The fact that Prison of Plastic reveals that in the Banzai Blasters the Captain is not the one who gives nicknames but it's more a group activity implies that Giovanni's boys simply started calling Crusher basically the upgrade of "Lover Boy" and he either was on board with that or they just kept doing that until it became an official thing against his will and I don't know which is more hilarious.

This is gonna get controversial: I think Giocrusher is extremely overrated.

Now don’t get me wrong I like Crusher but I just don’t ship him with Gio and there are reasons for that.

Crusher’s primary trait is *checks notes* having a crush on Giovanni. It’s a fun gag but if that’s the only real trait he has then to me that makes it a boring ship. I feel like the primary reason why Giocrusher is popular is because Crusher’s a man. Jello has even confirmed on stream that for each arc he’ll have to make reasons for why Gio’s minions are EXCLUDED from the action.

While I’m not the biggest GioLori shipper there is one big reason I like it more than Gio Crusher.

Lorelai doesn’t worship Giovanni. In my mind, most of their interactions have been as equals even though Lorelai is leagues stronger. GioCrusher just feels kinda awkward when Crusher treats Giovanni as some higher being even though their own gap in power is smaller and their whole dynamic seems one-sided on Crusher’s part.

I am aware of the people who don’t ship GioLori because “Lorelai’s a bad person” but I’ve seen some of you ship Percy and Zora so that seems like a moot point. And I think there’s a good chunk of people who act like Lorelai isn’t going to change even though Prison of Plastic is just the beginning of her character arc. And the fact Lorelai has flaws makes shipping her with Giovanni much more interesting.

At the end of the series I’d be just as happy if Giovanni was still single or was dating Lorelai. I just think a lot of Epithet fans are giving GioCrusher more praise than it deserves.

hi bow i know we haven't talked in a while but i have been thinking So Fucking Much about DICE lately so i had to ask. u got any DICE hcs?

heyyyyy first off i am SO so sorry it’s taken me so long to get to this. i’ve been going through a lot of complicated personal stuff the past several months and it’s kept me off of social media…but i am back now! hopefully. i may not be the most active but i will try my best!!

NOW FOR THE QUESTION !!! DICE is a little funny for me…i love them so much and yet my mind’s perception of them constantly shifts…i can never seem to think of anything concrete for them. i love most theories about them to where i can’t decide which ones to believe in myself. like the 11th member…i really like all of the explanations people make for them. from cameraperson to pet to kokichi’s twin. I can’t decide which i like best so they’re all true at the same time for me.

for things that i CAN decide on…hm. Well they are Definitely orphans to me. and i think that like…that horse head in kokichi’s room? they all have one of those. they like to wear them regularly i think. it’s an extra mask. it gets pulled off their faces scooby-doo style to reveal the clown mask underneath.

and i Really like the card nicknames headcanon. but i think they have more than just standard deck names. like there’s Heart, Spade, Club, Clover, Ace, Joker. then you’ve got shit like Wild +4. Basic Darkness Energy. A Deal With Dark Ruler. Sour Cream From Steven Universe. they’re an unpredictable bunch…you can never guess what nickname they’re gonna use next.

the last one actually has an explanation. in an rp from like. jan 2019 i think? it was with DICE members and one of them pointed out how this guy’s hair looks like sour cream from steven universe

and in hindsight their hair is actually not that similar at all they are both just pointy. but that has stuck with me. and it’s funny. so i’ve been calling that member Sour Cream ever since

and speaking of comparing media…i imagine the group to have a dynamic similar to Giovanni’s Boys (gender neutral) from one of my favorite shows, the hit webseries epithet erased. they’re a gang of teenage petty criminals who are initially low-ranking members of an Actual criminal organization pyramid scheme but they eventually leave after giovanni proposes making their own evil organization. they’ve got goofy nicknames like Dark Star and Crusher and Flamethrower and Car Crash (but you can only get one if you earn it). giovanni wants to be a supervillain so bad and he is the sweetest guy ever who loves his minions so very much. these snippets from the book really fit DICE i think!

i look at them replacing hot dogs with cattails, and i nod and think…yes…DICE would do that…stupid but fun…that’s all they want…

they have their differences. giovanni and his boys (gender neutral) are very stupid. but i think the fundamentals of them both being groups of teens who just want to have fun and commit harmless petty crimes and who care so much for each other is Wonderful. i often think of this song to be DICE’s theme song even if i don’t think they are actually like how the banzai blasters are in the song. they’re smarter. But it’s a banger. i find them both very very fun (i think about kokichi saying lines from ee often…i have a list)

And this is not really a headcanon but i like how in the group photo everyone else has pants that at least Reach their ankles but kokichi is a rebel and wears pants that are just slightly too small for him. why does he do that. Weirdo (affectionate)

Hi!! so me and giovanni have been thinking and talking, and dw, we haven’t forgotten about you guys. However- we have been cooking up something silly, and here it is !! EE pokemon hcs.

note- all banzai blasters and former banzai blasters are basically team rocket members, but their ranking system follows Pokémon’s.

Giovanni- he has a gyarados that didn’t evolve from training or anything, he just loved it so much that it evolved. he found it in a puddle as a kid and grabbed it n went home. he gave it some crazy ass scary name but it’s silly. kids made fun of him a lot for it but he held onto it. he also has a houndoom that’s not that scary and his moms only let that one in the house. unfair.

Flamethrower- he has a ponyta and a charmander that he keeps insisting is gonna evolve any day now. he’s been insisting since he got it.

Car Crash- he has a varoom that he hatched from an egg with self destruct. Always seems to self destruct at the worst time

Ben- purrloin and an alolan rattata, standard banzai blaster pokemon.

Dark Star - he has a minior and a cosmog he found in a grocery store parking lot. no clue how it got there in the first place. It’s not scary at all and just floats around- because of course their only legendary does absolutely nothing.

Spike- she has a snubbull with a little spiked collar !! It hates everyone it doesnt know

Crusher- lillipup and a luvdisc <3

Molly- she has teddiursa, mimikyu, and an eevee. She’s not a trainer.

Sylvie- he has musharna, kadabra, espeon, flock of wooloo, and a mr mime that he's afraid of who keeps following him around. He’s a gym leader and psychologist

Mera- glaceon, alolan vulpix, froslass, frosmoth, and a snom that she doesn't battle with

Indus- has turtonator, shuckle, gigalith, sandslash; all of his pokemon have been ev trained to have max def. and sp. def and are INCREDIBLY annoying to fight

Percy- honedge, pikachu, and a growlithe which is standard issue for all officers. P much the Jenny of this world.

Ramsey- shiny rattata and shiny meowth that he trained to play poker

Zora- dusk form lycanroc, solrock, tyranitar, and toucannon.

Howie- combees and a vespiquen, perhaps a beedril (all of which help him work)

Arnold- alolan meowth with payday

Had some random thoughts about a Little Witch Academia x Epithet Erased au (with the Lwa characters in the EE world). I don't have anything concrete at the moment, so I'll just post stuff I brainstormed. I'll post more about the au in future posts. I'm considering naming the au “Dumb Little Spark”, which I like, but I don't just wanna go with the first thing I thought of. Let me know what y'all think the au name should be!

Lwa x EE Braindump!

Ursula had a large reputation in the public with the persona of “Shiny Chariot” for being the most wanted Vigilante in Sweet Jazz City. Despite this, people weren't afraid of her. If anything, most people looked up to her as someone of hope for helping more than the entire Sweet Jazz Police force. For a while, things look great. But as expectations and pressure grow, it becomes too much for her. One day, Shiny Chariot dissappeared without a trace, like a star in the sky that burnt out. No one knows what happened, but regardless of her disappearance, her impact on the city was insurmountable, bringing inspiration of hope and change to many adults and adolescents alike.

During the night, Akko takes on the role of a vigilante with the job of keeping Sweet Jazz City safe. She was inspired by her idol, “Shiny Chariot”, and when Shiny Chariot had disappeared, Akko had taken the initiative to spread the same kind of hope as her idol. Most underestimate her because she's a mundie, but those who do won't get the chance to make that mistake twice

Akko and Lorelai know each other. Despite them being complete opposites, they're actually friends with each other, though it's somewhat strained.

Sucy and Mushroom Girl are siblings, with the former being adopted into the family

Sucy became one of the chaperones of the field trip because the teacher of the class wasn't assured, with Martin being the only person to sign up as a chaperone. The teacher begged their dad, and the two managed to reach a compromise where the teacher would pay the family if Sucy signed up.

Lotte had the chance to go to college like Sylvie and get a degree before becoming an adult, but she declined as she said that it would be too much for her to handle. They told her that she could be a big-name famous person, but didn't realize that Lotte would rather dig her hand in a vase of poisonous snakes.

Giovanni gace Sucy a handmade invitation to try and get Sucy to join his boys. Everyone but Crusher didn't believe that it would work, but was surprised when Sucy actually accepted Giovanni's invitation. Till this day, nobody knows how Gio managed to convince her.

Lotte's epithet allows her to interact with the souls of others and herself. Because of that, she did gain a decent reputation for helping people with physical and mental health complications with their epithets for free. This had put her on Phoenica’s radar, and she's dead-set on meeting Lotte and convincing her to join her group of magical girls

Ben found Sucy creepy and objected to her becoming a minion, but Giovanni was having none of it and shut him down. Ben thinks she's going to poison them in their sleep

Constanze signed up for an internship with Howie, who found her inventions helpful for helping with construction

Whenever Constanze goes to the Blyndeff emporium, she just glances at Molly, and she immediately knows what Constanze specifically wants without a single word being exchanged (Constanze is her favorite customer because of this, and because she pays extra)

The Cavendish family is known as well and widely as the Fleecity family, becoming famous from a Cavendish and Fleecity working together when the Songstress first arrived. Since then, both families have had a rival relationship. They'd compete with each other but won't hesitate to team up when the arrival of the Songstress is near.

Trixie and Sucy know each other, and Sucy will sometimes help them with their potions
