It’s our 10 year anniversary week @theboxnyc and we’re celebrating with weeklong shows starting tonight through Saturday; November 5-9. So many great friends and memories, a few are a little fuzzy🤪. We love our Box Family. ----------------------------------------------------------- Thank you @simonhammerstein , Richard Kimmel, and Randy Weiner @weinerrandy and all the directors, producers, and kick ass crew and staff at all locations; New York City, London @boxsoho , and The Act in Dubai, and Las Vegas @theactlv for years of fun and creativity. Thank you Jesse Patch for the initial Box invite and for booking us with Dos Equis Most Interesting Show in the World tour, which gave us the opportunity to actually come and perform at the venue when we were in NYC. I recall our early phone conversations when the Box first opened and my inability to envision our performance on such a small stage. Thankfully, with @jesstersdead encouragement and by thinking outside the box we were able to eventually work inside the Box and redefine what is possible for our crossbow performance. Unusually shaped and confined stages on tour had also prepared us and it opened a whole world of possibilities for challenging performance spaces. Thankfully, our late night cabaret performance that was tailor made for the Box was an instant hit. I recall we got extended into the next evening and then invited back and booked for the entire month of December into New Years Eve. Here we are a decade later still rocking it. ----------------------------------------------------------- Also, thanks to @matt_han_ra_han and Arthur Karpati for storing our road case next door during our trial run.
