Like the same kind of criticisms that are usually parroted against any AI art content (it's lazy/soulless/aesthetically lacking/etc.) are hung ups people have against modern art and it's clear modern art has won the argument at this point despite people's insistence that it hasn't

#p #if anything i think it just lines up with a more general reactionary line of thought irt art as a whole that has been going on for a while #that isnt limited to just paintings/visual arts but also extends to other ones like literature and all #and i understand the fear pf global insecurity but lining up with this reactionary wave will only make it worse and like. get you manipulate #d by companies who take advantage of this fear to make even stricter copyright laws that fuck over the average person #and besides that. its not like digital made physical art completely worthless #anyways. been on my mind after seeing some anti ai posts the other day. i dont have that much of a strong support for ai as a whole but #it's weird seeing people who I'd otherwise agree on art opinions just go very. like That on it
