United by the Beat!

Good evening my fellow fitness lovers, 

Today, I wanted to talk about how at CycleBar you are fueled by the beat. I have mentioned before that its a positive motivating environment to work out in.  However, I wanted to talk more on how your energy and every other riders energy is united by the beat. The music that each instructor provides is just out of this world. Not only does it get you motivated and hyped to start your ride but feeling that connection to the beat is what fuels your ride. For example, my ride today I had a connection to each song on the playlist and by having that connection is what makes your ride 1000% better. 

One of my instructors Amy, is an great example of how each rider should ride. Not only is she inspiring with her words but she CONNECTS to every ride. Every single time I ride with her, I feel her energy and know that I will push myself to my very best. Sometimes I get caught up in the numbers and she reminds me that they don't matter, what matters is how you feel when you walk out of that studio. Do you feel stronger than before?   TIP: I recommend trying a connect ride, especially with Amy. In a connect ride, we cover our monitors and just ride to the beat of the music. No numbers, its how you feel on the bike.  I remember my first connect ride and I remember feeling so connected to everyones energy in the room. I actually was emotional because thats how much I connected to the music. CycleBar has changed my life for the better and I am truly so grateful for all my Cycle friends I have met and especially thankful for all my instructors.
