"Well first of all Stefan I wear everything like a goddess, let's not make a liar out of you, you're the good boy remember?"

Katherine crossed her arms and sighed heavily as she leaned against the door frame.

"Secondly, come on, Stefan. You know me better than that. Why would I attract needless attention to myself? And do you really think If I thought that was the key to getting you back that I'd be stupid enough to get caught? Why would I target the people close to you, if you even got a whiff it was me I'd lose any chance I have with you we both know that. Use your brain Stefan. I'm not the only petty vampire, I'm just the only smart one."

——- THE body dropped before him, lifeless. The killer had almost drained the blood. A sickly fanatic of giving a slow, painful death to his victims. It was in his hometown Mystic Falls, a quick stop before he parted ways and continued his never-ending schedule of circling the country. However, more bodies have been dropped — bodies he knew he didn’t kill as he kept a strict score of kills for each town and or city. Yet, these bodies were found in that town of his. Only, in Mystic Falls.

He wandered around, following the bloody trail. Whoever it was, they were messy. Although, so was Damon. It was only when his eyebrows furrowed at the sight of a familiar man feeding off a woman in the empty streets. The gurgling that accompanied the skin that ripped as the head fell. His eyes, following it as it dropped and rolled onto the floor before they returned back to him — Stefan.

“Well well well.” He smirks at his brother. The only brother, the one he hasn’t seen in centuries. “I love this new you — what happened,brother? Realize that this is much more fun than being a boring ole’ rule following vampire? Last time I checked, you ate bunnies.”

Tonight had been espcially rough for Rosemary. She had made the mistake of going home, knowing full well what waited for her when she went home. Her home life was anything but picyure perfect. Her father was a raging acoholic, abuse asshole. The moment she stepped into the house she was accused of the time she was spending with Stefan which had been nothing, but innocent. Not in her father's eyes it didn't. It turned into a fight, that left marks on her body from her father's hands. She took off from the house, fearing for her own life. She could hear her father screaming her name but she ignored it as she ran. She had ended up at the Salvatore house. She didn't know where else to go, and she felt more comfortable with Stefan than anyone. Tears stained her cheeks as she knocked on the door, but her axienty only made her knock louder. Her arms wrapped around her mid section as she waited. Wasn't even sure that anyone was home. Just when she started to doubt if anyone would answer. The door opened and she saw Stefan standing there. Relief washed over her, and she almost wanted to cry. The look of concern on his face was clear. She must look like hell to him. She gave a small smile as he asked her to come inside. Rosemary walked past Stefan as she entered the home. "I didn't know if you were home. The lights were off and..." She turned to face her friend then. "I just didn't know where else to go." She said in a strained voice. The last thing she wanted to do was break down infront of Stefan. She held her self well, and she wasn't about to break down now. She quickly wiped the tears from her cheek. "Home hasn't been very comforting as of late." She had never told anyone about what happens when she goes home, or what her father was really like. Everyone just saw him as the up standing cop that could do no wrong.

    what i think about their url: dude empathy really is Stefan’s curse. "I..." Her words failing her. How could she look him in the eye and say she went against his father's word. It wasn't like her to go back on her word. She hated Damon for everything that he had done to Stefan. So why did she feel so compelled to go to him. Her green hues dropped to the ground, delicate fingers toyed with the ring on her finger, one of the only things that her grandmother had given her before she passed away. She glanced up as she felt his hands on her shoulders. She felt a pang of guilt deep within her chest. "I didn't do it on purpose. You have to believe me Stefan." She placed a hand to Stefan's cheek. She was begging for him to understand. "It was your father's. Stefan, it wasn't my choice. It was almost like had no control." She couldn't explain it. She knew what she was getting into when she started spending a lot of time around Stefan. They were vampires. Something she had never thought she would ever deal with in her life time. She didn't even know they existed until Damon had attacked her and Stefan had stepped in and stopped him. She wasn't afraid of what she learned of her best friend, what he was. It only drew her in more. "Please, Stefan don't do this." She was begging. She knew he could compel her and make her forget. "I didn't do this on purpose."

Caroline knows she sounds rather panicky, but in that moment, she couldn’t care less. It’s a freakin’ marriage they’re talking about. Their marriage!! The whole thing sounds ABSURD and it gets worse whenever she stops to think about it. She can’t even IMAGINE herself married to Stefan. Sure, she knows he’d make an excellent husband; a loving and protective one, but---------- he’s her BEST FRIEND. Grant, she’d had a crush on him when they first met, but that was long over now, right?.
