1. Yes, they have a game. It's pretty recent stuff!

2. It's a Clue game, like Cluedo but no murders and it seems really fun!

3. It's set at HQ, at they are recording the next album BUT! GASPPPP: a piece of equipment is missing and they can't keep recording without it, so everyone splits and starts searching!

Seems fun, right? Especially, bc if I've got it right, it's modeled after the real HQ and if you are an obsessive fan like me who watched too many making of, you know the layout, so it's super fun moving through the various rooms!

Litourgiya by Batushka

This is fucking amazing. The chanting mixes will with the harsh vocals and the atmospheric choir gives it all breathing room even when the blast beats are going full force. Each track holds up on their own but ultimately should be listened to front to back. As someone that doesn't listen to much black metal, I was pleased that each track was varied enough that they all didn't blend together. Track 7: Istina stood out for is slower tempo and big riffs. 7/10

Mezzanine by Massive Attack

Happy (almost) Anniversary to this album. I put this on after Litourgiya so it was a nice change of pace and palette cleanser. Really dug this one, big chill out vibes 😎. Feels very appropriate for a dystopian cyberpunk game or space club. Kind of reminds me of Trent Reznor's compositions. Overall 8/10

Deliverance by Corrosion of Conformity

This is one of my favorite CoC albums! Corrosion is one of my top 10 bands ever and their whole discography has so much variety but this and Wiseblood are my favorites. An album that makes you feel like you need a cigarette/joint hanging out the side of your mouth(doesnt even need to be lit). Gotta love a song about Mr Clean. 9/10

Demanufacture by Fear Factory

Fucking love this album. One of my favorites from the year I was born. Essential listening for anyone getting into metal at some point in their journey. Burton C Bell's vocals are amazing and his ability to switch between clean and his bark was unrivaled for the longest time. Dino is a motherfucking RIFF BEAST™️. Replica is obviously the big song from this album but my favs are dog day sunrise and body hammer. Absolute CRUSHER 9.5/10

hi yes i got abt 200 pages through and got annoyed. i think i traumatized myself reading all 900 pages of anna karenina and had to move on to another bulgakov xd i enjoyed crime and punishment and the brothers karamazov so i think i stand with dostoevsky. there are a lot better russian authors than tolstoy who don't get the credit they deserve

I mean, literally, TLK is in my top 3 shows, it's beautifully made, has great plot, has its funny moments, has its absolutely heartbreaking moments, great friendships, great love, loyalty and betrayals, just literally EVERYTHING and it's so so so interesting!

One of my fave thing about TLK is that all the characters are real? I'm not talking about them being historical figures (obv not all of them are) but about the soul of the character? I look at them and I see a soul, not just a good written character, but a real living breathing person. Idk if you get what I'm saying lmao but I can't put it into words 😂😂 SO MANY CHARISMATIC PEOPLE I'D DIE FOR
