“I know where everything is, it’s just the titles that got out of place.” Regulus being confused, because Sirius is his brother. Sirius is the brother he’s looked up to all his life, so “what do you mean he’s not a Black any longer, mother?”

You can’t tell me “you don’t have to try so hard to not see me around,” is not Regulus to Sirius after Sirius left. Or even, Sirius to Regulus after Sirius has left, and he just knows that Walburga has told Regulus, no, demanded, he avoid Sirius like the plague.
