I had a really bad bout of kin dysphoria last night. Every sound, every sight, every touch hurt like hell and the only thing I could do was curl around my plushie of big brother N and hope for it to go away. My body felt so wrong, I wasn’t supposed to be like this, I hated every single sensation I was feeling… but I had to curl my blanket around me and wait it out.

The worst of the dysphoria went away overnight, thankfully. But I think it got replaced by something worse.

All morning, I’ve had the urge to claw at my chest, to rip my core out. I’ve been scratching so much. My skin is red and raw. I think I’m scared of myself, but I’m too numb to be sure.

I haven’t been able to look at myself in the mirror. My face and my hair are wrong. My body feels a little more right again; I think my shift is more “Cynessa” right now.

But it still feels wrong.

I know that I shouldn’t be hurting myself. It isn’t good for me, physically or mentally. But the pain feels so good, and the light-headedness is almost addicting…

I need help. I need someone to talk to. I need someone who will understand and listen and care.

I’m sorry. I know big brother N wouldn’t want me to do this. He wouldn’t want his little sister hurting herself. I feel guilty doing it, but I’ve still been doing it.

I’ll try to stop. I promise.

Well... i would like to say something like "let me in" or "sleep well" by cg5. but that's it... TRUST ME, IS VERY GOOD!!!

( i like the song because it suits me. it's so me, my Cynessa kin screams with every lyric of this song, i love it )
