Hybrid Starlight Striker .

 A custom order for an Aussie LEO and Search&Rescue specialist who was after a compact neck carry survival item .

The slightly longer than my standard kirinite Starlight holder features a brass NATO SAS dry compass by Francis Barker with a GITD marker on the reverse .

Standard tungsten carbide striker disc with double sided cyflect glint &glow markers . The technora 950 friction saw capable lanyard has a fire-steel toggle and the lanyard contains the red tinder from gutted 550 firecord .

 Simple shoulder rig carry .

Following on from my 550 cord version http://ru-titley-knives.tumblr.com/post/60275327627/this-was-a-tactical-kiridashi-i-made-up-prior-to first shown in Sep 2013  here’s the  technora 950 version for a recent customer .

 One piece technora cord with 4 point kydex center piece. Custom fit can be made by cinching the pair of  ITW Nexus toaster cord-lock’s either side of the sheath to be carried and further cinched tight by adjusting the ITW Nexus cannon clips .

Micro Starlight striker .

 A custom build for a good client with minimalist carry a big priority.

This smaller version lacks the double sided cyflect glint &glow markers but still glows well and throws amazingly hot sparks when used with a quality fire-steel or ferro rod  .
