#i know people liked the sequel to the last of us#but i didn't#and i kinda wanna write a fix it fic to make it more interesting#instead of a long drawn out revenge story#make it a short story about Joel having to face the fact that he's left some people feeling broken like he once did#but also by making the doctor an actual bad person so abby has to realize that shes trying to avenge a fake idealistic version of her dad#pose the question of#is the pain joel left behind for the families worse then the murder being committed by the doctor on innocent children#cus you cant tell me he hasnt killed children before trying to find an answer#he didnt try to go into ellies brain without first having tried it on non immune children to see if there was an answer#and it makes Ellie have to learn what Joel did but with him by her side so#they have to realize that Joel shouldnt have lied to her but so comming to terms with it#beacuse ultimately unlike everyone else who was trying to get her there#Joel was the only person who refused to leave and let her die on that table#the revenge is bad story isnt engaging#i wanna fix it#also it aint gonna be 5 years in the future cus the longer it goes on the more impossible it would be for abby to find him#also joels not gonna die beacuse i dont write main charector deaths for shock value#its still gonna be a reader fic tho cus i have an interesting idea for what part you play in this story that acts as a balance#betwen Joel and Abby#also cus I wanna kiss Pedro!Joel and no one can stop me#it wont be a long story#I don't think the story abould have been very long like in the game cus it should be a smaller more personal tale#rather then a grand adventure of bloodthirsty vengeance
