emily! the hazelnut coffee club has officially overtaken my brain! i cannot stop thinking about what all the different roosters and OCs would order.

for example, i just feel in my bones that beer boy would order something completely unhinged - mayhaps a caramel ribbon crunch with like 6 shots of espresso? this of course made more unhinged in contrast by sugar getting something simple and classy, like a cortado.

would love to know your take on this topic, my barista brain has not stopped whirring all night. also genuinely curious what your go-to is?

The Hazelnut Coffee Club (HCC) is so important to me now that you said you can definitely see DadBrad drinking hazelnut coffee in The Younger Kind LOL. Okay, so here's a rundown of everybody's coffee order in my Bradley series fics...

Roo and BG universe: Roo drinks black coffee. He's a simple man, and he can't really taste the difference between Nespresso and Maxwell House. Baby Girl likes coffee with cream and sugar, and she is a lot pickier about which brands she drinks (Starbucks Blonde Roast.)

Beer Boy/Man and Sugar universe: Beer Boy is a bit of an extremist when it comes to coffee. He's just as likely to order a black coffee as he is to order a venti upside down iced caramel macchiato with cold foam and extra caramel drizzle. Sugar ironically does not take sugar in her coffee (BB says she's sweet enough) and just adds cream.

Coach and Kitten in Batting Practice: Coach likes all kinds of coffee, but he's going to order a flavored iced latte each time, and he doesn't give a fuck what you think about it. Kitten actually prefers hot tea and iced tea, but she's always hesitant to tell people that. If she does order a coffee, it's a white chocolate mocha with so much sweetener, it just tastes like hot chocolate.

Daddy and Babysitter (nickname coming soon) in The Younger Kind: Daddy loves his hazelnut creamer, and he uses a lot of it. He buys it in the big jug, because he rarely has time to go grocery shopping, and that's his one luxury item. His babysitter loves French vanilla. French vanilla lattes are definitely her drink of choice.

EMILY. Your poll has me in hysterics. I voted for DadBrad and the babysitter but they are in last place and I need you to promise me you are going to write more because I am OBSESSED with that story already.

Daddy isn't going anywhere. Except maybe on some dates with women who aren't as cool as his babysitter.

I live for when you post a new fic! All of your Bradley’s give their readers such cute nicknames. I can’t wait to see what DadBrad is going to call his Babysitter. The slow burn may kill me!!

Thanks, babe! DadBrad will start using the babysitter's nickname in the next part! I can't wait for it! It's a bit of a slow burn, but I actually think Coach/Kitten is even more of a slow burn? I'll post Batting Practice today!
