I just watched the “25 Years of Washington St DIY” video and Internet Birthday’s Episode 2 and 3 on Thrasher YouTube as I ate an early lunch.
I love the hesh scene. Who remembers that “Hesh Vs Fresh” Thrasher cover with Wade and Daewon? Go look it up. Being from San Diego, I love that Washington St is an iconic spot in our city. I grew up seeing Burnside and Phillyside skated by pros and in videos. I’m always hyped to see Washington St pop up in videos of both local and non-local skaters. From observation, I can see all these parks are heavy. I’ve only skated Washington St and let me tell you, it’s gnarly. I can imagine the same for Burnside and Phillyside. Each of these parks have their scene, their skaters, and their clips: I’m thankful for and love them all.
Whoever “Internet Birthday” is, you cool. Those videos were dope. I’m a bit out of touch with current skaters; they’re so many. Start to finish, the videos are amazing. So so so so so many good clips. Watch them both. But, in Ep. 2, we got the GOAT.
Ishod Wair is a contender for SOTY year, every year, at least for me. This guy has the best timeline. His BMW and fashion stuff - I love it. He owns it in a way that isn’t phony. Idk, for whatever reason, that shit works for him and I don’t feel annoyed by it. Beats me. But the best thing, his skating and trick selection are still unbeatable. ATV is thankfully not used much anymore to describe skaters, but Ishod is one and he does it quietly. The fluidity at which he destroys all that he skates: I always want more. Within the next few years, I hope he goes hard on the skating and gets SOTY again.

UNIQLO Holds Fan Sign Event with K-POP Boy Group TREASURE Celebrating the Launch of ‘Find Your TREASURE UT’
June 20, 2024, Kuala Lumpur – Global apparel retailer UNIQLO held a fan sign event with the K-pop idol group ‘TREASURE’ on June 18 at Daewon Content Live Hall in I’PARK Mall, Yongsan, Seoul. The event was organised to celebrate the launch of the ‘Find Your TREASURE UT’ collection, a UNIQLO's collaborative graphic t-shirt collection with the K-pop boy group, launched on May 20. All 10 members of TREASURE attended the event, where they met and signed autographs for 50 fans who were invited through UNIQLO’s pre-event process.
The ‘Find Your TREASURE UT’ collection features designs inspired by the characters and music videos of six iconic TREASURE songs: ‘BOY’, ‘I LOVE YOU’, ‘JIKJIN’, ‘DARARI’, ‘HELLO’ and ‘BONA BONA’. The collection features unisex-friendly oversized proportions tailored specifically for this collection. Featuring six designs, fans of the group will be able to match with their favourite members.

Designed to reflect the debut single album’s title song "BOY," the phrase “Find your TREASURE” that appears in the music video is printed on the front. The back design has the credit title from the CD jacket.
This design is from the second single album’s title song "I LOVE YOU". The front has the heart motif depicted on the CD jacket of the group’s second single album THE FIRST STEP: CHAPTER TWO. The back features a photo print of the seaside scene that appears in the music video.
Inspired by the cool atmosphere and fast-paced feel of the music video for their first mini album’s title song "JIKJIN", this design was inspired by a fictional automotive brand. The front has a small motif suggesting a brand logo. The back has a graphic with an imaginary car speeding by.
This design features the striking lyrics of the first mini album’s song "DARARI”. The front has the word “darari” that is repeated throughout the song, arranged in a stylised font. The back hem is printed with TREASURE’s key visual graphic.
Designed based on the second mini album’s title song "HELLO", the front has the word “hello” in several languages as it features in the music video. The back has TREASURE's key visual graphic and the phrase “Where you've been all my life” from the song’s lyrics.
This design is based on the group’s second full album’s title song, "BONA BONA". The word “TREASURE" is printed on the front alongside the lyrics "Born to Love Ya” and a CD motif graphic. The back has the TREASURE key visual graphic on the hem.
