Got back to the gym tonight after a break to reset my mental health. Felt good to get back! Did the sample of Crush60 I have (I have crush at home and have loved it, and now that the boyfriend and I got LA fitness memberships...) and I think I'm going to reward myself and purchase Crush60 when I get my next paycheck!

Today's Get Up and Go was called DRENCH, and boy did I! I was so exhausted and sweaty by the end of it that I skipped cute post-workout selfies and just grabbed these shots. Phew, I'm glad to be done! I took three days off to recalibrate and it feels great to be back. Gonna keep this momentum going through the weekend! Day 10!

Today sucked. It's been a while since I was last in the gym. Tried to pick up where I left off with Crush but everything was heavy and nothing felt right. So I finished with 27 mins on the elliptical and now everything hurts. I guess this is starting over. Again.

I was sweating so much this morning on my first day back in the gym after taking a few days off for the holiday week. Of course it was a #crush60 #legday which was just killer. I finally got back to the gym this morning! I hadn't gone in over two weeks cause of the #wisdomteeth adventures so I decided to start all over, hit the big red reset button and do day 1 of #crush60 so I could get back in the groove. And it felt great. Usually I hate chest days but I felt stronger than I thought for this one and that was awesome. Although the push-ups at the end did kill me a little ^ hence the #crushface but I'm back! #wearecrush

I did day 24 of Booty Boot Camp today (since I switched and did 25 yesterday): Pedal & Skate. I find it amazing how each time I leave the gym I think, “holy shit, I am SO sweaty!” and then next time I get even sweatier!! Today was for reals the SWEATIEST I have ever been with a crush workout! This one is a burner for sure! I love it! I’ve never done speed skaters before but I loved them! 
Week is almost over! Keep crushing!

Day 2 of Booty Bootcamp mostly done. Two substitutions were made: I switched machine crunches to regular crunches since we don’t have that machine at my gym? And the leg lifts I traded out for assisted pull ups since I can’t even pull myself up onto the leg lift equipment yet. I’ll get there though. Everything else went good :) When I got to the gym, there was one other lady there on the leg side of the gym. While I was resting between moving from one SS exercise to the next set, she came up to me and thanked me for being another girl who doesn’t just stick to cardio. It made me super happy and I’m glad I went 💕 So far for JSJ I’m at: 🌟3/3: 130g protein/day 2/4: Lifting 1/3: C25k Post workout toast and PB have been eaten so I’m going to try and sleep. Have a good morning everyone.

Did a two-a-day today - Leg and Performance Day. An example in poor decision making if there ever was one. But I crushed it, so here's a picture of my back sweat and crushface. Today's smoothie was spinach, banana, almond milk, peanut butter, and chocolate peanut butter flavored protein powder. Everything hurts.

Crush at Home, day 14 plus a little 2 mile run (including a stop at the top of Gasworks hill because the view is too gorgeous not to enjoy for a little bit).
