Montfort Fortress is a ruined Crusader castle in the Upper Galilee region of Israel, about 22 miles northeast of Haifa and 10 miles south of Lebanon.

Belvoir Fortress is a Crusader fortress. When the Muslims tried to conquer the Kingdom of Jerusalem from the east, they suffered defeat after defeat, before eventually, Saladin besieged Belvoir after a very long siege and the Crusaders left.
