Another dad wererex thought, if the kid falls asleep on Rex in his Werewolf form, Rex tries to put him in bed but he clings to his fur-wolfer

What if WereRex just sleeps wrapped around the baby? Blankets- no need. WereRex is warm enough. He does the dog thing where they circle in the same spot a couple of times before curling down onto their cushion, but Rex keeps an arm out for you to place the baby in the center before he tucks that arm in and just -holds- the baby and they fall asleep on each other like that 🥺

Dad wererex would be so adorable ❤️ especially if Rex is afraid of holding the baby in Werewolf form so y/n has to convince him that he won't hurt the baby🥺-wolfer

Oh, what if in my wererex au, him and y/n adopt a kid and then Rex tries not to transform, thinking that the kid will be scared that his dad is a werewolf-wolfer

This is why they adopt an infant, so that way they can condition the kid to think it’s normal to have a werewolf dad 😂😂😂

Kid cries? Papa wolf is there for cuddles.

Kid’s bored? Papa wolf is there, letting the kid ride him like a horse

The kid goes to school, and is all like “yeah my dad’s fur is crazy soft,” and all the other kids are just like “what the hell are you talking about?” and he automatically becomes the coolest kid in class because Captain WereRex Dad

I just had a dad wererex thought, if his kid has a nightmare and screams imagine Rex just transforming and running to his room, full protective dad mode-wolfer

Just bursts in, snarling wickedly, and the kid all small puts up his lil hands making grabby motions going “Papa!! 🥺” and sniffling wanting to be held and cuddled into his fur 😭😭😭

What would be hilarious is that the next time Rex goes to the temple the youngling's beg him to transform 😂-wolfer

He’d get all embarrassed and flustered and cute and all the younglings would be tugging on his hands and giving him big baby eyes, like “Please Please Please Please Pretty Pleeeeeaaaaase Mr. Captain!!!” 😭😭😭😭

Also dad WereRex, his kid is a werewolf too. So Rex will transform whenever the kid transforms to make him feel more comfortable. And he'll make sure to play around with him whenever this happens -Wolfer

Thanks 😊 I was also thinking about dad WereRex again, think about if for some reason Rex's kid isn't a werewolf until he reaches a certain age. So he ends up transforming and freaking out because he's never had it happen before -Wolfer

I’m sorry- I know this is supposed to be like “Grrr Protective Papa Loves His Child” all fluffy and comforting- but all I can think of is the kid crying into you, burying their face in your shoulder about how somebody pushed them off a swing set or something while Rex is standing behind you and you just hear a POOMF (that’s the sound of all of his fur puffing out of him at once) and suddenly it’s Captain WereDad standing behind you growling really low 😂😂😂😂

Another wererex thought I had, imagine when the baby is first learning to walk so he slowly toddles over to Rex in his wolf form. Grabbing onto his leg fur as to not fall over-wolfer
