I've been asked to write a post by @abuadam86 because she is really worried about her disabled son Adam. Adam is only 10 years old and he suffers from quadriplegia, which is a type of paralysis that causes a complete and severe loss of motor function of all 4 limbs and the body from the neck down! He requires a wheelchair to get around. Imagine how horrifying it must be when there you need to escape from a bombing, but you are not able to move and need a wheelchair to get to places and the streets are full of rubble!

Adam requires special food and medication, which is scarce in Gaza, and on the rare occasion it is available, very expensive!! Due to a lack of medicine, Adam suffers from frequent muscle spams! As a result of his condition, Adam also has difficulty swallowing and digesting food. Due to the lack of the special food he needs, he has lost 15 kg of weight! Moreover, he is also suffering from respiratory illness due to the polluted environment he is in! And Adam is only 10 years old!

Adam also have 3 siblings: Menna (12), Maria (6), and baby Ezz (1). They are now living in a tent that is not equipped to shield them from the cold. They do not have winter clothes, and most of the clothes they have are lying under the rubble. These children, in particular Adam, are suffering so much, and that is in addition to the frequent bombings!

I actually have a cousin who suffers from a severe loss of motor function in his body and also has difficulties swallowing and digesting food as a result. I just want to say that support (e.g. medicine, equipment, the special food) for such a condition is already hard to get in normal circumstances, and as a result my cousin seldom leaves the house. If it is already difficult in normal circumstances, I can't imagine how Adam and his family are coping in the middle of a genocide! Please help them!

Israeli air raids have killed dozens of people, including children, in northern, central, and southern Gaza, Palestinian officials and media have said, as the besieged territory endures its 44th day of bombardment.

At least 31 people were killed in Israeli attacks on the Bureij and Nuseirat refugee camps in central Gaza, officials say.

Mohammed ayesh and his family are currently at Nuseirat and are in constant danger due to the bombardment and right now the best thing you can do to help is to please donate to his fundraiser. i don't wanna sound hopeless but i feel like so many of you don't care or have stopped caring about palestine.

the news of hospitals being bombed, children being massacred, people dying from the cold, and the famine spreading in gaza does not seem enough to grab attention or make people care.

what new tragedy needs to befall gaza for you to start talking about it? the occupation kills a child every few minutes. people are cold and are starving. refugee camps are being bombed with bombs that can level city blocks.

this all happens because of all of us. we are complicit in this genocide because our governments use the taxes we pay to send weapons to the occupation. weapons that are used to kill children and impose a blockade that is starving 2 million people.

the very fact that we're still going about our days when all of this is going on breaks my heart. especially because we have failed to stop our governments from using our money to arm israel.

i urge you, please be generous and donate to suad and her baby khaled. he is just six months old and suad is unable to find any formula for him. if she finds anything, it is extremely expensive. the baby also needs warm clothes and is suffering from a respiratory problem and needs a nebulizer.

Hi everyone. I've been asked by Heshem (@support-hesham) to share his story with you.

Heshem is a father who dearly loves his family. When the opportunity to evacuate came, he chose to spend every single penny he had to evacuate his wife and 3 children, while he himself stayed behind in Gaza. His family is now in Morocco, while Heshem, not having the funds to evacuate, is still in Gaza. He now lives in a tent with his relatives, including his niece Seham who is injured and requires medical treatment. His uncle was recently shot and had bled to death.

His 3 young children: Katia (11), Nabil (5) and Linda (1), are now separated from their father. Katia is severely traumatized by the horrors she has witnessed in Gaza. She has seen her best friend and her cousin pulled from the rubble, seriously injured from sharpnel and the impact from the bombing, and she is scarred by this memory. Nabil is diagnosed with mild delayed speech, and this genocide has worsened his speech development. The only word he can say now is 'papa', who is trapped in Gaza and cannot be there with him.

The children miss their father a lot, and are constantly worried about him. They are afraid that their father will not survive the bombs, they fear that their father will not be able to find food and water. With the rising prices in Gaza, Heshem struggles to buy basic necessities. But he remains concern for his family abroad because he has no resources to support them. Please help Heshem reunite with his 3 young children!

Ahmed (@ahmedpalestine) and his family are from Jabalia, which is suffering from the worst of Israel's attacks right now. Tanks are entering into Jabalia, and hundreds of people have been killed. But the actual death toll is unclear due to Jabalia being beseiged by Israel. Israel has ordered all the people of Jabalia (400,000 people!) to evacuate, while at the same time has Jabalia besieged (for more than a week now!). All 3 hospitals in Jabalia have been ordered to evacuate while massacres are happening, and Israel has attacked hospitals. But when people try to leave, they were shot by both snipers and drones!

Ahmed has also recently lost his cousin, who was bombed while fetching water for his family. He left behind his wife and 3 children, including a 2-month-old baby girl. I can't imagine the devastation Ahmed must be feeling right now, with his relatives and neighbours trapped inside Jabalia, and the recent death of his cousin. His 12 family members (including 6 children and Ahmed's 4-year-old brother!) are in constant danger. My heart hurts for them. Please help them out!

In the Heart of Suffering: My Family in Gaza.

My family, consisting of 12 people, including 6 children, is living in torn tents that offer no protection against the harsh winter or heavy rain. Water seeps into the tents from all directions, and the cold bites at the children’s fragile bodies as they bathe in freezing water not by choice, but because there is no alternative.

When one of them falls ill, they suffer silently because medicine is unavailable. Even basic winter clothing is beyond reach they left everything behind when they fled from northern Gaza to escape relentless bombing. Every day, they carry water in buckets and struggle to find food amidst skyrocketing prices, while constant shelling, hunger, and fear surround them on all sides.

Help my family survive this hell. Donate if you can, or share their story so it reaches someone who can help. And if you can’t, keep them in your prayers and thoughts. Your words and actions might be the light that brightens their darkest days.
