Maxis Corrupt?

LatelyI viewed the most popular households in the TS4 gallery. I was surprised by many of the creations holdning the top spots. Many of the creations are in my opinion not very good and it does not look like the creators have sent much time on them. Most of them do not have custom poses. I found that most of theese sims had been faved by maxis and this  could explain why they had so many downloads and favs. It is my impression that maxis hesitates to fav the sims that are actually good and made by talented creators. Why is this? Is this only my impression? I do not mean to be condescending or offend anyone, but this have been bothering me for some time and I’d like to know others opinion of this. I mean, there are SO many amazing sims in the gallery that the creators have obviously spent lots of time and creativity to make. But somehow theese do not seem to get faved by maxis, expecially if they have a custom pose. Are maxis envyous that there are creators more talented then themself? Speaking for my self, and I know this counts for many of my fellow simmers,  I can spend days on makeing a single sim, and the sims that I make is always made from a random sim or by some of my earlier sims. Simmers such as myself put  much pride, time and effort to make our sims look perfect. That is why I find it sort of unfair that maxis seem to intentionally overlook our creations, although they often hold the top spots in the “popular now” list.
