Yesss, Predaking *needs* a Queen, and Magnus is perfect - beautiful and strong..

The idea of Magnus actually being easy took me OUT but you know.. i actually love it. No one knows about it because they just.. never try. And Predaking is charming anyway, so Magnus is opening up pretty quickly..

omg Ratchet being so done with Optimus' pining that he wordlessly thanks Predaking for giving him something to goad Optimus with, relieved when the Prime stomps to the ship..

Even if they weren't already determined to end the War (something that will be much easier with Predaking as a secret agent on the Nemesis, my god imagine Prime and Predaking teaming up, holy shit) they would be determined anyway once Magnus tells them "nothing's going to happen until the war is over anyway". I can imagine them waiting for things to settle down and then pinning Magnus between their bigger frames, smugly pointing out that the War is over now..

They're very understanding though, despite their *need* to breed him - giving him more time, until one day he bashfully tells them that he thinks he's ready now.. He's an absolute wreck by the time the sun rises again, definitely not getting out of berth for the foreseeable future..

Also omg. Imagine Optimus and Predaking playing with Magnus' refineries. His wells. His tits. They're so big, and warm, and soft.. I think ratchet's been putting up with optimus pinning for TOO LONG. The first time Optimus and Magnus meets Optimus walked away like 😳👉👈 and went to bother ratchet about it, then every time Magnus showed up after that ratchet had to deal with Optimus doing the same thing. They may be friends but ratchet is SICK OF IT. He's tried many solutions over the years to get Optimus to act on it (Optimus' last relationship was with Megatron, who was more upfront in their relationship and usually initiated stuff. Rip Megatron u were a good one b4 u started doing space crack)

As soon as Cybertron recovers enough to have bars, Ratchets going to buy Predaking a cyberbeer, he swears it.

I probably worded that wrong earlier lol, the autobots are def trying their best to end the war!!!! but having a secret dragon turncoat that's infiltrated the nemesis helps a LOT lmao. I am now imagining a comedy of errors where Predaking keeps trying to bite Megatron's head off on the nemesis and various factors (starscream, well placed door frame, too many witnesses, starscream again, dark energon, starscream a third time, etc) keep stopping it from happening. There's gotta be some dramatic reveal too, Predaking and Optimus teaming up to fight would be SO COOL.

Mayhaps after their team-up is the first time they share Ultra Magnus, after gaining a new appreciation for each other in battle ☺️ (and maybe they fuck in the aftermath too☺️☺️☺️)

Like you said, Ultra Magnus isn't going ANYWHERE for the next few days, his hips need to recover and his partners are taking every chance they can to fill him up again ;)

I think you have noticed....I deleted every post regarding @/ehilikeshoney....we are no longer friends and all this started because of the fact that I always talked about my ab*sive childhood in elementary school.....she lost her patience and started saying that it's impossible to be hated or ab*sed by everyone, she told me to stop and started thinking that I was only telling her these things to get pity, furthermore she said that people hate me because all I do is complain..... But do you want to know something? Is it really possible to be hated or ab*sed by everyone, it really happened to me! I'm not a liar, I didn't expect one of my "friends" to tell me this.....I feel hurt..... I promised her that I would never tell her my "Whiny Stories" again, we gave each other a virtual hug and I hoped that it was over, but she started ignoring me, I wrote to her about how she was feeling with her throat but she didn't answer me never....she continued posting her drawings and started ignoring me on purpose..... The straw that broke the camel's back? When she blocked me just for posting a drawing she had done for me.....after complimenting her on learning Italian, supporting her when she started playing Criminal Case, drawing me that drawing of Elaine and Kayla for my birthday....I was repaid this way.... In case you continue to follow her, you can continue in doing it, I'm nobody to tell you what you should or shouldn't do, my parents taught me that I'm nobody for orders. One last thing: don't give @/ehilikeshoney the media pillory or the cyberb*lly*ng because: 1-the media pillory is useless, 2-I've been cyberb*ll*ed in the past and I don't want to wish it on anyone. DSGVO: Meta verstößt am häufigsten dagegen

In den sechs Jahren, die es die DSGVO gibt, meldeten Datenschutzbehörden über 2072 Verstöße, die mit 4,5 Milliarden Euro Strafe geahndet wurden. Deutschland an dritter Stelle mit 186 Verstößen und 55 Millionen Euro Bußgeldern. Die Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) der Europäischen Union hat die Unternehmenslandschaft seit ihrem Inkrafttreten am 25. Mai 2018 beeinflusst. Sie wurde geschaffen, um den Datenschutz und die Privatsphäre von Einzelpersonen zu stärken. Die Gesetzgebung hat auch die Art und Weise verändert, wie Unternehmen mit persönlichen Daten umgehen und sie verarbeiten. 2072 gemeldete DSGVO-Verstöße in sechs Jahren NordLayers Untersuchungen haben kürzlich ergeben, dass während der sechs Jahre, in denen die DSGVO nun besteht, Aufsichtsbehörden 2072 Verstöße gemeldet haben, was zu Bußgeldern in Höhe von 4,5 Milliarden Euro führte. Die drohenden Strafen, die bis zu 4 % des weltweiten Jahresumsatzes eines Unternehmens betragen können, zeigen, dass Unternehmen den Datenschutz ernst nehmen müssen. „Wir haben beobachtet, wie Unternehmen aller Branchen ihren Umgang mit Daten geändert und in Sicherheitsmaßnahmen investiert haben, um die Vorschriften einzuhalten“, so Carlos Salas, Experte für Cybersicherheit bei NordLayer. „Während die vollständige Einhaltung für viele Unternehmen herausfordernd gewesen ist, kann die Wirkung der DSGVO nicht hoch genug eingeschätzt werden, wenn es darum geht, den Einzelnen zu schützen und Unternehmen für den falschen Umgang mit Daten zur Verantwortung zu ziehen.“ Länder, in denen Unternehmen die höchsten Strafen erhalten Deutsche Unternehmen hatten mit 186 die dritthöchste Anzahl an Strafen zu tragen, was zu 55 Millionen Euro an Bußgeldern führte. Die höchste Strafe wurde im Oktober 2020 ausgesprochen. Der Online-Shop von H&M wurde wegen unzureichender Rechtsgrundlage für die Datenverarbeitung zu einer Geldstrafe von 35 Millionen Euro verurteilt. Spanische Unternehmen haben 842 Mal gegen die DSGVO verstoßen und seit 2018 80 Millionen Euro an Strafen bezahlt. Unternehmen in Italien wurden 358 Mal verurteilt und zahlten fast 229 Millionen Euro. Wenn man sich die Länder ansieht, in denen Unternehmen am meisten für ihre Verstöße gezahlt haben, sticht Irland hervor. Seit 2018 haben Unternehmen in Irland 2,8 Milliarden Euro an Bußgeldern gezahlt. Der Hauptgrund dafür ist, dass mehrere große Tech-Unternehmen wie Meta und TikTok ihre europäischen Niederlassungen dort registriert haben und mit hohen Millionenstrafen belegt wurden. Die größten „Kriminellen” und ihre Verstöße Meta verstößt mit Abstand am häufigsten gegen die Datenschutz-Grundverordnung. Von den 10 höchsten Bußgeldern gehen sechs auf die Kappe des Unternehmens (vier bei Meta, eines bei Facebook und eines bei WhatsApp). Der größte Verstoß kostete das Unternehmen 1,2 Milliarden Euro für eine unzureichende Rechtsgrundlage für die Datenverarbeitung im Jahr 2023. Zwei weitere Male mussten rund 400 Millionen Euro für die Nichteinhaltung der allgemeinen Grundsätze der Datenverarbeitung gezahlt werden. 2021 musste Amazon ebenfalls 746 Millionen Euro an die Datenschutzbehörden in Luxemburg zahlen. Letztes Jahr zahlte TikTok 345 Millionen Euro für Verstöße gegen die DSGVO. Google wurde 2021 zweimal wegen der Nichteinhaltung der allgemeinen Grundsätze der Datenverarbeitung zur Rechenschaft gezogen und zahlte jeweils 90 Millionen Euro und 60 Millionen Euro für die Verstöße. Unternehmen müssen am häufigsten wegen der unzureichenden Rechtsgrundlage für die Datenverarbeitung eine Strafe zahlen. Seit 2018 gab es 635 Fälle solcher Verstöße, was die Unternehmen 1,6 Milliarden Euro kostete. Für die Nichteinhaltung der allgemeinen Grundsätze der Datenverarbeitung wurden Unternehmen 578 Mal bestraft und zahlten 2 Milliarden Euro. „Die Einhaltung der DSGVO zu erreichen und aufrechtzuerhalten ist eine fortlaufende Aufgabe, kein einmaliges Ziel“, sagt Salas. „Gesetze zum Datenschutz entwickeln sich weiter, und Cyberbedrohungen werden komplexer, also müssen Unternehmen proaktiv bleiben, was Datenschutz und Sicherheit angeht. Lösungen wie NordLayer können Unternehmen dabei helfen, immer ein Schritt voraus zu sein und eine Compliance-Kultur zu schaffen, die die gesetzlichen Anforderungen erfüllt sowie das Vertrauen ihrer Kunden und Partner bewahrt.“ Methodik Die oben genannten Statistiken wurden durch die Analyse aggregierter Daten aus der GDPR Enforcement Tracker Datenbank (Übersicht der Geldbußen für DSGVO-Verstöße) vom 16. Mai gewonnen.
