one daaay i will put my stb era toxic yaoi thoughts into a coherent form and by that i mean an incoherent mess of a comic but know i do genuinely think about them constantly . they were always worse .

editing is going really well btw but theres such a difference between translating and then dialoguifying (deploying my editing warriors) and probably when this is all cleaned up ill pick at some lines and give my thoughts specifically eg this part that i like (its still unedited might change it etc) i was discussing hajime's line with kiko

and i went to go check the jp:

and well this is really just my stretch honestly. but he could have easily ended his sentence at 愛するもの but the fact he added たち which is a pluralising suffix specifically for people/ animals made me smile that it doesnt extend to just Things but also People. thats not smth thats easy to convey so specifically in dialogue (at least not in a way to sound natural) like it would probably lean one way or another "those we love"= leaning more towards people/ "that which we love" leaning more towards objects.

also i just love that Hajime now... the things and people he loves.. whatever

if youre wondering the chinese translation only specifies people but im not in the interest of throwing the "things" away from this sentence . especially because hajime has always been in the interest of capturing Things of the world in his camera lens.. blabla
