“ConBravo! 2018 Day Two” Today was the second day of ConBravo aka “Reason No. 15493 not to go see Teen Titans Go! To The Movies this weekend”. Had an awesome time today. Here’s what happened: 1) and 2) Attended the “Cuphead Animation Talk” with one of the animators for the game, Tina Nawrocki. She gave a pretty interesting speech on how she would draw the characters, especially Baroness Von Bon Bon. Great job, Tina! 3) and 4) Attended another Cuphead panel, this one being the “Background Design Behind Cuphead with background artist Caitlin Russell and Ali Morbi who did the models and props. Very amazing panel. 5) A quick shot of the Sheraton as I was leaving the last panel. 6) Between the two panels I attended, I took part in a Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo tournament which sadly only four people including yours truly signed up for. Instead, we did a Round Robin tournament. I did win a couple of prizes, one being a Discord shirt and a Daigo The Beast manga which is about Daigo Umehara, a prominent fighting game player. 7) Made a couple of purchases today: A Captain America Funko Pop and that damn Venom t-shirt I’ve been trying to find for some time. 8) After the first Cuphead panel, I bought a couple of cartoon prints from Tina Nawrocki. One more day of ConBravo tomorrow! Be back with another update! Until then, I’m off to play some Cuphead. ~Kyle R.
