Emma as Caer Ibormeith - Goddess of sleep and dreams

Killian as Aengus MacOg - God of love

In Irish mythology, Caer Ibormeith was Goddess of sleep and dreams. She often took the form of a swan who lived on a lake called Dragon's Mouth. Every alternate Samhain she would turn to human form for one celtic day, which begins at sunset, and after that, she would revert into being a swan, in which form she would remain for a year before becoming human again the following Samhain. She was loved by Aengus MacOg, God of love.

Aengus MacOg fell in love with a girl he had seen in his dream. In this dream, which lasted over a year, Caer Ibormeith stood beside his bed, though, when he reached out for her, she would disappear. When he awakened from the dream, he went in search at the lake of the Dragon's Mouth and found 150 girls chained in pairs, his girl Caer lbormeith, among them. Aengus was told he could marry Caer if he could identify her in her swan form. He chose correctly and with that Aengus turned himself into a swan and they flew away together, to the Brú na Bóinne /palace on the River Boyne near Slane/, where they sang so wonderfully that the whole of Ireland fell into a peaceful sleep for three days and three nights.

JSEgos AU list

Dark Fantasy AU: Egos take the forms of mythical/dark creatures who, despite their differences, have learned to live and survive together in a cave that resides deep within a large forest on the outskirts of a town that worships and hunts them.

Selkie AU: The egos are Selkies, creatures from Irish mythology that appear as ordinary seals who can “shed” their pelts and become human on land. Their pelts double as articles of clothing. If returned to them, whether they were snagged away from a hunter or even simply washed, the Selkie immediately becomes the spouse of the returner.

Slime Rancher AU: Based on Slime Rancher. The Reader is a rancher who’s settled into Far Far Range and has found a peculiar species of Slime: the Septics, who are all green and have distinct features of other Slimes and accessories of their own. Unlike other Slimes they were the only ones of their kind in the wild.

Greek God AU: Still trying to work on this one since I haven’t read into Greek myth too much. But basically the egos are all Greek Gods who can take human forms on Earth, and the Reader could be either a God/Goddess.

Wereseptic AU: The egos dwell in a forest and live as Werecreatures/ Lycanthropes--large, intimidating, and (mostly) carnivorous bipedal creatures that have learned to transform willingly over the course of several years. As humans they are naked for the most part, having just blankets to keep them clothed and warm.

Inu AU: Society now has two classes: humans and Inus, mythological creatures who look human except they sport dog ears, tails, canines, and feet. Sadly they’re often discriminated against and are treated more like animals than people, but the egos do their best to coexist with humans peacefully.

Fallen Angel AU: Not much activity in this one. But the egos are Angels, although Marvin gets cast out after an incident with Anti and becomes “Fallen”. Fortunately he is rescued by the Reader. The absence of their brother over the years is enough to convince the other egos to become “fallen” themselves so they can stay with him and the Reader on Earth.

Soulmate AUs: Varies, but all of the stories center around the Reader finding their soulmate to be one of the egos, or vice versa.

Soft Anti AU: Everything’s the same, except after the events of Kill JSE, Anti is given a shot at redemption. He breaks down and promises to be better. This leads to him becoming a soft, kind, and emotional glitch demon who tries his best to redeem himself for the awful things he did. This also means that every Anti appearance after Kill JSE is him merely acting.

Forgotten Egos AU: Started by @android-revolt . The Reader has their own egos: a soft and timid demon, a serial killer/mad scientist, a greedy megalomaniac, and a victim of the FNAF animatronics' machinations.

Ink Dwellers AU: Based off of Bendy & the Ink Machine. The egos are a group of survivors who have lived in Joey Drew Studios for decades. They're a mix of humans, peaceful ink monsters, and human-toon hybrids.

Centaur AU: The egos are centaurs of different species. Similarly to the Wereseptic AU, they all live together in a forest.

Minecraft AU: Based off Minecraft. The Reader, a human, meets the egos, who are either a human-mob hybrid or are human hybrids of two different mobs. Together they all live in a Woodland Mansion.

Wings AU: Still no specific plot yet, but the egos have various types of wings that reflect their personalities.

Lab AU: Started by 🔷 Anon. The egos are experiments who are turned into the worst and/or most twisted versions of themselves, either by illegal/immoral operations being done on their bodies or them being changed into a different species entirely.

Anti's Daughter AU: G/T AU started by @dragonlover123a . The Reader is a female toddler Tiny who is Anti's adopted daughter. And Anti himself is much taller than his brothers and owns his own dimension that doubles as a paradise and a torture zone.

Minetaur AU: A combination of CS and the MC AU. The egos are centaurs based off of various mobs in Minecraft. And instead of Jockeys, skeletons and baby zombies are driders and chicken centaurs (note this AU is completely separate from the MC AU).

X-Men AU: The egos are all mutants who live in the mansion together. They’ve come from different backgrounds and have different powers/abilities that separate them from the rest of humanity.

Shark AU: Still in development, but the egos are either mersharks (shark mermen) or weresharks.

Objecthead AU: Almost the same as the normal universe, but Jack and the egos are all objectheads (in a society where objectheads are uncommon civilians).

SCP AU: The egos are SCPs who are already existing ones, rather than having their own number, class, and anomalous properties.

Space AU: Egos as outer space entities and extraterrestrial/alien creatures.

Frog AU: ....the egos are froggos. Need I say more?
