hi, of course! i've done nuzi stamps in the past (they're so silly i love them so big...) so i've linked those here for you as well ^o^

as for the questions:

1. i use a mix of ezgif and ibispaint x!

2. i would write my own tut, but i'm throwing links to other cool bloggers on their tuts instead because they helped me a lot when i first started and they deserve some recognition :3 you may have to play around with sizing for the stamps (depending on what border you use), but the tuts are great!
