i think it would be neat if the each coli venue had a map layout of some sort with different monsters inhabiting different areas, so in the case of farming you had the option to select which area you wanted to go to for a greater chance of encountering specific enemies

ahhh ok! no rush! here’s my prompt: the staff “watching” pat get buried alive :)

set during 3x12. duh :) There was no snow on the ground, no frost in the air.  The Cosmic Staff flickered twice, a low pulse of soft light meant as a query, a concern.  So few humans knew it well enough to read meaning into the length and brightness, but two of them were here.  That should have meant something.  The wielder, the old one, the one who had been cold and gone, and their friend. Warm hands, gone cold, now warm again, gripped it too tight. The staff warbled again, a note that meant unhappy, wrong, incorrect, stop. The grip tightened.  Starman, the Wielder, only did that when he had a plan the Staff hadn’t picked up on, but what kind of plan was this?  Stripesy was one of their people! Why was he lying, bound in a pit, surrounded by dirt and dark?  The staff wailed, and gleamed, a stronger brightness now, a stronger question, a stop and think,  a bad plan, I have better plan, a why? It could feel the catch of calluses, so familiar that it hurt.

Brainwave was dead. Eclipso had been reduced to char. Dragon King’s machines had been melted down and crushed under so much stone. But this had to be Someone Else. Starman would never--harm one of Their People. They were united, they were the same.  So this had to be like before.  Golden light spilled between clasped fingers, trying to drive out the Dark that had to be clouding the Wielder’s heart- no, mind. “Power down,” that voice that the staff had missed for so long in the box said, taut. The Staff snuffed out. It was instinct, to be an extension of the wielder’s will, to trust those hands, that voice. It had failed, again. It had to obey. It had to be missing something. It wasn’t enough, never enough. The Wielder had been so long in the dark without it that he had become this, and the staff had been blinded. How had it not known, not noticed? Flying again had felt so right, the Dancer, the Stargirl, she had said this was right, this was all right,  but it was all wrong. It had missed him so much. It missed him still. It could not bear to watch what he would do because of it.

working at a library was great and i miss it but there’s also a not-insignificant part of me that’s incredibly thankful i stopped with library positions before the library itself started becoming this new culture war battleground and drag queen story hours started getting really controversial. I hear so many new horror stories all the time

I think changes to mobile dash are happening already. The past few days, the posts on my mobile dash are reblogs which occurred days or weeks ago. When I go to that blog, those reblogs are nowhere near the top. And refreshing my mobile dash doesn't bring the new reblogs or posts. Lord knows, I'm following tons of blogs so there oughta be movement but it's these same posts (seemingly no dash movement) for the past few hours.

Anyone else noticing this? Truly awful because if I get back to my dash and see the same stuff it makes me think I'm "caught up" and close the app (which means I don't consume your ads that make you money, staff).

Please just chronologically give me every post from the people I follow. I'm here to consume fresh garbage, like a bear who ambled into town to find some food, and I've picked through all these bins before. :'(
