag as a gift!  Walter, however, is not so happy. He could have sworn he told Henry not to come out...

I read that you like the "found family trope" and I gotta say I love this one so much too!! One thing I always found hilarious to think about is the relationship between Heather and Henry bc. Henry doesnt really fit any real "role" in a family he´s like "shy dad", "weird uncle", "big brother", "grandpa that just wants to drink his coffee in peace" and "weird pet noone asks about" all in one XD. Heather would be like: "This is Henry, he´s awkward, owns like 2 shirts and we love him!"

Alex/Henry Freshly returnedSoldierAlex and BartenderHenry AU!!

((I don’t know how obvious the ‘freshly returned’ is in this, but I rewrote this ficlet with like three different stories and this was the only one that felt right, so... Established relationship and Sorry it took so long!)) (Also, not beta’d)

“Ready to go?” Henry woke Alex with a gentle tap to his shoulder, trying not to jolt the soldier awake. Alex jumped anyway. “Sorry,” Henry said softly, hand still in place. “Didn’t mean to scare you. It seems like you sleep better in a crowded bar than you do at home.”

Alex straightened his back and looked around, eager to change the subject. “Doesn’t look crowded.” He mumbled, cradling his head back in his arms on top of the table he’d been camped out on.

Henry sat next to him, apron bunching up on his thighs and rested his head on Alex’s shoulder. “That’s because we closed an hour ago.” Alex huffed in reply. “Ready to go or do you want to sleep longer?”

“You’re hilarious.” His sarcasm was muffled by his arms, but he made no effort to move. 

“I’m serious. It makes me happy when you’re able to relax enough to sleep, Alex.” Henry wrapped an arm around his partner’s waist and pressed the bridge of his nose against Alex’s neck. “I love you.”

He received a mumbled, sleepy “You too” in reply.
