Momrad to Konrad: Konrad v Gravity

As well as some updates

So I just had a fun fright. Konrad is as smart as a crow now being 15 months old he's learned he can stand on things to reach the tops of tables.

Well unfortunately for the tiny night lord he likes to stand on unstable items. And he predictably fell face planting on his nose. Yeah it bled and it's swollen and I don't think he broke it... I'm worried he broke it but he's calmed down (in fact he's asleep ATM) but yeah Konrad likes to try and spite gravity and gravity keeps winning.

On another note I'll be ending the gofundme soon as family has come out to help us. So I still want to thank everyone for the help and support.

We're hoping to move this year as last year our rent jumped up 300 dollars

Dadatar nearly died last November due to an infected gallbladder which caused his pancreas to swell. Konrad would have only been 5 months old at the time so I was still recovering from only having given birth a few months prior and suddenly my husband might be dying there was no way I would be able to juggle finding a new place on top of getting use to a baby as well as hubby being out of commission.

So we accepted the 300 dollar rent increase

But hopefully next week we're going to go look at some new apartments and find a new place before we have to move out the first week of January

While we can't really decorate for Christmas this year I think the present of a more affordable apartment is worth it.

Momrad to Konrad: The first year

Honestly it's odd to think that a year ago at this time I had my tiny Night Lord.

Oh man there were ups and downs throughout it all. Oh he won't ever see this probably and I'm just going to be posting to the void. But God I'm so lucky to have such a happy little boy. The joy when he first started to figure out what laughing means and that he always has a smile or a laugh. The loss of his gummy smiles was a blow to Dadatar and I but his toofy little smiles have also been a joy.

Yeah babies really do have a new baby smell and it lasts like 3 months (another tragedy for us to loose) but I'm so happy he's just here with us (SIDS scared me)

Can't wait for another year more and all the funny little things that come with raising a tiny little Night Lord... Raising a tiny little Primarch
