oooooh can I ask for your opinions on crunchyvelvet? they’re my personal otp and I will share my dogboys with everyone.

(also kinda feels like wildchip but like enhanced if you know what I mean? Like same dynamic almost?)

Ooh, sorry, I have to admit crunchyvelvet is not a ship I know much about, so I don’t really have opinions on it. All I can say is it features two dog people and seems neat

Though I will say I don’t feel like they’d have a dynamic like wildchip? I don’t know, I feel like they’d be more noticeably open, if that makes sense? I don’t mean to say that Wildberry doesn’t enjoy Crunchy’s company, he just has a much more stoic vibe than Red Velvet. Sorry, I don’t think I’m explaining myself well

To be honest, I was thinking of making it a question post on here, since it was a request on my main, but I couldn’t remember whether it was just a pair of characters given for me to work with, or if it was an actual ship, so I held off on it

Choco Cake Cookie and Black Velvet Cookie both belong to @saywha413 !

(Quick note since I'm pretty sure people are gonna ask, no Choco Cake isn't blushing at Black Velvet, they just had those cheek marks in the ref I was given for them.)

This is the first request that involves fankids! (CrunchyVelvet fankids to be specific) I drew them based on how I think their personalities are, with Black Velvet boasting about something and Choco Cake getting annoyed at them. (Though saywha413 can correct me if I'm wrong about the personalities)

As always, I hope I did both Choco Cake and Black Velvet justice!

Well, this is disgustingly late, but still; better late than never.

I already said in that post from a couple days ago (which ended up being my last, very anticlimactic post of 2022) that the reason I went MIA is that I got Splatoon 3 for Christmas and have been absolutely glued to it for the past week and a half and that’s...still true. I was hoping to end 2022 with a bang but the virtual cephalopod people wouldn’t let me. Instead, four days late, I decided to come out with my own year in review of my CRK fanart! Since the game’s become such an important part of my fandom life I figured it would only be fitting to see how much my artwork for it has improved over the past twelve months. Here’s to another year of more talking cookies and their world of weirdly complex lore!
