D/D/D/D Super-Dimensional Sovereign Emperor Zero Paradox
"Pendulum Effect: You can target 1 card in your opponent's Pendulum Zone; Special Summon this card, and if you do, place that card in your Pendulum Zone, but destroy it during the End Phase of the next turn. You can only use this effect of 'D/D/D/D Super-Dimensional Sovereign Emperor Zero Paradox' once per turn.
Monster Effect: Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special summoned by its own effect. When your Pendulum Summon a monster(s), while the total Pendulum Scales in your Pendulum Zones are higher than the total Levels of the Pendulum Summoned monsters: You can Special Summon this card from your hand, and if you do, destroy as many other cards on the field as possible, then you can place this card in your Pendulum Zone. Once per turn, if another 'D/D/D' monster(s) you control leaves the field by Spell Card or effect: This card's ATK becomes 6000."

Given the current Rank/Level 12 retrains/counterparts introduced in main sets of this Series, Series 12, I guess one of the next focuses will be Super Quantal Mech King Great Magnus, assuming there isn't a Rank 12/13 monster in Infinite Forbidden, which I expect will be. A retrain for that would be probably better in VRAINS main set, though, since we can introduce other Super Quant support.
For the next Synchro, my expectation is still on a Level 12 retrain of Star Eater, but a new Level 12 Synchro, or Rank 12 Xyz Mathmech is also possible.
In that vein, I also suspect we will eventually get Level/Rank 12 D/D/D monsters, now that glass ceiling is covered with D/D/D/D Super-Dimensional Sovereign Emperor Zero Paradox, but I guess more higher LINK Link Monsters for D/D/Ds will be more important.

DDDD超次元統皇ゼロ・パラドックス D/D/D/D Super-Dimensional Sovereign Emperor Zero Paradox Level 12 ATK 3000 DEF 3000 This card cannot be Normal Summoned, but can be Special Summoned when you Pendulum Summon a “D/D/D” monster, and the combined value of your Pendulum Scales exceeds this card’s Level. When this card is Special Summoned, you can destroy all other cards on the field. Once per turn, during either player’s turn, you can treat a card(s) in your opponent’s Pendulum Zone as your card(s). Once per turn, if a “D/D/D” monster leaves the field, you can double this card’s ATK.

The remaining cards from Premium Pack 2023 have been revealed. Our total tally is:
*YGO-R has 3 cards (one of which has appeared in 5D’s manga as well)
*GX has 4 cards, 3 for manga, 1 for animé
*5D’s has 3 cards
*ZEXAL has 4 cards
*ARC-V has 3 cards
*OCG stories haS 3 cards, one being a Alternate Artwork reprint, 2 being new.
The revealed cards:
*Blackwing - Sharnga the Waning Moon (Crow, 5D’s manga)
*Golden Rule (Jessie, GX animé)
*Protection of the Elements (Jadan, GX manga)
*Praying Mantis and Guard Mantis (Mendo Cino, YGO-R manga)
*Final Cross (Yusei, 5D’s manga)
*Mother Spider and Baby Spider (Kyoji Yagumo, ZEXAL manga)
*Additional Mirror Level 7 (Isaac, ARC-V manga)
*D/D/D/D Super-Dimensional Sovereign Emperor Zero Paradox (Reiji, ARC-V manga)
*****
With this:
*Mendo Cino’s remaining Mantis Monster cards have been released, which means next year’s YGO-R representative will likely be someone different, most likely Pete Coppermine or Ted Banias.
*Crow and Aki both have one monster remaining.
*So does Kaito and Kyoji Yagumo from ZEXAL manga.
*This year’s Premium Pack has been quite Spell/Trap heavy, more so than recent ones, this should increase in the future sets, because the amount of manga-only Monster Cards is diminishing. It seems they will add more animé cards in the future sets as well.
*Since Reiji’s other big boss monster from manga has been printed, this might imply he is going to be Series 12′s first ARC-V cover archetype (in whatever set will be Phantom Rage’s equivalent). But more likely this means we will see remaining D/D monsters get printed.
*And yes, one of Isaac’s cards, Additional Mirror Level 7 has been printed, so Mirror Imagines will be thing eventually.
