A/n; Thank you so so much for the compliments!!! I hope you like this, I'm sorry if the scenario is kind of short 3:

• Biting your nails is one of the most prominent habit you pick up from him. You just find your nails between your teeth subconsciously

• You also pick up bits and pieces of the Russian language. Specifically the annoyed or frustrated words that Fyodor would let out every now and again.

• Fyodor heavily sighs a lot. All the time. It is more frequent when he's stressed, though.

• The ability to flawlessly lie to people seems to be engrained in your blood. It could be about anything and people would still believe you because of both you're believability and your 'good kid' reputation. Exactly the way Fyodor raised you.

• When he first adopted you, you were already ten years old, so he immediately started recommending you read classic literature - Catcher in the Rye, To Kill a Mockingbird, etc.

• He also helped you with some of your school work, making sure you did it as soon as you were assigned it so you could just get it done and over with.

• 100% plays chess with you regularly. He teaches you all the pieces and rules of the game and challenges you to one day beat him.

Fyodor walked to the kitchen to get water for the two of you while you sat with your homework in front of you. You couldn't help but feel frustrated by the seemingly impossible math problems that even your genius of a father had a difficult time with. You chewed on your nails while you looked over the problem, desperately trying to figure out what you were supposed to be doing while Fyodor returned to the dining room table with two glasses of water. His brows furrowed when he noticed you biting your nails, quickly swatting your hand away from your mouth. "Malyshka, don't develop that habit, it's no good." He tells, sitting down next to you.

You frowned and sighed. "It can't be that bad if you do it all the time." You mumble, your head resting against your fist. "I believe the phrase goes 'do as I say, not as I do.'" He says, reading the problems on the paper. "This is easy, you can do this on the calculator, can you not?" He says, pushing the calculator towards you. "No. It says to solve it algebraically and I dunno how to do that." Fyodor stares at it for a moment, sighing. "We can YouTube this if it is such a big deal. Pull a tutorial up on your phone." Your father says, watching as you typed in the key words into the search bar. You propped the phone up against a candle in the center of the table, letting out a loud sigh almost identical to your father's. He glanced at you from the side of his eye with his brows furrowed, inhaling and watching the video.

The further into the video you got, the more annoyed and frustrated you got. You put your pencil down and buried your face in your hands, groaning as you did so. "Я так ненавижу это..¹" Fyodors expression immediately turned from a frown to one of surprise. "Did you learn that from me?" He asks, an eyebrow raised. You nod and hum in the affirmative, lifting your head back out of your hands and opening your eyes to the bright dining room lighting again. "You do a lot of stuff that I do. Are you just around me that much?" He asks quietly, his voice soft. "I guess so. Why? Is that a bad thing?" He shakes his head, "Not at all, it just really surprises me. I'm actually very happy about it." He says calmly, leaning over and kissing your forehead. "Guess you just haven't absorbed all of my intelligence. Finish your homework, Malyshka." He ruffles your hair and walks off to prepare dinner. "You couldn't solve it either!" You roll your eyes and pick the pencil back up, continuing your agonizing task of finishing your math homework.

facts abt my post canon bsd au (mostly atsushi and ada centric)

◇ takes place 4 years after everything with the DoA and Hunting Dogs is settled

◇ atsushi grows his hair back out so it's a little past his shoulders

◇ sigma joins the ADA

◇ fukuzawa retires but still comes around to check on his kids former employees and is on standby in case of any future disaster

◇ kunikida and ranpo agree to co-lead the agency. kunikida takes care of most of the paperwork and employee affairs (pour one out for kida) while ranpo keeps an eye out for cases that could be DoA level threat

◇ everybody gets therapy 🥳🎉!! that government hush money compensation check for being attacked by the Hunting Dogs was partially spent on a getting therapists who could actually help them with their issues (pour another one out for the therapists bc the shit they have to deal with...)

◇ genderfluid atsushi (he/she/they), agender dazai (he/him or it/its), nonbinary sigma (they/he)

◇ kunichuuzai canon. dazai and kunikida got together first, then kunikida and chuuya and finally after many schemes dazai and chuuya talked abt their feelings for each other and got together shortly after

◇ atsushi joins a local community college because she realized she can do stuff for herself outside of working. he's studying literature

◇ kyoka and kenji tried to go regular school for a short while before they realized that that they hated it, so kunikida toutered them helped them get a GED (public school couldn't handle them anyway)

◇ reason why atsushi was finally sent to therapy was bc they were convinced to get high to help their anxiety (one guess who convinced them) and had a bad trip. they got extremely paranoid, mentioned times he would hallucinate and had several concerning statements about himself. when he sobered up the agency said they were going and she only agreed to go if dazai went and surprisingly dazai agreed to go.(dazai planned to go one session and was somehow conned by his therapist to continue going)

Well now,he wouldn’t be able to actually use it per se, but he could definitely use it to keep you in line!

First he’ll make sure you see how easily he can kill with just a touch,then anytime you stepout of line,he’ll just step towards you menacingly and back you into a corner before ghosting his fingers over your face.

Letting you know that one wrong move could be fatal and that he was in control here. And he was always going to be.

If his darling would try ctrl+alt+deleting themselves, no they wouldn’t!

He isn’t stupid! Theres nothing! That  could be used as such in your little apartment (or wherever he’s chosen to keep you for that day/time period)

But if you are dangerously close to your limit and becoming an empty husk of who you were before,then he’l make a decision.

Does he let you meet your demise,whether that be mercifully or not would depend on him of corse, or would he change to make you live just a little longer?

If it’s the former he either leans in for a kiss and places his hand on your cheek,activating his ability,or if he’s feelin a little goofy,then he asks nikolai to do it or cooks something up himself. Something entertaining enough to be worth his time of course! After all,he’s a very busy rat.

But if it’s the latter then he showers you with love and comfort and no of course none of that bad stuff was real! Youre just imagining it myska!

He makes life so unbelievably perfect and once youre yourself again he lets the façade fall and begins to break you again.

And now that youre fully at his mercy again,practically his dog, he can deal he most damage. And that obviously means the most fun, of course~

Introducing: my cursed Fyozai ship child AU

This might be one of the weirdest mini projects I’ve ever worked on. It all started when I was scrolling through tumblr and stumbled upon some ship kids from another fandom and thought to myself man. Dazai and Fyodor would be horrible parents.

In this AU, Ilya Dazai, Fyodor and Dazai’s son goes by “Ken Hara.” He relinquished Dazai’s surname, due to Reasons, and he simply doesn’t go by Ilya because it’s difficult to pronounce. Ilya is the name that Fyodor gave him (which Dazai just decided to keep as Ken’s name), as well as the cross earring, but Ken has no idea who Fyodor is. All he knows is that his “mother” left him on Dazai’s doorstep one day, 17 years ago. Ken is eager to find “her.”

As for what happened between Ken and Dazai, and Atsushi’s reaction in this comic, I’d say that all of them are a little in the wrong. Ken was being unfair, Dazai was emotionally unavailable, and Atsushi is like that one uncle who cares a lot about you, but he also happens to be friends with your dad (who you hate) for 20 years and who also saved him from a life of suffering and poverty.

- The guy who died while fighting Rei (sorry i don’t remember his name lmao) would be Sigma💔💔 someone from the same organization who found a new life and purpose but then had it taken from him. Bram isn’t going to let that happen to him.

- Two hitman who live together with very different pasts and accidentally end up adopting a kid because they kill her dad💀

- They met and Bram wasn’t taking good care of himself so Kunikida (very lovingly) yelled at him and helped him eat better and keep up with his hygiene.

- Bram would ofc want to take care of every stray cat he sees and Kunikida would have to keep explaining he wouldn’t be great at it.

- Bram is unsure of taking a kid at first while Kunikida already acts like a mother💀

- Bram would love listening to music (like rei with his video games) and would introduce Aya to his fav bands. She then introduces him to things she listens to and he loves listening to them with her.

- Kunikida would for sure buy her everything she could want or need

The fun part about the dad Fyodor au is that I can use it almost like therapy. Like I can draw little scenarios that are happy or things I couldn't do with my parents. (like coming out, talking about interests, spending time together!!) These are all things I will one-day make into drawings :)

tw? Fyodor being Fyodor. What ever happened in the medieval time. Like that bro chill. Obsession, overprotective Fyodor.

this doesn't take place in the main au of bsd. The time line of medieval times. But Fyodor sports his two outfits. His main and dead apple. It's not mentioned really but keep that in mind he in those. Since I don't know what half his clothing is called....anyways part 1.

Fyodor was quite a cheerful child along side you. He always like to read and read with you or play with you. Reading under the trees was always so fun with you in the Cort yard. Both of you spend most of your days and nights under the stars in this cort yard. Even thought both your training was harsh or took alot of time. Both of you didn't mind you both where kids in the end of the day. Having fun after you both done your duties. You a knight in training. Picked ripe form the village. You did have a family and went home to them when you wanted. Your family couldn't say anything else against it. Since well it was the king. They would never go against the king since their blood line severed the king. Only recently your dad step down. Being the only child you had to take his place. Fyodor was much of a joyfully kid with you. His eyes always brighten up when seeing you. He was happy but fussed when you had to leave only to recive his father teasing. He didn't have his ability at the time so he was always touchy. He loved to play tag, catch or any activity you two could play. Even so you two can be seen under the trees reading a book together. Sometime to two of you would steal a moment under the stars. Siting next to each other sharing warthm since the nights where cold. Even at some points where he would give you his hat to keep you warm. He was quite jealous when the staff took you away. You where his friend and soon to be guard! Shouldn't You be with him then them? The two where favorites among the staff. They thought you two where adorable! Like two kids running around giggling was to much for their hearts. Who wouldn't want to squish those soft cheeks or spoil the prince roten with sweets. The king and queen loved you both. And treated you as if you where their child. It was a happy times then. Well...the past stays in the past.

"{Y/N}! Promise to be my right hand guard when you grow up?" He spoke looking st you with those cute bright purple eyes. He stood before you waited to see if you would play along.

You smiling back at him as you got down on one knee and took his hand puting up to your fohead to continue the playful banter. "To the ends of the world i would sever under you my prince" you spoke in the same tone before gently pulling his hand to kiss his ring figure.

He turned red at this and pulled his hand away. You both shared laughter that day as the maids watched. Oh they loved the playful duo. Running around, playing, sleeping and making silly little promises to eachother. Heck you two even shared food together like you two are siblings. Though both of you where not. It wad quite clear the prince fell in love with the kid that played with him everday.

It all went down hill after that. One day after his father training to be a king. It was more harsh. The king trained him to fight despite him passing out at times from low iron. Since back then there was no cure for what was happing to him. His father only wanted what was best for him. After training- well he went crying for his mother's comfort only to accidentally kill her with his ability. It was out of stress, he panicked and screamed for help. The maids came in. Only late to find out the beloved queen was dead. After that his training got more harsh. His father shamed him for being born with his ability. Calling im weak of a son. He stop seeing you lot since his father made the training harsher for you to torture him. He lost that bright purple eyes going to a dull color purple. He grew more quite, focused and dull. Focusing on his studies and didn't disobey his father. He grew to see the world as a harsh place. Seeing you go to wars his father made. It made him worry... are you going to come home safe? Alive? Come home to him? He missed the days where the two of you would play around the Cort yard. Then seeing you come home bloody to the castle cover in the enemy's blood or your own. He couldn't tell the differences. The days when you two where younger children then pre-teens. The way he held you close when both of you where to tired to move from the ground. The maids always put you two in the bed together since both of you would cry or Fyodor would fuss not to let you go when geting out to bed. It was adorable. He truly missed those days. But was he grew more older he slowly became to hate his father. Learning to use his ability. Control it for the better. To over throw his father and rule the lands with a more powerful hand. One night he called you to the bedroom on a long night. His study room to be exact. He grew accustomed to the walls everyday. He told was shy about it but looking at you grow almost as dull as him made him smile and hold your face. "My knight....please tell me it again. If my father where to die right now would you sever under me and only me?" He spoke wanting to hear it from you once more. You stared by unmoved. Giving him a small smile. Taking his hands off you face which made him slightly frown before he blushed again like when he was a child. When you kissed the tips of his finger. He could fell a different between your rough ones and his soft long lanky ones. "If the king where to die this night I would. Sever under you my prince. Like I said to the end of the world and back." Smiling at him. That night you two sleep together in a warm embrace. No clothing where loosed just a comfortable cuddle in eachother arms. Fyodor held a smile that night. He felt alive again like a child. Despite his growing hormones telling him to do other thing.

He ignored it only wanting to be close again to you like the two used to be.

Just him being young (maybe like early 20’s or 19 or something but young, you can pick) and he has a partner. But his partner had become pregnant unexpectedly. And after a really rough and confusing 6 or 7 months, they eventually settle on staying together and his partner wanting to see the pregnancy through (tho they don’t know if they’re gonna keep the child)

Tho ultimately, when the child is born, and Dazai gets to actually hold them, it’s different. And they do decide to keep the child

So basically that happening and Dazai trying to get his life on track so he’s not an absolutely awful father

You can choose if the port mafia is still a thing in this or not if you want more drama

And if Dazai is trying to either get out or work more to be more responsible

And if he turns to Oda for help. And if he was originally considering asking Oda to raise the child because he’s afraid he couldn’t

Dazai sat at the bar, swirling the liquid in his glass around. Oda sat next to him, fidgeting with a scrap of paper he found in his pocket earlier that day. "So, what'd you wanna talk about?" He asks Dazai with a cocked eyebrow. "Don't tell me you're runnin' from responsibility again." Oda says, only half serious. Dazai sighs and chuckles quietly, turning to look at Oda. "You know me really well. My partner is pregnant, and I wanted to know if you could..." He trails off at the end, feeling a bit of guilt weighing on his heart. "Take it?" Oda finishes Dazais sentence, being met with a nod from the brunette man. "Yeah. I don't think that I'm ready to be a father, and I'm not leaving my partner, that would be shitty." His gaze wanders towards the windows, the sills covered in a thin veil of glistening snow while flakes fall from the clouds overhead.

"And why is that?" Oda turns his body to face his companion better while resting his head against his fist. "C'mon, you know I'm just not father material. I don't know how to take care of a kid, nor do I know how to bond with it." He tells. His right hand rests on his knee while the other grasps the short whiskey glass by the rim, the orange light from the candles cascading an incandescent glow onto his skin. His cheeks and nose are still slightly red from being exposed to the cold, winter chill of the dark city even though he had gotten inside five minutes ago. "You just sound unwilling to learn, if you ask me." Oda replies. His hand moves from his cheek to run his fingers through his shirt, ginger hair while his statement makes Dazai reflect for a moment. "I don't think I'm able to learn." Oda shakes his head immediately. "You're always able to learn. You just don't want to. I can teach you how to take care of a child, even if you'd still rather hand it over to me." He says, his stubble slightly pricking the back of his hand before he takes a sip of his drink. Dazai sighs with his shoulders slumped, but he eventually nods in agreement. His stubborn personality has a tendency to soften whenever it came to Oda.

Oda started giving Dazai lessons whenever he was able to on how to deal with children, especially newborns. He taught Dazai how to how to hold them correctly and how to swaddle them, amongst many other essential skills for having a child. It took Dazai a couple hundred tries to get the swaddling down, but he was a natural at the multi-tasking part. He could carry around one of Oda's kids in one arm and make a bottle with the other without problem. He was also pretty good with making children laugh, even without trying. Oda taught him how to bathe and change a newborn and told him when the child could have things other than formula or breast milk. He was doing a real good job at shaping Dazai up into a, at the very least, prepared father. Although with these acquired skills, he still had his doubts and second thoughts.

Even as he's sitting in the hospital room with you and all the medical staff, his stomach continues to turn with indecision. He's stuck in a daydream, to keep the child or not to keep the child, that was his only question in the moment. He was so far gone that he barely registered the sound of cries coming from the newborn, but when he did he immediately snapped back into reality. His eyes darted around the room looking for the baby until they landed on her, laying on your chest. Your smile was contagious and Dazai couldn't help but unexpectedly choke up at the sight of the baby. The way you softly shushed her and pet her head made his heart swell. He immediately stood up and reached over to caress her as well, biting back his tears of happiness. He didn't understand how something he considered giving away made him feel this way, so happy.

When the nurses took the baby for the physical assessment, he frowned and reached for your hand. "We're keeping her, I don't want to give her way." Dazai says to you, kissing your forehead. "You did so good." He mumbles against your skin. You thank him and lean back, exhaustion overcoming you. "Good, I'm happy you want to keep her, too." A small smile makes its way to your face. He returns it and stands with you while you wait for the nurses to bring the little girl back. His hand rests on your shoulder, rubbing circles into your skin with his thumbs. His eyes light up like no other when he sees the nurse bring your baby back and he almost immediately reaches his arms out to pick her up and take her. His breath hitches and he stares at her sleeping form, unaware of the tears in his eyes until one falls down his face and onto d/n's baby blanket. He bites his lip once again, making them all the rosier as he sniffles and leans down to kiss her forehead.

The sight makes your heart flutter; you really did think Dazai would want to give her away, but he clearly changed his mind. An even bigger smile creeps onto your face when you hear him whispering to her, his dark brown bangs falling infront of his face. "I love you so much! I'm so glad to have you here, you're gonna be daddy's little partner in crime, huh?" You couldn't help but giggle with happiness. You knew neither you nor Dazai would be the perfect parents, but he really seemed like he was gonna try his damnedest for you; for your daughter.

you went out of your way to do anything and everything that would make fyodor happy to keep him from feeling the debilitating guilt of killing his dad and your husband, which fyodor slowly realized he very easily could take advantage of. that’s where the reader’s “obliviousness” comes from. it’s not that you’re a fucking idiot, you just have devoted so much of your life to keeping him happy, and he manipulated you into doing so. and the way you ended up coping with your grief was tunneling all of your feelings into protecting and taking care of fyodor.

so when it came to him asking for sexual favors, you were obviously uneasy at first, but it also felt like. just another day, just another task that would make him smile and in some weird twisted way had become a fucked up coping mechanism for you. in short all of this is just an insane trauma bond that spiraled into incest <3
