Caleb is known for being the heartthrob of the campus. He's everything that people want-- smart, handsome, athletic and was rumored to be "big" down there. A lot of girls in the campus have been gushing over your best friend. Many have been saying that he sleeps with different girls everytime-- but was it true?
And of course, in your part you don't get the hype about Caleb. Yeah, he's your first kiss but so what? As his best friend, you both share secrets with each other. And one secret that you've kept about him is that....
He's a virgin himself.
As cocky as he is-- of course he'd feed into those rumors about him just to boost his ego. Little do they know, he's just a virgin otaku who reads hentai mangas on his free time. At first, it did bother you that he started reading those-- but as time passed by, you got used and even shared some recommendations you've found. And started having interest of his likings.
"Have you seen the new publish?" He asked, eyes glued to his phone as he scrolls. You leaned your back against your chair as you cross your arms.
"Of course, the art improved a lot" You answered, crossing your legs while Caleb shows you a panel of the erotic manga he's talking about. "You bet! It looks so realistic!" He chimed, pointing at the part where the girl was getting fucked and you can only push his phone away.
"Seriously, be glad that some of our classmates went out" You scoff, leaning against your desk as you grab your bag and started putting your textbooks inside. "Come on, I know you agree that scene was hot!" He raise his brow to tease.
"Shush" You silenced him and he only shrug in response as you continued putting your things inside your bag. You can't lie but that scene was really hot-- the way that the guy was dicking down the girl so good. Makes you wonder how would it feel like if it was you.
Your thoughts were pushed away when he interrupted. "Oh, I almost forgot" he said, straightening his back as he grab his bag and opened it. "I just finished the manga that you recommended me a few days ago" Grabbing the book from his bag as he placed it on your desk-- and you were quick to snatch it. It was embarassing the fact that the cover of the manga was a girl getting railed.
Hugging the book against your chest as you glare at Caleb and punched his shoulder, earning a grunt from him. "No need to be harsh, pipsqueak" He chuckled, as he looks at you in amusement.
You whisper curses at him as you opened your bag wider to fit the book in but something suddenly fall out.
A condom.
"Wha-" He froze, as his eyes widened-- looking at the packet of condom over your desk. Your eyes shifted to him as you look at him confused.
You hum, and followed where his gaze was at-- making your heart drop when you saw the packet of condom over your desk, you quickly grab it by your hand and shove it inside your bag. "Haha- my bad...." You chuckle awkwardly as you sweatdrop, closing your bag and rested your hands over your lap-- eyes glued to somewhere while you pretend nothing happened.
"I'm pretty sure that was a condom...?" Caleb thought, sweadropping also as he cleared his throat. But at the same time he wants to push your buttons--to see where you'd last.
"...an interesting thing you're carrying around...." He smiled, making you uncomfortable as you felt heat rising through your body out of embarrassment.
"It's just something I bought out of curiosity....." You answered, fixing your skirt because it was revealing a glimpse of your plushed thighs. Caleb noticed how you shift--only makes him want to push further. I mean maybe something might happen after this?
"Oh...I thought you're going to use it"
"Huh- haha no way...."
Awkwardness seeps between the both of you--while you try to not steal glances at the male. Inhaling deep as you question him.
"Do you have one, Caleb?" You asked.
"Have what?"
"Well...a condom?" You whisper, loud enough for him to hear as you toy with the ends of your skirt. Caleb blinks as he looks away, leaning against his desk while fidgeting his pen.
"I don't...not like I'd have a chance to use one anyway" He joked, shaking his head lightly. You nod at his words as you pursed you lips. You can't help but wonder if all of those rumors about him is true-- about "big" he was. Even though you knew he's a virgin there's still apart of you that doesn't believe that.
Class ended early as you and Caleb walked together. Talking about the new mangas that were published while enjoying each other's company.
"I swear that old man should stop giving us new assignments everyday" Caleb sneers, putting his hands behind his head while walking besides you.
"He should, I swear I noticed his bald spot earlier during lecture" You snort, making him laugh at your words as you joined.
You were glad that everything went to normal-- that Caleb forgot about that condom incident earlier. You can only swear that if he brings up the topic again you would just dig your own grave out of embarrassment.
The laughters piped down and you both continued walking together-- your eyes focused on your surroundings while Caleb on the other hand is urging to bring up the topic again.
"Hey"
"Hm?" You answered, eyes glued to the path.
"So, that condom talk earlier.." He spoke, looking somewhere while you paused. Cursing at yourself because you knew Caleb damn well--if something peeks his interest he wouldn't let go of it.
Inhaling deep as you face him--he puts his hands inside his pockets and gave you a sincere smile-- not that smile, you knew that he's plotting something which makes your body shiver at the sight of it.
"If someone were to ask you to 'use it' would you?" He asked, tilting his head as he waits for your reply. The question makes your body heat rise as you put a hand on your nape.
Letting out a soft awkward chuckle as you look at him "That's way to sudden" You mutter, making Caleb chuckle as he puts a hand over your head-- ruffling your hair.
"Like y'know, the thing I read on that manga you let me borrow" He said and your shoulders tensed up. Glaring at him as you pushed away his hand away from your head because it was messing up your hair.
"Hmp, don't bring me into your erotic fantasies" You huff, brows furrowed while you clutch onto the strap of your bag.
But the thought of it sends excitement through your body onto your clothed pussy-- I mean you'd always wondered what it feels like getting fucked and would you waste this chance? But the only problem is that, Caleb.
You can't imagine seeing your childhood best friend dick you down-- but the thought of it. Too consumed by your thoughts, Caleb pushed the topic further.
"So, what do you say?" He asked, making you snap back at your thoughts. You gulped as you look at him. Lowering your head while you fidget with your fingers-- hesitating if you're going to do it or not.
"We only live once, so risk it!" The voices in your head said in unison.
"I'll let him use it.."
It didn't take long for you two to arrive at Caleb's dorm. Feeling nervous as you try to calm yourself-- while Caleb on the other hand was all chill. You can't help but feel frustrated, can't even believe that you're going to loose your virginity to this man in front of you.
But what you didn't know, is that Caleb was more anxious than you. You both sat besides each other over the edge of his comfy bed as you clear your throat catching his attention.
"So what now...?"
"Right-- Uhm" Putting a hand over his nape as his usual sheepish attitude drains out of his body.
"...let's get naked first." It's rather a command than a question--Caleb nods at your words as he chuckle.
Pouting at him as your hand playfully pushed his face away from your direction "...I don't want you to look.." You confessed, face flustered making him smile as he hums.
"I'm still going to see you naked later, y'know that right?" He teased only for you to push him away more making him give up as you face his back.
Pursing your lips as you unbutton your top-- starting from the top to the button. Your eyes trailed to the figure in front of you-- Caleb removed his shirt in one go, revealing his well built back. And what got your attention was his muscular biceps. You can't help but stare at it but you were interrupted when you heard him talk.
"Like the view?" He chuckles, making you roll your eyes as you told him to shut up. As you finished unbutton your top, you slowly removed it from your body--leaving you just in your lacy bra hugging your plushed tits.
"Hey"
"Hm?" You hum. "Can I look?" Caleb asked, moving his head to the side a bit as he tried to get a glimpse of you behind. You quickly used your arms to hide your tits while glaring at him.
"You sound like a pervert"
"Come on, princess" He pleaded, Your gaze focused on his back as you sigh-- finally giving up as you removed your arms away from your chest. The man in front of you then quickly shifted his body to your direction-- now facing you as his eyes trailed on your plushed tits. His face flushed as he licked his lips-- letting out a soft chuckle while smiling.
"Wow....I couldn't tell at all that you're hiding something like these behind your clothes" He remarks, making you gulp as you sweat drop. "Is that so..." You mutter, lowering your head as your eyes focused on him.
Don't look at him with those eyes-- those doe innocent eyes of yours. Makes him want to bend you over and just fuck you on the spot.
Biting your lower lip as you both stare at each other. "Can..I touch them?" He asked, his hands clenching-- eager to touch your plushed tits. You nod at his words, he had to look at you again to make sure-- his hands tremble as he reached out to your tits in display.
Palm of his hands came in contact with your plushed tits as he gently massaged it-- he couldn't believe it, he's finally touching a literal tits right now. His gesture made your body squirm as you try to bit your lower lip to muffle your moans. Breathing softly as your hand reached behind your back to undo the hook of your bra. Unhooking it in one go as your bra fall from your shoulders as it spills out your bare tits to the male.
His hands continued to massage your tits, thumb toying your perked nipple as you let out a moan-- making him startle as he retrieved his hand.
"Ah- sorry" He apologize, you shook your head and reached out for his hand-- bring it back to your tits. "N-no...you can touch them however you like" You mutter, making Caleb gulp as he starts to feel heat gushing through his body. You're definitely putting fuel to the fire.
Caleb is anxious as he continued massaging your tits with both of his hands-- thumb rubbing circles and pinching your perked nipples earning sweet whimpers and moans from you. The sight makes his cock harden inside his pants-- he can't help but feel aroused seeing you so sensitive to his touch-- so needy.
Your soft moans occupied Caleb's mind-- your moans can't even compare to those erotic hentais he watched, yours is too hot-- like music to his ears. You blabber words at him but he's not listening at all-- too focused on fundling your tits.
You can't help but feel satisfaction that you're able to fill his thoughts-- smirking as you look at him with your hazy eyes. "Are they your satisfaction, miste--?" Your words were cut off when Caleb suddenly lounged at you and pinned you down over his bed. Both of his palm holds your wrists at both side as his soft lips latched onto your tits earning a yelp from you while you squirmed.
"W-wait-..Caleb--!" But he doesn't budge, continuing to suck your sensitive tits as his hot tongue swirls around your perked nipple making your toes curl. His other hand lets go of your left wrist as he reached out to your thigh and places it on the side of his hip. Positioning his hardened cock against your clothed pussy.
Feeling the arousal gushing through your aching pussy as you feel him grind his hardened bulge against your wet clothed pussy. Finally removing his hand from your other wrist as it moves to your left tit and massaged it while he sucked on the other one. Your hands run through his black lock and tried to push him away from your tits--but he wouldn't, still latching on it like a hungry mad man.
"Ngh-! Too much...C-Caleb....Caleb-!" You moan, as your hands cup his cheeks pushing his face away-- he finally gives up, earning a loud 'pop' when he pulls away from your perked tits. Cupping his cheeks as you can see drool from the side of his mouth making you grunt as you noticed how he filled your tits with his saliva.
"Please..." He pleads softly, rubbing his cheek against your palm like a cat begging its owner for food. His muscular arms sneaks behind your back as he wraps it around your waist-- burying his face against your tits. Where did the usual cocky Caleb go?
Letting a soft whimper as you feel him grind against your wet clothed pussy-- shamelessly. Caleb lift his head up as he looks at you with pleading eyes.
"Wanna put it in so bad....but..."
"I don't want to rush you" He exhales, while your heart flutters in awe. Caleb has always been prioritizing your needs other than his-- he wants to make you comfortable, he's not the type to rush you to do things. You flutter your lashes as you lean closer-- connecting your soft lips to his, Caleb melts against your warmth as he relaxes, continuing to grind slowly against you.
His hand reached to the waistband of your skirt along with your lacy panties as he slowly pulls it down-- discarding it on the floor. Pulling back from the kiss as you both pant-- your tongue sticking out as a string of saliva connects to both of your tongue. You're such a hot mess for Caleb-- it makes his cock twitch even more.
"So sensitive just for me...."
His fingers brushed away some strands of your hair from forehead-- you blink, noticing a wet patch on his gray sweats, your eyes then trailed on the visible bulge in front of you. Making your wet pussy twitch.
Caleb is not experienced--but he learned a lot from those hentai mangas he read. And of course a key to start off railing a girl aka his best friend is to penetrate their aching pussy first. He said to his mind.
While you on the other hand was eager-- already wanting to be dicked down by Caleb. Want him to stretch your virgin aching pussy so bad.
"Caleb"
"Yes, princess?"
"Please fuck me"
His brows raise in surprise as he looks at you "But, I need to penetrate you first-- it might hurt if we're going straight at it" He said, tone laced with worry. He feels like he's rushing you-- he doesn't want to.
Feeling embarrassed as you looked away "It's okay...I can handle it" You whisper, your cheeks flushed red. Caleb is having mixed feelings-- he never seen you so vulnerable, so submissive towards him. He can't help but want to abuse the control he has over you.
He clicks his tongue as he chuckled-- grabbing your hand and intertwined it with his, kissing the top of it as his eyes locked on yours.
"You're going to take it like a good girl." It wasn't a question-- your mind goes hazy, all you can think of is being intoxicated with the heat of both of your bodies. You flutter your eyes at him and nod-- following his order like a puppy.
He lets go of your hand and slowly pulls down his sweats-- leaving him with his boxers, you can't help but look at his visible bulge. Oh he's hard-- very hard. You gulped at the sight of it, noticing a wet patch on the part where his tip is-- already oozing pre-cum.
"Don't stare at me like that" He snorts, grabbing both of your thighs-- hands gripping the plushed flesh as he placed it on the side of his hips.
Pulling down his boxer as his hardened cock bounced up against his pelvis-- your eyes widened when you see his cock in display.
You felt embarrassed-- those rumors were indeed true. Caleb's cock is thick and long-- you can see visible veins lining while his angry red tip is already oozing cum.
"W-wait-!" You breathe out when you see him position his aching cock against your hardened clit.
You both locked eyes-- his eyes were filled with love and lust while he continued on rubbing circles against your hardened clit using his tip-- using the pre cum as a lubricant to make it slippery to rub on.
"Let me take care of you..." He muttered, rubbing his tip against your wet pussy lips-- smearing his cum all over it. Earning moans from you as your toes curl, feeling his gritty cock run against your folds to your hardened clit. It sends arousal to your throbbing wet pussy.
Caleb lets out soft grunts and moans as he holds his hardened cock with his palm, pumping it up and down while pressing it against your clit-- making your body twitch with every stroke.
He fastened his pace of rutting his aching cock against your hardened clit. "F-fuck-- I haven't even got inside of you..and I'm already a mess with just rubbing it against your pussy..." He growled, continuing to rut against you making your eyes roll as you felt the bed shaking.
Breathing heavily while you endure the friction against your hardened clit to your puffy slit--a drooling mess as he mixed his pre cum and your juices together and smearing it all over your poor pussy.
Feeling the arousal rising-- you can feel your climax taking over, too overstimulated as you're eager to cum. But just right after you felt the walls of your pussy throb as it ready to release--Caleb stopped rutting his angry tip against your hardened clit. Making you whine in return while you look at him with your glassy eyes.
"W-wha- why--,?" You complained, looking at him while he brushed some strands of his hair sticking out of his sweaty forehead. Panting heavily as his gaze towards you darkened. He lets out a husky chuckle while kneading the plush of your thigh with his hand.
"it'd be a waste if I'd cum outside, right? " He whispered, leaning close to you as your perked tits were pressed against his chest. Feeling his hot breathe against your skin-- making you hitch, your ears perked when you hear him reach out to your bag placed over the nightstand beside.
Even feeling intoxicated, you moved your head where his hand was reaching at-- you quickly grabbed it as you pull it away from your bag. Making Caleb confused as he breathes.
"What?" He stopped reaching out to the condom inside your bag-- you pulled his hand away as you guide it towards your lips. Placing kisses against his fingers with your soft lips while you look at him with your hazy eyes-- just filled with words unsaid. And for Caleb it just translates into "raw, next question"
The sight makes him aroused as he shook his head lightly. "Too impatient? Bad girls like you needs to be punished" He said-- voice low and husky as he slowly pulls away his hand from your grasp and pulls in down-- tracing your chin to your neck.
You bit your lower lip-- you try to hide the fact that you're getting more hornier seeing Caleb being so dominant towards you. But your fucked up face didn't helped. You yelped when you felt his veiny hand grab your neck as his grip tightens--not in a way that you couldn't breathe.
"I'll make sure to fuck you so good-- shit, even better than the ones I've read." He chuckles, making your mouth agape as he pressed your legs against your perked tits. His other hand holds his gritty cock as he positioned it against your drooling slit.
Your heart beats faster-- too anxious and aroused at the same time, while you wonder if his cock would even fit inside your tight little pussy. Too occupied with your thoughts, you suddenly felt him push hit tip inside your tight hole-- causing your eyes to widen as you let out a grunt.
"ngh-! I-i...I don't think it will fit--! Ah!" You moaned, feeling him force his tip to stretch out your tight hole. His hand tightened more around your neck as he chuckles."H-hah-- it's just the tip and you can't handle it?"
"fuck, I wonder what would it be like if I slam my whole cock inside?"
Tears stream down your cheeks while you drool. Seeing him having a hard time pushing his gritty cock inside your pussy--earning loud moans from you while you endure the way his tip is stretching your little hole.
"'ts hurt...s-so much.." You babble, as you bit your lower lip. Caleb pants, as he slowly pushed his gritty cock even more-- your tight hole finally swallowing his whole tip. Even with just the tip inside of you, makes Caleb want to cum and make a mess out of you.
"f-fuck--!"
It's so warm-- he feels like he's in bliss of ecstasy. The way the walls of your warm tight pussy is hugging his tip so good while it throbs-- is such a euphoric feeling. Shit, he can't even describe what he's feeling right now, finally having to empty his balls in a literally pussy and not with those hentai mangas he reads.
You cried out while Caleb drill his gritty cock inside your warm tight pussy. Both of your bodies tremble, his hand finally letting go of your neck as it joins to hold both of your thighs together and pressed it against your tits. You finally exhales as you try to catch your breath-- hands gripping the covers of the bed tightly.
"nghhhh-! Hah- 'ts hurt so much, I can't-!"
"Fuck!" You screamed, feeling his whole cock slide inside of you so quick-- tears streamed even more as you cry out, grunting as you felt the pain of his gritty cock stretching your tight pussy so good. You drool as you try to process of what happened, feeling a hot liquid oozing out of your entrance.
"S-shit, tight hole finally swallowed me whole" he chuckles, eyes looking down at your pussy sucking him. Blood dripping out of your entrance--just like what he saw on every hentai mangas he read, a cherry pop. His hand reached for your clit as he rubbed circles against it-- making your legs tremble.
"'m gonna start movin', 'kay?" He muttered making you nod as you swallow your cries. He leans close to you-- kissing your forehead as brushed some strands of your hair away. Forehead against each other as his lips slammed to yours. Pulling you into a heated kiss--pushing his hot tongue inside your mouth, as he explored every part.
You moaned between the kiss as you feel him pump his gritty cock in and out of your tight pussy. He was only pushing a small distance inside your pussy--trying to stretch you slowly before he dicks you down for real. You swallow his cock so good, he can't help but grunt each time the walls of your warm pussy throbs--on how it hugs his fat cock so well.
Angry red tip kissing the lips of your womb as he continued on with his pace-- you felt a knot forming inside while gushing an upcoming climax through your throbbing pussy.
Hot tongues dances and swirls with each other-- leaving you both in drooling mess while you suck on his tongue. This was different from the first kiss you two shared-- this isn't a small peck anymore this is one nasty heated make out.
Hot bodies against each other-- you can't feel your juices oozing out of your pussy as it soaks the covers of the bed, leaving a nasty mess under.
His thumb continued on rubbing your hardened clit-- using your juices as a lubricant for it to be slipper to move on. Your body twitches when you felt him pinched your clit, earning a soft whimper from you.
He pulls away from the kiss, smearing your drool to the side of your mouth while you pursed your lips. Just right after that you yelped as you felt him fastening his pace of fucking your tight pussy. You cried out, your hands wrapping around his chest while you dig your nails against the flesh of it-- earning a grunt from him.
"fuck-- ha- how d-does it feel? Seeing your best friend taking your virginity" He snickered, the fucking is so sloppy-- you hear the sound of your pussy slapping against his pelvis-- causing clap sounds.
"'ts so fuckin- hot- ngh-- dicking you down"
The gushing of your blood and juices mixed together as he fucks it back in-- you can feel your climax on its edge, ready to release. You babble nonsense while you cry against the crook of his neck. Sticky body against each other while he plants kisses over your face.
"cum--! Cumming-!" You screamed out, tightening your legs wrapped around his hips as Caleb continued to drill his cock inside of you relentlessly-- stretching your walls so good as his cock fills every part of it.
You bit down his neck and cried, releasing your high as it squirts against his cock and pelvis. Your pussy is definitely designed just to be a cocksleeve for his fat gritty cock.
"hah-...cum for me, pretty girl"
Poor you, your mind is occupied of Caleb's fat cock. It amuses him that you're a blabbering mess-- just letting out words like "too much, hurts, Caleb, Caleb, Caleb, cumming-, cum, Caleb" and he loves you for that. Because it means he dicking you down so good-- it made you feel like you're in cloud 9.
Caleb grunts as he felt your hot juices against his cock-- squirting endlessly as it drips down like a waterfall. He can feel your hot breathe against the crook of his neck while you sob, but he doesn't stopped there.
"d-dont be passing out-- h-hah..on me" He muttered, pulling out his whole cock out as he slams it back in-- he continues his rhythm as his fast pace remains unchanged. Fucking you like a dog in heat and like there's no tomorrow.
"no more-! Ngh-! Caleb--!"
He continued drilling his fat cock inside while your mind goes hazy as you feel like passing out. Caleb's breathing unsteadies, feeling his throbbing cock twitching inside of you as he pump it in and out-- he can feel his climax building up to his tip. His thumb pushed down his bulge against your stomach as he continues fucking you-- feeling his tip hit against the walls of your stomach.
The walls of your throbbing pussy tightened around his fat cock-- preparing for another release. He felt it too, causing him to let out a hoarse grunt as he continued to rut inside. "Fuck..fuck fuck-- I-I'm cumming, pretty girl"
"w-where-" Before he could finish his sentence you replied quick.
"I-inside!"
And with that, Caleb lets out a soft whimper-- shooting loads and loads of his thick hot cum inside your tight pussy, painting the walls white as he fucks it even more inside of your womb. Following, you release your high, squirting as it drips down out of your pussy--oozing along with his cum.
Caleb hugs you against him as his body trembles still shooting more loads inside your aching pussy as it tightens around his fat cock. You hugged him back, feeling you clench around him as your mind went blank--too cockdrunk to say anything as you let him be.
Let him give you a creamy creampie on your first sex.
He collapsed over your body, face against the crook of your neck as you felt his hot breathe against your skin. You squirmed as you felt his hot cum leaking out of your tight entrance--dripping down to your legs and to the covers of the bed.
Caleb looks over you as he caress your cheek, thumb brushing your eye as you closed your eyes--melting through his warmth while you softly sigh.
But oh...he's not done yet.
"Let's....hit it from the back. Want to see your ass clap, pretty girl.."
Don't worry, you'd get used to it. After all, that's what friends do.

Dude I can't Luka's expressions in wiege fuck me up so bad all the parallels between Luka now and himself as a child get me so fucking bad like:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The wiege MV (for the mostpart) is about going back to the beginning. It's about the in-betweens we didn't get to see. It's about the journey and it's about all the small moments that built all the characters (most importantly Hyuba and, imo, Mizi) up into what they came to be. For better or for worse, Hyuna and Mizi both grew up so far from what they used to be, went through the whole spectrum of experiences that humans in their position could possibly have, and its shown by the wide range of scenes/experiences/flashbacks they have just how much they've lived.
Meanwhile Luka, who is, objectively, on top of everything, far above what Hyuna, Mizi, and everyone else could've been or ever was, is by far the most stagnant as a person. Where we see Hyuna and Mizi go through all the motions of loving and losing and loving again (and losing again), Luka has always been stuck on Hyuna, and the second he sees her everything he's built up to is all thrown to the wind without a second thought, without any fanfare, because nothing for him as changed.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Internally, Luka's still sitting against that tree in the garden and watching someone else grab his hand, Luka's still watching Hyuna count with his fingers and making him laugh for the first time ever, still clinging to her arm, still crossing the grass field to reach her.
Even years later, even as an adult, he's still looking at her like she's his salvation. When he sees her again on the stage he looks at her like he's just found his way back home after far too many years away from it, and when that gun is pointed at his head to stop him he looks at it like he's wondering why he's not allowed back inside.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
And then when he looks at Hyuna more and remembers the moments with her that he's been clinging onto more he forgets about it entirely. And then you know what happens from there. I'm sickkkk
The fact that a lullaby. A Fucking Lullaby, and presumably a song that most if not all kids of Anakt know and learned when they were still young (see: that scene of the main 4 singing it) was the song choice for this video. The fact that seeing Hyuna, just seeing her again like that is what brings that lullaby back, a melody from the beginning of it all that should be so far beneath Luka by now, but isn't. I can't bro.
Luka, live with love. Or whatever. Augh I don't even know

Dick shouldn’t want you.
It’s wrong.
It’s not just the family thing—though, God, that alone should be enough to keep his hands off you—it’s the fact that you are Bruce’s daughter. The man who saved him. The man who raised him. The man who gave him everything when he had nothing.
And yet, here he is, watching you.
He doesn’t mean to. He swears he doesn’t. But you make it impossible not to look. Not when you walk around the manor in nothing but those tiny little shorts that barely cover anything, your shirt riding up to tease the barest hint of skin.
You do it on purpose. You must.
Because every time you catch him staring, you smile—all soft, all knowing—and it makes something dark coil in his gut.
He tells himself it’s just lust. Just temptation. That if he ignores it, it will go away.
But it doesn’t.
It gets worse. So much worse.
Because you’re cruel.
You push him. You tease him. You taunt him.
Like last week, when Bruce was out on League business, and it was just you and Dick alone in the manor. You had walked into the kitchen, wearing one of his old shirts—his—the hem just barely brushing your thighs. No shorts. No bra. Just you, all soft and warm and so fucking tempting, stretching in front of him with a lazy little smirk.
And the worst part? You acted innocent.
“Oh? Are you blushing, Dick?” Your voice had been sickly sweet, your eyes brimming with amusement as you sauntered past him, brushing against his side like it was nothing. “I didn’t know you were so easy to fluster.”
He had gritted his teeth and forced himself to look away, fingers curling into fists, nails digging into his palms.
Because if he didn’t—if he let himself slip, even for a second—he would do something unforgivable.
And you know it.
That’s the worst part.
You know exactly what you do to him. You know how hard it is for him to keep control.
And you love it.
You push and push and push, testing him, daring him to snap.
And God help him, he’s so close.
Tumblr media
The first time Bruce brought Dick home, you were not happy.
You were young—only about a year younger than him—but old enough to know what this meant.
Your father, your Batman, was bringing home another child.
A boy.
A boy who had just lost everything.
A boy who would now be living in your home, sitting at your table, training with your father.
You had stood on the grand staircase, arms crossed, lips pressed together as Alfred guided the quiet, wide-eyed boy through the manor doors. He looked small, his blue eyes dull with grief, his shoulders hunched like he was trying to make himself invisible.
You should have felt bad for him.
You really should have.
But at the time, all you saw was a stranger stepping into your world.
Bruce placed a firm hand on his shoulder, his voice quiet but steady. “This is your home now, Richard.”
Richard.
You tested the name in your mind, turning it over, before your father turned his gaze to you.
“Go on,” Bruce said, nodding toward the boy. “Say hello.”
You didn’t want to.
But under your father’s stare, you sighed and reluctantly walked down the stairs.
Richard lifted his head, his blue eyes locking onto yours.
You were prepared for awkwardness, for silence, maybe even resentment from him.
But instead—
He smiled.
Small, tentative.
But real.
And for some reason, it made your heart stumble.
“Hey,” he said softly, his voice hoarse, uncertain. “I’m Richard.”
You looked at him for a long moment before finally muttering, “I know.”
His lips twitched, like he wanted to laugh. Like he already found you funny.
It was annoying.
And yet… something about it warmed you.
At first, you refused to accept him.
Dick was everywhere, slipping into places that had once been yours alone.
Bruce took him to train.
Bruce took him on patrol.
Bruce cared about him.
And it made something ugly coil in your chest.
You hated that you felt jealous, but you did.
Because before Dick, it had always been you and Bruce. Even if Bruce was distant, even if he was never the perfect father, he had still been yours.
You avoided him around the manor, shot down Alfred’s attempts to get you to play nice, and scoffed when Bruce started training him—giving him a place in your world, like it was nothing.
But Dick was… persistent.
He didn’t get mad when you ignored him. He didn’t complain when you rolled your eyes at his jokes.
If anything, he seemed amused.
And worse—he kept trying to be your friend.
He’d find you in the library and poke at your shoulder until you finally looked up.
“Whatcha reading?”
“Go away.”
“I don’t think I’ve read that one before. Is it good?”
“Are you deaf?”
“…Is that a yes?”
You’d glare at him. He’d just grin back.
You hated how unbothered he was.
But somehow, little by little, he wore you down.
Tumblr media
The first time you truly laughed with him was late one night in the kitchen.
Alfred had already gone to bed, Bruce was off on patrol, and you had crept downstairs for a midnight snack.
And apparently, so had Dick.
You caught each other in the dimly lit kitchen, both freezing, staring at one another like two criminals caught in the act.
For a second, neither of you moved.
Then—
“I won’t tell if you won’t,” he whispered, a mischievous glint in his blue eyes.
You narrowed your gaze.
Then sighed. “Fine.”
That was the night you bonded over stolen cookies, whispered jokes, and laughter muffled behind your hands.
That was the night you realized something.
You liked having him around.
And maybe—just maybe—having a brother wouldn’t be so bad after all.
Then, little moments started to chip away at your walls.
One night, you had been training alone in the manor gym, taking out your frustration on a punching bag when you suddenly lost your balance and stumbled—falling hard against the mat.
You hissed, pressing a hand to your ankle, pain flaring up your leg.
And before you could even process it, he was there.
Dick had been watching from the doorway—silent, unnoticed—but now he was crouching beside you, concern clear in his blue eyes.
“Are you okay?” he asked, voice soft, careful.
You swallowed your pride and muttered, “I’m fine.”
He didn’t believe you.
Without a word, he reached out and gently took your ankle in his hands, his touch careful but firm as he checked for injuries.
You tensed. “I said I’m fine—”
“Just shut up for a second,” he said, rolling his eyes but still smiling.
You blinked.
It was the first time he had ever talked back to you.
And for some reason… it made your chest feel warm.
After a moment, he let go and leaned back on his heels. “It’s not swollen. You’ll live.”
You scowled. “Gee, thanks, doctor.”
He grinned, and you hated that you almost smiled back.
After that, things changed.
You found yourself talking to him more, sitting next to him at meals, even training together in the gym.
And it wasn’t awful.
He made things easier.
He made you laugh.
And for the first time in a long time… you didn’t feel so alone.
Then your birthday came.
You didn’t expect much. You never did.
Bruce had never been the type to make a big deal out of birthdays.
He’d get you something practical—a new weapon, an upgrade to your suit, maybe a rare book you mentioned once in passing.
Alfred would bake a cake, wish you a proper happy birthday, and that would be it.
But that year… something was different.
You woke up to balloons tied to your chair at breakfast.
A handmade banner hanging in the dining room.
And a small, neatly wrapped box placed in front of your plate.
You stared at it, then turned to Alfred.
He just smiled knowingly and nodded toward Dick.
You blinked, finally looking at him.
Dick was watching you nervously, his fingers tapping the table like he was waiting for your reaction.
“I, uh… I know you don’t really do birthdays,” he said, rubbing the back of his neck, “but I figured, you know… maybe this year could be different.”
Your chest felt tight.
Slowly, carefully, you reached for the box and unwrapped it.
Inside was a bracelet—simple, black, woven with thin silver threads. Hand-braided. Slightly uneven.
You lifted it, your throat suddenly dry. “You made this?”
He nodded quickly. “Yeah. It’s, um… kinda stupid, but I wanted to make you something instead of just buying something.”
You didn’t know what to say.
No one had ever done something like this for you before.
Your fingers curled around the bracelet, and for the first time, your voice softened.
“…Thank you.”
Dick’s entire face lit up.
And for the first time since he arrived at the manor, you realized something terrifying.
You didn’t just like him.
You needed him.

omg hiii, i’ve been in my haechan feels lately, especially with him looking unreal from the seoul shows. can we get possessive haechan?? like i swear that man loves his girl down bad, absolutely in love, and he’s so possessive of her like not in a toxic weird way, but like a hot cute endearing way like a way that would make me push him into the dressing room of a clothes store and give him the most best and deserved head he’s ever gotten bc if there’s anything i love, it’s a man who’s down baddd

lee donghyuck x fem!reader
𓂃 ࣪˖ ࣪cw: smut, fluff (?), oral (m), deep throat, public sex. 𓂃 ࣪˖ a/n: hi anon... you're so right... i think about this everyday, i meed him in every ways possible, you dont get it... please, enjoy!!! (no, i have nothing for valentine's day, maybe next year, babes 😜😜)
Tumblr media
Donghyuck never thought he could love someone the way he loves you. He couldn't quite put into words everything that made him love you, you were simply it for him, perfect in all the right ways.
Yes, you had your imperfections, but to him, love was never about perfection. It wasn't about logic or reason, it simply was. Anyone could love something for all the good it offered, but real love, the kind that mattered, was about embracing everything, even the flaws. And that's exactly how he loved you—completely, without hesitation, without conditions.
He had thought about this before. You could break his heart, shatter him beyond repair, or commit the worst sins imaginable, and he would still love you—helplessly, foolishly. It didn't matter if it sounded irrational, maybe even a little insane. The truth was simple: he would do anything for you, no matter the cost.
But the best part? You were his. No one else's, just his. The thought alone made his chest swell with something dangerously close to obsession. Out of everyone in the world, you had chosen him, and that was a privilege he would never take lightly. You were his, and he was just as much yours, bound to you in a way that felt absolute, unshakable.
And that’s why, even after what felt like days sitting on that little couch, watching you step out of the dressing room in a different outfit each time, he still felt like he was having the best day of his life. Then again, every day felt like the best as long as you were in it.
Really, was there any better way to spend his time than watching his pretty girl try on pretty clothes?
“What do you think about this one?” You asked again, the same question you’d been repeating since the first outfit change.
Donghyuck looked up from his phone, his eyes immediately locking onto you.
“I've never seen anything more beautiful in my life,” he said with a bright smile, letting his gaze travel up and down twice.
“Hyuck, come on,” you rolled your eyes. “You said that the last fifteen times. You’re being useless,” you huffed, crossing your arms.
“How is it my fault that you look stunning in everything?” he shot back, tilting his head with a smirk.
You sighed, shifting your weight from one foot to the other. “I need actual feedback, not just you being a flirt.”
Donghyuck leaned forward, resting his elbows on his knees as he gave you a once-over, this time, with a more thoughtful expression. “Okay, fine. Turn around.”
You did as he said, giving him a little twirl before facing him again, an expectant look on your face.
He hummed, tapping his chin dramatically. “I mean… it is a really nice outfit,” he said slowly, making you narrow your eyes at him.
“But?”
“But I still think you are the best part of it,” he grinned, dodging the throw pillow you immediately launched at him.
He got up from his seat, laughing as he walked toward your grumpy figure, wrapping his arms around your waist. "Aw, don't look at me like that, gorgeous," he teased, pressing a kiss to your cheek and chuckling when you turned your face away. "Why are you so worried about this anyway?" he asked, tightening his grip slightly when you tried to pull away.
You hesitated for a moment before sighing. "It's for the reunion," you admitted, avoiding his gaze.
Donghyuck blinked, then tilted his head. "The high school thing?"
"Yes, the high school thing," you huffed. "I don't know, I just... want to look good. It's been years, and I'll be seeing people I haven't seen since we were all awkward teenagers."
His lips curled into a teasing smirk. "Ohhh, I get it now," he cooed. "You wanna show off a little, huh?"
You shot him a glare. "It's not like that—”
"It is like that," he interrupted, grinning. "And honestly? You should. You're hot. Let them eat their hearts out."
Despite yourself, you couldn't help but laugh, shaking your head as he pinched your sides playfully.
"I'm serious, baby. You're stressing over nothing. Just look at you," he said, taking your hand and turning you toward the mirror. His arms wrapped around your waist again, and he rested his chin on your shoulder. "You're breathtaking, the most beautiful woman in the universe and beyond. You could show up in pajamas and still look like a goddess."
You thought you'd be used to his endless flattery by now, but somehow, you never were. It was always sweet, never failing to make your heart skip a beat.
You glanced at him through the mirror, your worries slowly fading as he pressed a soft kiss to your neck.
"You're so dramatic," your tone warm as you rolled your eyes but leaned back into him anyway.
"I'm just telling the truth," he murmured, pressing his nose against your neck. "It's not my fault my overthinking girlfriend needs constant reminders of how stunning she is."
You huffed, but the way your lips twitched betrayed you. "Well, maybe if someone gave me actual opinions instead of just approving everything i wear, I wouldn't have to overthink."
Donghyuck chuckled, swaying you gently in his arms. "Fine, fine. If you really want my expert opinion..." He paused, pretending to scrutinize your reflection in the mirror.
You raised an eyebrow, waiting. "And?”
“Don’t wear this dress.”
“What? Why?” You frowned, glancing at your reflection. “I actually liked this one the most. Does it really look that bad?”
“I never said that,” his hands trailing up and down your waist. “You look incredible, love, but it feels a little too formal for the occasion. The second one you tried fits the vibe better. Plus, it’ll probably be more comfortable… you know, in case we need to make a quick getaway.”
Yeah, he wouldn't admit it, but he wanted you to wear it just for him. You looked too beautiful in it, almost unfairly so, the idea of anyone else seeing you like this, soaking in the sight of you, were a big no-no. Unwanted attention (read: any attention that wasn’t exclusively his) was simply not an option.
“Oh, so you’re already planning our escape before we even get there?” You raised your brows, crossing your arms. “Really?”
Donghyuck chuckled, tightening his grip on your waist as he leaned in, his lips brushing against your ear. "Baby, please. I know you," his voice laced with amusement. "You won't last more than an hour before you start getting annoyed at half the people there. You'll smile, nod, pretend to listen, and then, you'll be counting the minutes until we leave."
He pulled back slightly, just enough to meet your gaze in the mirror, a smug grin on his lips. "So, yeah, I'm already planning our escape. Just being a good boyfriend and thinking ahead.”
"Okay, maybe you have a point," you teased, rolling your eyes as you turned to face him, looping your arms around his neck. "Guess I should thank my thoughtful boyfriend for planning ahead."
"Just doing the bare minimum for my girl," he smiled, leaning in to steal a quick kiss. "Now that we've finally settled on an outfit and I’ve reminded you how perfect you are, can I spoil you and pay for everything you liked?"
You held his gaze, your heart doing that little flutter it always did when he looked at you like that, like you were his entire universe. It was almost overwhelming, the way his eyes softened, filled with something so pure, so consuming.
If love had a shape, a form, a physical presence, you were sure it lived in the way Haechan looked at you. The same way a loyal pet would gaze at their favorite person, full of unconditional adoration, unwavering and endless. His pupils were blown wide, his expression a mix of devotion and something deeper, something you couldn't quite put into words.
“Baby, please, don’t tell me you’re going to refuse again,” he whined at your silence, pouting a little. “Why do you love to ruin my happiness? It's my duty to—”
“I love you, Lee Donghyuck,” you said softly, cupping his face and pulling him into a kiss.
He was surprise by the sudden words and actions, but his shoulders instantly relaxed as he melted into your embrace. He kissed you back with equal passion, murmuring between the kisses, “I love you too,” before peppering your lips with more soft kisses as you pulled away, only for him to chase after you, craving more of your touch.
You couldn't help but giggle at the way he whined in protest when you pulled away for good, placing your hands on his chest to stop him. Biting your lip, you glanced around before tugging his hand, a playful glint in your eyes as you whispered, "Come with me." And just like that, you pulled him into the dressing room.
"What are you doing?" he asked, slightly confused, though he wasn't exactly opposed to whatever you had in mind.
"Just saying thank you for being the sweetest boyfriend ever," you murmured, sinking to your knees in front of him, your hands sliding up his thighs as you looked up at him.
Oh, he knew exactly what was happening. God, he couldn't believe it. His tongue darted out to wet his lips as his heart pounded, the sight of you like this making his pants uncomfortably tight.
"Are you sure, love?" his voice softer now, laced with anticipation. His eyes flickered to the curtain, hesitant for only a second as you unbuttoned his pants. "This isn't really the best place to—"
A low groan slipped from his lips as your hand firmly cupped his growing hardness, cutting off whatever weak protest he was about to make.
"Be quiet, Hyuck," you scolded, palming him again. He sucked in a sharp breath, biting his bottom lip to stifle any sound as a dark spot began to form on his underwear.
“Fuck, hurry up,” he hissed, any previous hesitation now completely forgotten.
You smirked at his impatience but didn’t tease him, at least, not too much. Slipping your fingers into the waistband of his boxers, you tugged them down just enough to free his cock, standing hard and eager, a bead of precum already glistening at the tip.
You wrapped your fingers around his length, stroking him slowly, savoring the way his breath hitched with each movement. His chest rose and fell in uneven rhythm as he leaned back against the wall, his gaze locked onto you, dark with need. His cock twitched in your grip, another bead of precum spilling from the tip, proof of just how desperate he already was for you.
You merely smiled, pressing a soft kiss to his tip before running your tongue along his length, savoring the way he tensed under your touch. His head fell back against the wall, his breathing growing heavier, his thighs trembling slightly as you took him into your mouth, hollowing your cheeks and sucking him in deeper.
"Shit—" He bit down on his fist to muffle the groan that nearly slipped, his other hand instinctively threading through your hair, not to control your pace but just to feel you closer, to ground himself in the pleasure you were giving him.
The muffled sounds of the store outside felt like a distant hum, completely drowned out by the way your tongue moved so perfectly against him. His not-so-soft moans filled the small space, each one making your core tighten with satisfaction. You sucked on the tip of his cock before slowly pulling away, letting it slip from your lips with a sinful pop, but your hand never stopped stroking him.
"Hyuck, you're being too loud," you scolded in a hushed tone, glancing up at him with a mix of amusement and warning.
“Don't stop,” he whined, his voice barely above a whisper, laced with desperation. His hips jerked forward instinctively, chasing your warmth. Even the slightest brush of your lips against his tip had his knees trembling.
You let out a soft chuckle, watching the way he was falling apart just from your touch. His fingers tightened in your hair, his knuckles turning white as he fought the urge to push you down onto him the way he so desperately wanted.
“You’re so needy,” you teased, your breath ghosting over his sensitive tip, making him shudder.
“And whose fault is that?” he shot back, his voice strained, breathing heavily.
Instead of answering, you wrapped your lips around him once more, taking him in deeper this time. His head fell back against the wall with a soft thud, a broken moan escaping his lips as his grip in your hair loosened for a moment, only to tighten again when your tongue flicked over his slit.
Was he dead, and this was paradise? If not, it had to be the closest thing to it. His legs nearly gave out when he felt your throat tighten around him, the sudden sensation ripping a loud moan from his lips. Your nails dug into his thighs in warning, silently telling him to keep quiet. He bit down hard on his lower lip, his breathing ragged as he fought to control himself, but with the way your mouth worked on him, it was becoming nearly impossible.
He looked down at you, and what a sight. The way your lips stretched around him, the glint in your eyes as you took him deeper—it was enough to make his head spin. The pleasure was overwhelming, pushing him closer to the edge. His hips moved on their own, chasing that high, silently begging you to go faster, to take him there.
You gave in to his desires, quickening your pace, sucking with more intensity, while your hand skillfully massaged his balls, each movement pushing him closer to the edge. The rhythm of your actions seemed to drive him wild, his breath ragged as he struggled to hold on.
His body tensed, his head spinning as he reached his peak, hot spurts of cum filling your mouth. His fingers tightened in your hair, urging you closer as his hips jerked forward, riding out the last tremors of his climax, unwilling to let go.
You pulled his cock out of your mouth, knowing he would have kept you there if he had his way. You wiped your mouth with the back of your hand, glancing up to see his face in pure satisfaction, eyes shut and head leaning against the wall. His hand now gently ran through your hair, his breath still heavy as he mumbled how good you were, the words dripping with praise.
You let out a soft giggle, adjusting his clothes as you noticed how disoriented he looked. As you stood up, he finally met your gaze, his eyes dark with desire. Without warning, he leaned in, pulling you into a kiss that was intense yet tender. “God, I love you so much, baby,” he whispered against your lips.
“Me too,” you replied, a playful smile on your face. “I think the whole store heard you,” you teased, gently biting his lower lip before pulling away to meet his gaze.
“Then I guess they know how much I love you now,” he shrugged, a mischievous grin spreading across his face, making you laugh. “Maybe I’ll be quieter next time.”
You raised an eyebrow. “Next time? I think this one was enough, don’t you? We could have gotten caught.”
“But we didn’t,” he said, pressing a soft kiss to your cheek. “Next time, I’ll make sure you're the one making all the noise.”

"Hello, my love:
We haven't met yet in the time we know, but I feel your energy close by. Sometimes, in the quietest moments, I close my eyes and I can imagine what it will be like the first moment I see you, how everything will seem to align, as if everything has led to this very moment.
I want you to know something: I am already here, thinking of you, even though I can't show you yet. You may not see it, but I feel a little closer every day. And in this space, I want you to trust that everything you have lived, everything you have experienced, is leading me right to you. Your strength, your vulnerability, your moments of light and shadow... are building me a clear image of how wonderful you are.
So don't worry about when or how, because love comes when it has to. I promise it won't be rushed, or forced. You don't need to be perfect for me; none of that really matters. All I want is for you to be yourself, as authentic as you are, because that's the person I want to share my life with.
With all my love that I haven't given you yet ;),
Your future lover"

"Hello, my love:
Maybe this message comes at a time when you feel like everything is on pause, or that things are not going their course. And I want to tell you, from the bottom of my heart, that everything is happening exactly as it has to be. There is nothing that is out of place. We are at different points, but somewhere in this space that we share, we are already connected.
I want you to know that I am waiting for you, although not in the sense of waiting as something passive. No. I am waiting for you with everything that I am, with everything that I am learning, with everything that I already am and everything that I continue to discover. Because I need you just as you are, not for what you can do, or for what you can "give" me, but for what we are together when we meet.
Although sometimes you may feel alone or lost, you are preparing yourself for what is to come. Don't doubt yourself or what the future holds, I want you to trust that this whole path has been a part of my journey to you. You dont need to worry about what's still unclear. I promise that when the time comes, it will all make sense, believe me.
I send you all my love,
Your love"

"Hello, my dear,
Today I woke up feeling so warm and close to you, like we already knew each other, like our souls already recognized each other, even though we haven't physically crossed paths yet. I'm here, even though you can't see me, and I'm sending you all my love and thoughts.
I want you to know that, even though this journey towards you is taking longer than you imagine, every day that passes brings me closer to you. You don't have to do anything else, just be you, and that's what attracts me the most. I promise you that everything is happening in its perfect time. When we get to meet, everything will make sense, and everything you've lived so far will be the solid foundation for what we're going to build together.
Don't feel pressured, Don't worry if it seems like things aren't going as fast as you'd like. I'm going through my own process too, and on this journey, we're learning to be better versions of ourselves so we can give each other the most genuine love.
I want you to always remember that you are enough just the way you are. You dont need to change who you are, how you think, what you like; the ones that get it, are the ones that matter, and in the end, you have me ;). Please keep moving and keep being you, you deserve the world and your ideas need to be heard. Your voice MATTER! so keep going my love.

Title: Can’t Stand It
Summary: Bakugo keeps seeing you with Todoroki, and it pisses him off more than it should. At first, he doesn’t understand why—until he sees you two getting too close, and the jealousy finally hits him. Unable to hold back, he confronts you, and one heated moment later, he’s got you pinned against the wall, kissing you like he’s been dying to do it all along.
____________________________________________
Katsuki Bakugo wasn’t the type to dwell on things. If something pissed him off, he dealt with it—fast.
But this?
This was different.
It started small. Just a casual glance across the training grounds when he saw you standing next to Todoroki, the two of you talking between drills. Nothing serious. He wasn’t paying attention.
Until it happened again.
And again.
And again.
Every damn time he turned around, you were with that icy bastard, talking, laughing, looking way too damn comfortable. It wasn’t even like he was looking for you—his eyes just found you on their own, like his brain was wired to notice.
At first, he brushed it off. Who cared who you hung out with? It wasn’t his business.
Then he saw Todoroki hand you a bottle of water after training, and something in his chest tightened.
Then he caught you sparring together, Todoroki’s hand on your waist as he corrected your stance, and his jaw clenched so hard it hurt.
Then, worst of all, he saw you sitting next to him during lunch, leaning in close to whisper something, your shoulder pressed against his like it was the most natural thing in the world.
That was it.
That was the moment everything clicked—the moment something inside him snapped.
He was jealous.
Not just annoyed, not just irritated—jealous as hell.
The realization hit him like a punch to the gut, and for the first time in his life, Bakugo didn’t know what to do with himself.
So he did what he always did when his emotions got too loud. He acted.
You barely had time to react before he was storming across the cafeteria, his whole body tense, his expression thunderous. He didn’t stop walking until he was right in front of you and Todoroki, casting a shadow over your little moment.
You blinked up at him, confused. “Bakugo?”
His hands curled into fists. He didn’t trust himself to speak—not yet.
Todoroki glanced at him, unfazed as usual. “Something wrong?”
Bakugo ignored him completely, his gaze locked onto you. “Come with me.”
You raised a brow. “Uh, why?”
“Because I fucking said so.”
He saw the flicker of irritation cross your face, but before you could argue, he grabbed your wrist—not rough, but firm—and pulled you to your feet.
“Bakugo, seriously, what the hell?” you protested, but he wasn’t listening.
He was already dragging you out of the cafeteria, through the empty hallway, until he found a quiet corner, away from everyone else. Only then did he finally stop, releasing your wrist and turning to face you, his expression unreadable.
You huffed, rubbing your wrist. “Okay, are you gonna explain why you just kidnapped me from my lunch, or—”
“Why the hell are you always with Todoroki?” he cut in, voice low and sharp.
You blinked, caught off guard. “What?”
His jaw tightened. “You’re always with him. Talking to him. Laughing with him. Sitting with him.” He exhaled sharply, fists still clenched. “Why?”
You frowned, crossing your arms. “Because we’re friends? And he’s nice? What’s it to you?”
Bakugo grit his teeth. He didn’t have an answer. Or rather, he had one, but he sure as hell didn’t want to say it out loud.
But his silence must have said enough, because your expression shifted, something clicking in your eyes.
“…Wait.” You took a small step closer, your voice slower, more careful. “Are you… jealous?”
His whole body tensed.
Shit.
You stared at him, watching the way his jaw locked, his hands trembled, his entire body practically vibrating with barely restrained emotion. And suddenly, you saw it—really saw it.
The way his eyes had been following you. The way his irritation had been growing. The way he was standing so damn close right now, his breath uneven, his shoulders tense.
He was jealous.
The realization made something flutter in your chest.
A slow smile curled at your lips. “You are.”
Bakugo scowled. “Shut up.”
You stepped even closer, tilting your head up to look at him. “I didn’t know you cared so much.”
“I don’t.” It was a lie, and you both knew it.
You grinned, reaching up to tug lightly at the collar of his uniform. “Then why are you so mad?”
His breath hitched.
And then he snapped.
His hands grabbed your waist, yanking you forward, and before you could react, his lips crashed against yours.
It wasn’t gentle. It wasn’t careful. It was desperate, heated, filled with all the frustration and want he had been bottling up for god knows how long.
You gasped against his mouth, but he didn’t let you pull away. His grip was firm, his fingers digging into your waist as he deepened the kiss, his body pressing flush against yours.
You melted into him, your hands sliding up to fist into his shirt, pulling him closer. His lips were rough and hot against yours, moving with a fierce intensity, like he was making up for lost time.
He nipped at your bottom lip, making you let out a soft noise, and that was all it took for him to lose control. His hands slid up your back, holding you like he was afraid you’d slip away, his body pressing you against the wall, completely caging you in.
It was overwhelming, intoxicating, everything you didn’t realize you had been waiting for.
When he finally pulled back, his forehead rested against yours, his breath heavy, his grip still firm on your waist.
Your heart was racing, your mind spinning, but you still managed to smirk. “Well. That was unexpected.”
He let out a breathless, irritated laugh. “Shut up.”
You grinned, reaching up to brush your fingers over his jaw. “Make me.”
His eyes darkened, and before you could even blink, he was kissing you again.

THE WORLD NEVER ENDED | JACK HUGHES
pairing. jack hughes x fem!reader (ft. platonic quinn & luke hughes x fem!reader + male!oc x fem!reader)
genre. childhood best friends to lovers, ANGST, fluff, hurt to comfort, reader & jack are both 18-19 in this!
synopsis: Y/N and Jack Hughes have been inseparable since childhood, spending every summer at his family’s lake house—until his hockey career takes off and leaves her behind. As Jack’s life moves forward and Y/N tries to do the same, the distance between them grows in ways neither of them expected. But when their paths cross again at a breaking point, they’re forced to confront everything they never said and the feelings that never really went away.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The lake house never changes. It still smells like pine and sunscreen, the same old dock creaking under your feet, the same late summer breeze curling through the trees. But this time, you’re the only one here.
You let the beer bottle dangle from your fingers, the glass sweating against your palm as you stare at the still water. It’s late. Too late to be out here alone, and your mom would probably kill you if she found out you were underage drinking, but you’ve been doing this since you were kids—sneaking down to the dock past midnight, toes dipping into the water, whispering about everything and nothing at all.
Except this time, Jack isn’t here. Not really. Not anymore.
The last time you saw him was months ago, after another whirlwind season, after Team USA, after everything. He’d come back, same easy smile, same stupidly messy hair, same Jack. And yet, he wasn’t.
He moved too fast, talked too much about things you weren’t a part of, laughed at jokes from teammates you didn’t know. He had an entire life outside of this town, this lake, this dock. A life that didn’t include you.
It wasn’t his fault though, you couldn’t blame Jack for being excited about this whole new chapter in his life, not when he’s worked his ass off so he could secure a spot in the NHL in the future.
You took a shaky breath, watching as the wind blew the waters back and forth, your thought raced with Jack, Jack, Jack. It wasn’t anything new; you had been in love with him since you had learned what the word love even was, when Ellen and your mom teased you two endlessly after your eighth birthday, declaring that you’d two get married when you were older.
And then he left, at age fourteen to go train at some hockey camp over the summer and you started seeing him less and less. Then he left again for USA Hockey, and all that was left of him was the little times he’d pop up on your screen for a FaceTime, or a quick selfie.
You never told him that it felt like the world had ended whenever he left.
The first time you met Jack Hughes, he was seven years old, standing knee-deep in the lake, grinning like he had owned the world.
“You scared to jump in?” he teases, squinting up at you from where he’s splashing around.
You cross your arms, standing barefoot on the dock, the sun burning hot against your skin. “I just don’t wanna get my hair wet.”
Jack laughs like you just said the funniest thing in the world, and before you can react, he launches a handful of water in your direction. It splashes against your legs, cool and shocking, and you gasp.
“You jerk!” you shriek, but Jack’s already laughing, already diving into the water, swimming just far enough out of reach that you can’t get him back.
You don’t know it then, but that’s how it starts.
The Hughes family’s lake house becomes your second home. Your parents are close friends with Ellen and Jim, and summers are spent tangled in sunburns, mosquito bites, and the smell of bonfires. Jack, being just a few months older, quickly becomes your shadow—or maybe you become his.
You race bikes down dirt paths, climb trees until your hands are covered in splinters, and stay up late whispering under blanket forts in the Hughes’ living room, trying not to wake Luke and Quinn.
“You think we’ll still be best friends when we’re older?” you ask one night, voice sleepy, cheek smushed against your arm.
Jack frowns at you, like you just said something ridiculous. “Duh. Who else am I supposed to hang out with? My brothers?”
You grin brightly, shoving him. “You promise?”
He holds out his pinky. “Promise.”
And that’s that.
As you both get older, things don’t really change. Not at first.
Winters are spent at the Hughes’ house in Michigan, watching Jack skate for hours at the rink, your fingers numb from gripping a hot chocolate too tight. Summers are still for the lake house, where the days blur together in a haze of sun, water, and laughter.
Jack is your best friend. The one who sneaks you extra s’mores when the adults say no. The one who ties your skates when your fingers are too cold. The one who always picks you first for street hockey, even when Luke complains about it. The one who knows everything about you.
And you know everything about him, too.
That he gets grumpy when he’s hungry. That he has to listen to music before every game, or else he feels off. That he’s already dreaming about the NHL, about Team USA, about everything that seems so far away but somehow already feels like it’s coming too fast.
You don’t realize when things do start changing.
Maybe it’s when Jack turns fourteen and starts spending more time away at tournaments. Maybe it’s when you turn fourteen and realize your heart speeds up whenever he looks at you a certain way.
Maybe it’s the summer you turn fifteen and see him talking to a girl from town, and something ugly coils in your stomach. You don’t say anything, though. You can’t.
Jack is your best friend. That’s all. Even if you wish it wasn’t.
When Jack is sixteen, everything does change.
It’s the Fourth of July. The lake house is packed, fireworks already popping in the distance. You and Jack sneak away from the party like you always do, climbing onto the dock and lying side by side, watching the sky.
“You excited for the USA team?” you ask, your voice light, like the thought of him leaving doesn’t make your chest ache.
Jack turns his head to look at you. “Yeah,” he says. “Kinda nervous, though.”
You smile a little, the same smile that had reassured Jack every time he saw it. “You’ll be fine.”
He shifts closer, his arm brushing yours. “You think so?”
“Of course,” you whisper. “You’re Jack Hughes.”
He laughs, but it’s softer this time, almost hesitant. The air between you feels different, thicker, heavier. His fingers twitch on the dock beside yours, and for a second, you swear he’s about to reach for your hand.
But then he exhales sharply, sits up. “We should get back.”
And just like that, the moment is gone.
You stare at the fireworks exploding in the sky, feeling like something inside you is breaking.
Jack leaves for Team USA at the end of the summer.
And you don’t know it yet, but nothing will ever be the same again.
At first, you still talk all the time. He calls after practices, FaceTimes you from hotel rooms, sends you stupid selfies from road trips. And for a while, it almost feels normal. Almost.
But then the calls get shorter. The messages come slower.
You see his name on headlines, hear people at school talking about him like he’s some distant star instead of the boy you grew up with. And suddenly, he feels… far away.
Not just in distance. In everything.
And then one day, you realize you don’t remember the last time he called.
You don’t text him, either. You figured he was too busy anyways—too busy with hockey, with interviews, too busy for you.
His absence leaves a hollow space inside you, one you don’t know how to fill. So you try.
That’s how you end up with him.
Aiden West. Star quarterback. Tall, broad-shouldered, with an easy smile and dimples that should make your heart flutter.
You meet at a party—one you only went to because your friends dragged you out of your house, tired of you spending your nights holed up in your room, pretending you weren’t waiting for a text that never came.
Aidan’s nice. He’s funny. He buys you drinks and calls you baby and kisses you like he means it.
You tell yourself this is good. That this is what you need.
But when he holds your hand, it doesn’t feel the same. When he kisses you, you don’t melt the way you think you should. And when you close your eyes, it’s not Aidan you see.
It’s Jack. Always Jack.
Quinn comes home in December.
You’re not expecting to see him, not really. Ever since he was drafted, he spent all his time in Vancouver, busy with his own life, his own team. But one night, you walk into the Hughes’ house, and there he is, sprawled on the couch like he never left.
“Quinn?” you blink.
He smirks, sitting up. “Hey, kid.”
You roll your eyes but smile anyway. “You’re, like, a few years older than me. I’m not a kid.”
“You’ll always be a kid to me,” he teases, but then his expression softens. “How’ve you been?”
You shrug. “Good.”
He gives you a look, like he can see right through you. Because of course he can.
Quinn has always been quieter than Jack, more observant. He was the one who bandaged your scraped knees when you and Jack were too reckless, the one who ruffled your hair when you had a bad day, the one who watched you grow up and somehow always knew what you were feeling before you even said it.
And right now, you can tell he knows you’re lying.
“You still talk to Jack?” he asks casually.
You stiffen. “Not really.”
Quinn nods, like that’s what he expected. “He’s been busy.”
“I know,” you say quickly, too quickly. “It’s fine.”
He studies you for a moment. Then, his eyebrows furrow. “You dating that football guy?”
You hesitate. “Yeah. Kinda.”
Quinn tilts his head, his expression unreadable. “You like him?”
You swallow. “He’s… nice.”
Quinn leans back, crossing his arms. “You know, I’ve seen you happy before.”
You furrow your brows. “And?”
“And that’s not what you look like right now.”
The words hit deeper than you want them to. You look away, staring at your hands.
Quinn sighs, running a hand through his hair. “Look, I’m not trying to tell you what to do. If you like the guy, great. But don’t force something that isn’t real just because—” He pauses.
You glance up. “Just because what?”
Quinn meets your eyes, and for the first time, his voice is gentle. “Just because Jack hurt you.”
Your throat tightens.
You don’t say anything. You don’t know what to say.
Because he’s right. And maybe that’s the worst part of all.
Aidan is kind when he breaks up with you.
That almost makes it worse.
You can tell he’s been thinking about it for a while. The way he exhales before he starts speaking, the way his hands stay tucked into the pocket of his hoodie like he’s afraid if he moves too much, you’ll see how much this is bothering him.
“You’re not really here, Y/N,” he says, voice steady but laced with something bitter, something tired.
You don’t argue, because you know he’s right.
He sighs, shaking his head. “I like you. I really do. But I deserve someone who looks at me like I’m the only one they’re thinking about.”
Your stomach twists.
“Aidan—”
“It’s fine,” he cuts in, forcing a small smile. “I knew. I think I always did.” He swallows, glancing away before meeting your eyes again. “It was never gonna be me, was it?”
You want to tell him you tried. That you wanted to feel something more, something real. But the truth is, no matter how hard you tried, he was never Jack.
And that was never fair to him.
So instead, you whisper, “I’m sorry.”
He nods, shoving his hands deeper into his pockets. “Yeah. Me too.”
A few days pass, and you still feel hollow, like you’re floating through life without really being in it.
You don’t know why you still go to the Hughes’ house. Maybe it’s habit. Maybe it’s because it still feels like home, even when things don’t feel the same anymore.
Maybe it’s because, deep down, you just need someone who knows you.
Luke opens the door, and before you can even say anything, his face twists in concern.
“Okay, what’s wrong?”
You pause. “What?”
Luke steps aside to let you in, closing the door behind you. “You have your sad face on.”
You frown. “Luke Hughes, I do not have a—”
“You totally do,” he interrupts, flopping onto the couch. He gestures for you to sit next to him, and after a moment, you do.
There’s a beat of silence before he says, “Quinn told me everything.”
You freeze. “Everything?”
Luke gives you a knowing look. “Yeah. And I’m not an idiot, Y/N. I’ve seen the way you’ve looked at Jack since we were kids.”
You open your mouth, but no words come out.
Luke sighs, leaning back against the couch. “Look, I know he messed up. Jack is kind of known for that. And I know you’re hurt. But…” He hesitates. “You still love him, don’t you?”
You squeeze your eyes shut. “Luke—”
“Just be honest,” he says gently.
Your throat tightens. “Yeah,” you whisper. “I do.”
Luke nods like he already knew that was coming. Then he pulls something out of his pocket and holds it out to you.
You frown. “What’s this?”
“Tickets,” he says simply.
You blink. “Tickets?”
“To Jack’s game against Finland.” His voice is casual, but there’s something behind it—something careful, like he knows he’s walking a fine line. “I was gonna go, but I think you should instead.”
Your heart stops.
“Luke…”
“Don’t overthink it,” he says quickly. “Just go. See him. Talk to him.”
You stare at the tickets in his hand, your pulse pounding in your ears.
This is a choice. A chance.
And to be completely honest, you aren’t sure if you’re ready.
You end up deciding not to go until the last minute.
The plane ticket burns in your hands, Luke’s voice echoing in your head: Just go. See him. Talk to him.
So you do. You land in Finland, stomach in knots, trying not to think about what you’ll even say to him. If he’ll even want to see you.
But then the game happens. And Jack loses.
The scoreboard tells you everything—3-2, Finland. A brutal, heartbreaking end.
Jack stays on the ice, shoulders hunched, wiping his face as the Finnish players celebrate around him. You can see the way he’s blinking rapidly, how hard he’s trying to hold it together.
It doesn’t work.
By the time he’s in the tunnel for postgame interviews, it’s like the weight of everything finally crashes over him. The cameras capture everything; his red-rimmed eyes, the way his lips tremble when he speaks, the way his voice wavers when he says, “I feel like I let everyone down.”
Your heart cracks wide open. You don’t think. You just go.
You push through the lingering crowd, through the halls of the arena, heart racing. And then—there he is.
Jack is leaning against the wall, head bowed, gripping a water bottle so tightly his knuckles are white. His shoulders shake slightly, like he’s trying to get a grip, but he’s losing the battle.
You inhale sharply, willing yourself forward.
“Jack.”
His head snaps up, eyes widening. And for a second, he just stares.
Like he doesn’t believe you’re real.
“Y/N?” His voice is hoarse, barely above a whisper.
You nod, stepping closer. But before you can say anything else, Jack clears his throat and quickly swipes at his face, straightening up like he’s trying to compose himself.
Then he blurts out, “How’s Aidan?”
You freeze.
Jack lets out a broken laugh, looking down. “Quinn told me you had a boyfriend,” he mutters, forcing a smile that doesn’t reach his eyes. “I—uh, I’m happy for you. You deserve that.”
You swallow hard, your chest tightening. “Jack—”
“I mean it,” he interrupts, still not looking at you. “I always wanted you to be happy.”
He sniffles, pressing his thumb and forefinger against his eyes. He looks exhausted. Worn down in a way you’ve never seen before.
And suddenly, it’s too much.
The space between you. The months of silence. The fact that he still doesn’t know the truth.
You move before you can stop yourself, closing the gap and wrapping your arms around him.
Jack stiffens, sucking in a sharp breath.
But then—slowly, so slowly—it’s like something inside him gives in.
His hands grip your back, his face pressing into your shoulder, and he melts.
You feel his shaky exhale against your neck. The way his fingers curl into the jersey you’re wearing with his name on the back, like he’s afraid if he lets go, you’ll disappear.
And for the first time in a long time, you feel whole again.
“I don’t—” Jack’s voice cracks. “I don’t know how to fix this.”
Your throat tightens. “Then don’t. Just just let me be here.”
Jack exhales shakily, nodding against you. “Okay.”
Despite your reassurance, he still feels like he’s falling.
The weight of the loss, the pressure, the expectations, it’s all crashing over him, relentless and suffocating. But in the middle of it all, there’s you.
And when you pull back slightly, just enough to look at him, he realizes you’re the only thing keeping him grounded.
Your hands stay on his face, thumbs brushing against his damp skin, and there’s something in your expression, something soft and certain that makes his chest ache.
Then you move closer, tilting your head, and suddenly, suddenly—your lips press against his.
Jack stills.
Then, all at once, he melts into you.
His hands slide to your waist, gripping onto you like you’re the only thing keeping him standing. Your lips are soft, warm, familiar, but new at the same time, like something that was always supposed to happen but never did.
It feels like breathing again. Like finally getting it right.
But then, Jack realizes and he blinks, something clicking in his mind as he pulls back abruptly, still holding onto you but panting slightly.
“Wait,” he says, voice hoarse. “Aidan.”
You shake your head quickly. “We broke up.”
His brows furrow. “What?”
You exhale, your hands sliding from his face to his wrists, squeezing lightly. “Jack, I tried to move on. I tried so hard.” Your voice wavers. “But it was never him. It was always you.”
Jack’s lips part slightly, his breath hitching.
Then, suddenly, he laughs—a broken, disbelieving sound before his face crumples, his eyes shining again.
And just like that, he’s crying.
He presses his forehead against yours, squeezing his eyes shut as his grip on your waist tightens.
“You have no idea how bad I wanted you to say that,” he whispers, his voice shaking.
You smile softly, brushing his hair back. “I think I do.”
Jack lets out a shaky exhale, his hands fisting the fabric of your jersey, like he’s terrified you’ll disappear if he lets go. But you don’t.
Because after everything—after the distance, the silence, the missed chances—you’re still here.
He sniffles, pulling you into another tight hug, burying his face in your shoulder.
Later, when the chaos dies down and the arena empties, you end up in Jack’s car.
The heater hums softly, filling the silence, the city lights casting faint shadows across the dashboard.
Jack sits in the driver’s seat, head tilted against the headrest, his eyes half-lidded with exhaustion. You’re next to him, legs curled up on the seat, leaning against his shoulder.
It’s quiet.
Not awkward. Not heavy. Just comfortable.
Jack sighs, nudging his cheek against your hair. “I still can’t believe you’re here.”
You smile faintly, reaching for his hand. “Me neither.”
He squeezes your fingers, his grip warm and sure. “I thought I lost you.”
You shake your head, squeezing back. “You never did.”
Jack exhales, his body relaxing against yours, and for the first time in a long time, hfeels whole again.
The lake house feels the same the next summer.
The scent of pine and sunscreen still lingers in the air, the dock still creaks under your feet, and the water still glistens under the late afternoon sun. But this time, Jack is here. And this time, he’s yours.
He had turned freshly nineteen last month, but still was the same annoying boy you had known since you were seven.
You sit on the old wooden dock, legs stretched out, the warm breeze tangling your hair. Jack is lying beside you, one arm draped lazily over his forehead, his other hand resting on your knee, tracing absentminded patterns over your skin.
It’s quiet, just the sound of the water lapping against the shore and the occasional laughter from inside the house, where Quinn and Luke are probably chirping each other over something stupid.
Jack sighs, turning his head to look at you. “I missed this.”
You smile, threading your fingers through his. “Me too.”
He studies you for a moment, his eyes soft, warm, completely yours. Then, without a word, he tugs you down so you’re lying next to him, your head resting on his chest.
“You know,” he muses, fingers trailing up and down your back, “last summer, I thought I’d never get this back.”
You inhale slowly, letting his heartbeat ground you. “Me too.”
Jack tilts his head, pressing a soft kiss to your temple. “But we made it.”
You lift your head, meeting his gaze. “Yeah,” you whisper, smiling. “We did.”
He grins, the kind that makes your heart skip a beat, then flips you onto your back, hovering over you with that look—the one that reminds you he’s still the same Jack, the same boy who used to splash you in the lake, who used to steal your s’mores when you weren’t looking, who used to be your best friend before he was everything.
“Hey, lovebirds!” Luke’s voice echoes from the house, and you both groan.
Jack turns his head, scowling. “Luke, I swear—”
Quinn’s voice cuts in. “Let them be, Luke. They suffered enough.”
You laugh as Jack rolls his eyes. “I hate that he’s right.”
You shake your head, pulling Jack back down. “Just kiss me already.”
He smirks. “Gladly.”
And as his lips meet yours, the sun dips below the horizon and the lake glistens around you, making you realize everything is exactly the way it’s meant to be.
It isn’t until Luke pretends to fake barf that Jack removes himself away from you, opting to chase down his little brother.
“Boys, am I right?” Quinn says, giving you a grin.
You wrap your arms around him, never feeling as whole as you did now.

See Me Through You Series

I've got a real thing here by my side
someone who needs me holding me tight
and these special feelings won't ever fade
cause I knew from the start you put a move on my heart
Synopsis: You're excited to spend your first Valentine’s Day with Joe, but things don't go exactly as planned
Series Masterlist
Please Do Not Repost My Content Anywhere
The look on your face was one of disbelief as you looked at your best friend who was smiling at you and wiggling her eyebrows.
“I don't why I always ask you for advice or suggestions or literally ANYTHING anymore. Everything that comes out of your mouth is typically diabolical.” You told her as she continued to smile at you.
“Look, don't get all loud with me. You asked for a suggestion and I gave it to you. And there is absolutely nothing wrong with what I suggested.” She replied as she threw a few doritos in her mouth.
“Do you think he'll like it?” You asked suddenly, becoming nervous, but as well as you knew your boyfriend deep down you knew that the answer would be yes.
“Y/N… he's a man. What the hell do you think? I never met one that doesn't.”
“Hmm, good point. Now how bad does it hurt?”
“I mean it's not a little tickle, but it's definitely not like getting hit by a tractor trailer as far as pain goes.”
“And you have had said experience with the tractor trailer?” You asked as you raised your eyebrow.
“You get on my nerves. You're getting your nipples pierced and we’re going and we're going now. Oh, and don't wear a bra, it’ll be irritating. This will be part one of Joe's Valentine's Day gifts. I know a girl that will do both for twenty dollars.”
“I… Twenty dollars!? I don't want my nipples to fall off after an hour!” You exclaimed as your eyes suddenly went wide.
“She pierced mine and I lived to tell the tale. She does it out of her basement though so….”
“NO. We are going to an actual tattoo shop.”
“Oh, so you agree? You'll do it?” Erin asked and you let out a huff.
“If something goes wrong, I'm blaming you.”
“Oh, please. Just you wait. Joe will be thanking me.”
After looking up a tattoo shop that wasn’t too far from your apartment, you scanned the reviews to see that everyone had been satisfied when they went there whether they had gotten a tattoo or a piercing. Erin offered to drive and once she put the address in the GPS, the two of you were on your way.
Once she parked in the parking lot behind the building, the two of you walked around the front and when you had crossed the threshold of the door, you were met with different tattoo designs covering the walls and a girl sitting at the front desk twirling one of the piercings that she had in her ears. When she looked up and saw the two of you, she instantly got a smile on her face.
“Hi! How can I help you?” She politely asked and Erin wasted absolutely no time in blurting it out.
“My best friend wants her nipples pierced to surprise her boyfriend for Valentine’s Day and I dragged her here.”
Hearing her say it out loud made you instantly cross your arms protectively over your chest. All in all, you knew that you had a high pain tolerance, but seeing as it was one of the most sensitive parts of your body, you weren’t quite sure.
“Of course! You just have to fill out this paperwork right here and then I’ll need your id.” As you nodded your head, she handed you the clipboard along with a pen and pointed to a bench where you could sit and fill it out.
The most “exotic” piercing you had besides your ears was your nose and belly button. The idea of piercing anything else, especially your nipples had never even crossed your mind. You should have known better than to ask Erin for a suggestion since you knew how she was.
Once you were finished, you walked back up to the desk and handed the forms over along with your driver’s license and as she was looking it over to make sure you didn’t miss anything, you glanced back at Erin who had given you a thumbs up along with a small smirk.
“Okay, we are all set, if you’ll follow me. Is your friend coming?”
“No, I’ll stay out here. She’s a champ, she can take it.”
Looking at her in disbelief as she declined to come with you, she waved you off and you quickly followed the girl to the back to one of the many rooms that they used for piercings.
“You can sit over there while I get everything set up. And are we doing one or both?”
“We can do both. Might as well.” You decided as you took off your jacket to place it on one of the chairs that was next to the window.
“And gold or silver jewelry?”
“Hmm, silver. Since it matches everything else I have.”
She nodded her head as she opened a drawer full of piercing jewelry and quickly pulled out two barbells.
“So, besides this, what are your other special plans for your boyfriend?” She asked as she motioned for you to lift your shirt and she quickly began cleaning the area, starting with the right.
“Well, my boyfriend is a huge nerd and I love that about him so he’s getting a Spongebob lego set and also a cologne that he loves since I noticed he was running low and didn’t have a lot left. I think we agreed that we were going to make dinner at my apartment or his and not go out since we know everyone else will be out and about.”
“I love that idea and I absolutely love Spongebob. You ready?”
As soon as you gave her the nod of approval, you felt the needle pierce your skin and you instantly winced. Within a second, it was over and she was screwing the end of it on and cleaning around it.
“Good, one down and one more to go. You okay?”
“It actually wasn’t as bad as I thought.”
“Oh, they’ll throb later. Make sure you take something for it.” She said while smiling and that immediately led to a frown on your face.
Wanting to keep the new piercing a surprise, you didn’t plan on telling him and he would simply see it on Valentine’s Day. It was now February 13th and you had noticed earlier in the day when you woke up how you had felt a little off for some reason. You still did your normal routine of going to gymnastics practice as well as going to class, but was thankful when you had finally gotten back to your apartment.
Before you decided on dinner, you wanted to take a shower and get comfortable for the night since it had been such a long day and would probably end up with you falling asleep on the phone with your boyfriend as you had done many times before. As you turned on the water in the bathroom and waited for it to heat up, you started to strip down out of your clothes and immediately let out a groan and was trying not to throw a little temper tantrum.
“You cannot be fucking serious. Why did this shit decide to come early?!” You said out loud to no one in particular as you saw it.
After you let out a deep sigh, you went on the hunt under your sink for products as well as comfy clothes from your bedroom to change into once you were finished.
When you were out of the shower, you got dressed and moisturized your hair before picking up your phone and texting the groupchat with Erin and Alisha.
You- You two won’t fucking believe this
Alisha- WHAT HAPPENED?!
Erin- SPILL THE TEA
You- I got my period and now one of Joey’s surprises are ruined
Erin- Damn it. And it’s a good surprise too.
Alisha- Oh, right, the nipple piercing. I’m sorry babes. Joe can just give you all the cuddles you want and feed you chocolate
Erin- I have a suggestion or a recommendation if you will
Alisha- Oh lord smh
You- Uh…
Erin- Okay, great! Glad you asked!
You- I actually didn’t ask, but okay
Erin- Period sex
You- I….. 😳😳😳
Alisha- Erin, is there anything under the sun that you haven’t tried?
Erin- Nope! And it makes your cramps feel better, but only if you’re up for it and of course if Joe is comfortable. But knowing his ass, anything you want, he’ll do it. Just get like a period sex blanket and put it down on your bed and go for it
You-No thanks, I’ll be satisfied with the cuddles
Erin- I just wanted to give you an idea! Oh I have another one! He can literally just make you cum by playing with your nipple rings
You- Bye Erin. I’m going to see if Joey can bring me some candy and ice cream over. Starting not to feel all that well
Alisha- Ask for kisses too! That always helps
Erin- Let me know if you try it!
Once you got settled on the couch, the cramps really started to kick in and the most comfortable position that you could be in at the moment was the fetal position. Knowing that just sitting there wasn't going to do anything to help your pain, you made it up in your mind to head to the kitchen in order to get something for the pain.
As you dragged yourself to the kitchen to look for some ibuprofen, you sighed when you noticed that your cabinets were empty. Unlocking your phone took a few times since your eyes were brimming with tears because of how much pain you were in and quickly facetimed Joe.
It took him no time to answer and when he picked up, he had a concerned expression on his face as he saw you upset and wincing.
“Baby doll? What’s wrong?”
“Can you bring me ibuprofen and a shitton of chocolate and ice cream? I currently feel like I was hit by a car.” You breathed out as you held onto the counter to steady yourself.
“Yeah, of course, anything else you need?” He asked as you saw him getting up and moving around his bedroom.
“Cuddles from my boyfriend because I feel like absolute shit right now.”
“Okay, let me get dressed and I should be there in thirty minutes at the most. Go and try to lay down, but leave the door open for me so you don’t have to get back up.”
Nodding your head, you did as you were told before walking to your bedroom and crawling to the top of your bed.
“Fuck, this hurtssss.”
“Did you eat dinner yet?”
“No, but the way I feel I would honestly probably throw it back up.”
“But yet you want chocolate and ice cream?” He asked confusedly as he was putting on his shoes.
“Joey, I don’t make the rules, okay? I just abide by them.”
“I’ll get you something anyway, just in case. I’ll be there soon.”
“Okay, I love you.” You mumbled as you propped your phone up on the nightstand.
“I love you too.”
When your eyes fluttered open, it took you a second for them to adjust and you noticed that there was now a heating pad on your stomach and your boyfriend’s arms were wrapped around you. Glancing at the nightstand, you saw the bottle of ibuprofen along with your water and chocolate.
Not wanting to turn around and move from your comfortable position, you simply called out for your boyfriend.
“Babeeeee.” You whined and in response, Joe leaned over and kissed your cheek.
“Yes, pretty girl?”
“Thank you for bringing what I needed.”
“You’re welcome. Now I need you to sit up and take this medicine since you were knocked out when I got here.” He told you as he helped you to sit up. You reached over and popped four pills in your mouth and a swig of water to wash it down before turning to look at him.
“I ruined our first Valentine’s Day.” You said as you pouted, but Joe let out a small laugh.
“You didn’t ruin anything, baby.”
“But my period decided to come early! It’s like it KNEW!”
“Look, if you’re comfortable with it, we can still do something because that doesn’t bother me. But if you’d rather wait until it’s over that’s fine too. Biggest thing for me is making sure that you’re okay.”
“Why are you like the perfect boyfriend?” You asked and you could feel that you were about to start crying again.
“I’m not perfect, I just take my girlfriend’s feelings into consideration. And Valentine’s Day isn’t only about sex. There’s plenty of other things we can do, but since I know how your cramps are, we can just stay in tomorrow and watch your favorite movies. We’re still going to make dinner and spend time with each other.”
“I need to get you another gift for that.”
“No, you don’t. You don’t need to get me a gift for doing something basic such as considering how you feel.”
“Doing it anyway, and you can’t change my mind. And wait a minute….. Joseph….”
“I… damn why are you saying my full government name?”
“You never actually asked me to be your Valentine!”
“Princess, you cannot be serious. Who else would I want to be my Valentine?” Joe asked as he looked at you in disbelief.
“I don’t know! Those girls that always come up to you on campus to say hi!”
“I… do not start. They don’t compare to you and you know it.”
“I guess I’ll let it slide since you did come and give me cuddles when I asked for them.” You said as you made him lean down so that you could kiss him.
“You're going to be my Valentine starting from now until forever.”
“Okay, you talk a big game, but I’m holding you to that Burrow.”
“Now that I have you, I’m definitely not letting you go.”
The day had finally arrived and you woke up with your room being surrounded by red and pink heart shaped balloons. You looked to your right to see that your boyfriend was nowhere to be found, but in his place was a huge teddy bear that you knew for a fact was bigger than you with a card attached to it.
Smiling to yourself, you opened the card to see Joe’s handwriting staring back at you.
Y/N, better known as my princess or baby doll,
So excited to be spending our first Valentine’s Day together and I spent about a month deciding on what I should get for you. I hope you love all of your gifts that I bought you, but keep in mind no material things can amount to how much I love and care about you. I’m thankful and grateful to have you in my life and this is only scratching the surface of what is to come for the both of us.
Love, Joey
As you placed the card back inside of the envelope, your bedroom door opened to reveal your boyfriend and you immediately opened your arms signaling to him that you wanted a hug.
After maneuvering through the many balloons, he came over to the left side of your bed and hugged you as he kissed the top of your head.
“Happy first Valentine’s Day baby doll.” He told you before leaning down to kiss you.
“Happy Valentine’s Day, babe. Are we doing gifts now or later? I can't wait for you to see what I got you.”
“We can do it later. I got up early and made breakfast for you.”
“But someone told me you can't cook.”
“Says who!? Does his name start with Ja and end with Marr?”
“Hmm, I think so.” You replied as you nodded and tried not to laugh.
“I'm about to get his ass for that and yes I can even if I don't do it often.”
“So what is on the menu for this morning?”
“Heart shaped pancakes, bacon since I know how much you're addicted to it and fresh fruit.”
“Are they really shaped like hearts?” You asked as you raised your eyebrow.
“Why don't you come and see for yourself? But first I figured you would want to take a bath and I have the water waiting for you and then you can eat.”
“I seriously do not deserve having you as my boyfriend.” You told him as you sighed.
“Let this be the last time that I ever hear you say that. You deserve everything, especially because you hadn't been treated that well in the past.”
Your eyes instantly welled up with tears and a few of them fell before Joe wiped them away for you.
“I am such a cry baby when I’m on it.”
“You're a cry baby anyway, but I still love you just the same.”
You made a face at him as he smiled at you and pinched your cheek before helping you up so that you could go to the bathroom.
“Meet me in the kitchen when you're done.” Joe told you before leaning down once more to kiss you.
As promised, the day was filled with you and Joe watching your favorite movies and you exchanged gifts after making lasagna, garlic bread, and salad for dinner. As you were sitting there on the couch next to Joe with your new necklace dangling that had his initials on it you glanced over at him to see that he was scrolling on his phone and not paying the movie any attention.
“What are you doing that has you so interested in your phone?” You asked and he looked at you and smirked.
“Your birthday is coming up so I need to start planning.”
“You have plenty of time, there's no rush.” You said as you had now focused back on the tv as Leonardo Dicaprio came onto the screen.
You were making Joe watch Titanic for the millionth time, but he never complained.
“I'd just rather get everything together early and no I'm not telling you because I know that you’re about to ask me. And what do you mean I have time? We have literally three weeks.”
“But…”
“No, and that's my final answer.”
“I'll get it out of you one way or another. And I can also just ask Ja'Marr.” You told him as you crossed your arms and suddenly remembered about your new piercings that you had yet to show him.
“Babe, put your phone down for a second.”
“Hmm?”
“I did a thing two days ago and this was supposed to be a part of your surprise, but now that ship has since sailed, I still wanted to show you.”
“What did you do?”
Turning a little bit more towards him, you had on one of Joe’s t-shirts and simply lifted it up to show him.
Once Joe saw the jewelry that was now decorating your chest, he immediately smirked as he started to play with them.
“Do you like it?”
“You can't tell by my reaction?”
“Well it was Erin's idea and she dragged me. Which I know you aren't surprised by.”
“Definitely remind me to thank her when I see her.”
“She warned me that you would probably say that.”
“Let me ask you something.” Joe said hesitantly, but looked at you seeing that you were giving him your full attention.
“What's that? You gave me your serious voice.”
“We don't actually have to have sex, but I can still make you cum. If you're up for it that is.” Joe asked and he could tell that you were thinking about it.
“By doing what?” You curiously asked, but had a strong feeling about what he was about to suggest.
“How about I just show you instead?” He asked and you nodded your head.
Not being experienced in the sex department, Joe would always ask if you were comfortable doing something beforehand and never pressured you. He wanted you to be comfortable and if anything ever didn't feel right or you changed your mind about something, he wanted you to tell him immediately.
This time was no different as he laid you down on the couch as he hovered above you and tugged on the bottom of his shirt that you were wearing.
“Arms up, take this off.”
Once Joe peeled the shirt off of your body and threw it behind him, his mouth instantly took one of your nipples into his mouth and lightly began to suck on it, making a gasp escape from your mouth.
After switching to the other one, he noticed that you winced slightly and quickly asked you if something was wrong.
“You okay?” He softly asked and you nodded your head.
“They're just a little sore.”
“You want me to stop? Just say the word. Don't want you to be uncomfortable.”
“No, keep going.”
As those words instantly left your mouth, Joe reattached himself to one side while rolling the other in between his fingers making you squirm.
It only took about ten minutes for you to hit your peak as Joe was placing kisses all over your chest as your breathing began to slow down. Once it did, Joe crawled all the way back up your body and placed several kisses on your lips.
“That was just a preview of what's to come on your birthday, but only if you're up for it.”
“I….”
“So that it'll make up for today. But of course, I promise not to do anything you aren't comfortable with.”
“I know, I trust you. And if this was just a preview, what else do I have to look forward to?”
“I'll just let it be a surprise, so you have to be patient.” Joe told you as he thought about the rose vibrator that he just bought to use on you for your birthday.

i wonder what you’re doing right now. are you chasing a dream you’ve started to question? laughing with friends who see only parts of the real you? or are you like me - reflecting on the strange twists life keeps throwing your way, trying to make sense of how it all fits together?
i don’t have all the answers, but i know this: our story is unfolding exactly as it should. the setbacks, the detours, the heartbreak - it’s all shaping us, preparing us for the moment our lives finally align. even in the moments when you doubt that there is light ahead, know that i see it clearly. you’re the hope i keep reaching for, even in the dark.
i often imagine meeting you for the first time. maybe it’s ordinary - a passing glance, a casual conversation. but there will be something unshakable about it. something in the way your smile catches me off guard or the way your voice pulls me in. i’ll know it’s you. and even if i don’t say it right away, you’ll feel it too.
right now, i’m still figuring things out. life’s been throwing me in every direction, and i’m just holding on, trying to steer clear of what i can. the funny thing about fate is how it works even when you don’t see it coming. every choice i’ve made, every chance i’ve taken, has brought me closer to you.
when the time is right, i’ll be ready to step up for you, for us. i’m not the person i was yesterday, and i’m still becoming the person i want to be. there is one thing i know for sure: when we meet, i’ll choose you - again and again, every day, through every celebration and every challenge.
yes - there will be celebrations. i want to laugh with you until we can’t breathe, to celebrate to our wins, big and small, and to hold you close when the night winds down. i want to share your joy, your dreams, and every quiet moment in between. you’re the person i want standing next to me through it all.
until then, i’ll keep working on myself, learning from the lessons life throws my way, and holding space for you in my heart. when fate turns in our favor and our paths finally cross, i’ll be ready to give you my love, my devotion, and my whole damn soul.
yours,
future spouse

i’ve been lost before. trapped in my own cycles, chasing goals that felt hollow or moving too fast to notice what i was really missing. there were times i poured my energy into the wrong things, thinking that success or control could fill the void. but life has a way of humbling you, of forcing you to stop, slow down, and face the truth: none of it matters without you.
you’re the one who will make me want to be better - not out of obligation, but because i’ll see in you everything i’ve been searching for. you’re my anchor and the softness in need in my life, the one who shows me that love isn’t about perfection or performance, but about presence. when i look at you, i’ll see everything i didn’t know i needed - warmth, patience, and a kind of beauty that radiates from the inside out.
i know i’ve taken the long road to get to you. sometimes i’ve been stuck, unsure of what to do next, afraid to leave what felt comfortable, even when i knew it wasn’t enough. but you’ll be the one who changes that. with you, there will be no fear, no hesitation - only a deep, undeniable pull that i can’t resist.
you have this power, don’t you? to nurture and create, to transform whatever you touch into something extraordinary. you’re a queen in every sense of the word - abundant, radiant, and endlessly giving. i want you to know this: you don’t always have to give. you don’t always have to hold everything together. with me, you can let go. you'll be able to lean on me. i’ll be the one to carry the weight when you’re tired, to remind you how much you’re worth, even when the world forgets.
i know i’ll mess up sometimes. i’ll stumble, i’ll falter, and i’ll get caught in my own head. but i promise i’ll never stop trying. i’ll never stop choosing you. even in the moments when it feels like we’re standing still, i’ll be there, holding your hand, reminding you that we’re exactly where we’re meant to be.
there’s no moving on from you. no walking away, no running from the love i know we’ll have. you’re the one i’ll keep coming back to, again and again, because you’re home. and when we’re together, i’ll spend the rest of my days showing you just how much you mean to me.
my heart is your's,
future spouse
pile 3
if you’ve felt a restless pull in your heart, know that i feel it too. i’m not the kind of man who sits still for long - i’ve always chased what makes me feel alive, even when i didn’t fully understand what i was after. somewhere along the way, i realized what i’ve been searching for is you.
you’re the spark in the distance, the promise of something more. i can feel your energy even now, calling me to move, to grow, to become the man you deserve. i’m not perfect—sometimes i charge ahead too fast, speak before i think, or get caught up in chasing every wild idea that crosses my mind. but one thing i know for sure: when i meet you, everything will fall into focus.
you’re the kind of person who could make a man rethink everything. your passion, your curiosity, your fire - i want to match it and watch us both burn brighter together. with you, every day will feel like an adventure, every moment full of discovery. i want to know your mind, your dreams, and your wildest ideas. i want to be the one who makes you laugh so hard you forget to breathe and who listens when you need to share the thoughts you’ve never spoken aloud.
but i also want you to know this: i’ll be the one who gives you space when you need it. life isn’t always about the chase; sometimes, it’s about the stillness. when the world gets too loud, when the fire feels like it’s burning too hot, i’ll be there to remind you to rest. i’ll be your calm in the chaos, your quiet in the storm.
i know we’ll make mistakes - together and apart. we’ll say the wrong things, take the wrong steps, and sometimes, we’ll need time to figure it all out. but isn’t that part of the beauty? love isn’t about perfection; it’s about showing up, learning, and growing side by side.
i can’t wait to see where life takes us, to chase the wild unknown with you by my side. you make me want to dream bigger, run faster, and still, somehow, savor every single moment. i’m ready to throw myself into this with you, no hesitation, no regrets.
until we meet, i’ll keep searching, learning, and preparing for the day when i get to call you mine.
yours always,
your future spouse

“What’s got you smiling so much?” You ask Wanda as she sits down across from you.
It was Wanda’s idea to meet up for lunch after finding out about the rough morning you had, and she had also told you that she had some good news to share that might cheer you up.
You had woken up late for work, couldn’t find your car keys, and when you reached the halfway point on your journey to work, you realized you didn’t have your phone. Today just wasn’t your day.
“Remember how I said I had some good news?” Wanda asks, her smile huge as she leans in and rests her elbows on the table. When you nod, she continues. “Well, Vision surprised me at work and finally asked me to be his girlfriend! He brought me flowers and everything.”
Yeah, today just really wasn’t your day.
“That’s really great, Wanda, but how exactly is that supposed to cheer me up?” you question, giving her a small smile to soften your words.
“Because you were the one who suggested that I should confess my feelings to him, and you’ve pretty much been with me every step of the way,” Wanda tells you. Her expression then turns into confusion. “Is something wrong?”
You honestly were really proud and happy for Wanda, and if this were any other time of the year, your reaction would’ve been different. But it’s not. Valentine's Day is at the end of the week and you just want the week to be over with.
While you were walking down the street on your way to the restaurant, you walked past a woman getting proposed to in the park. While you were waiting for the light to change in order for you to cross the street, you saw a couple making out. As you walked past a street vendor selling flowers, you overheard the vendor making conversation with a man who was apparently looking for the right flowers to buy his crush. Now, Wanda hits you with this.
“No, nothing’s wrong,” you quickly shake your head. “I’ve just had a weird day.”
She looks at you for a moment longer, not fully believing you. “Hmm, there’s something else. Tell me.”
You let out a laugh. “Wanda, I’m fine. It just…it’s nothing really. I’m good.”
“It’s just what?” Wanda asks. When you hesitate again, she adds, “We’re not ordering until you tell me what’s up,” she smirks at you.
A small groan leaves you, before you speak up, “It’s just that Bucky hasn’t asked me to be his valentine yet, and this is our first Valentine’s Day as a couple. It stupid, I know. I shouldn’t even be upset.”
“No, it’s not stupid. Have you mentioned how you feel to him?”
“No, I didn’t think I had to since he’s always surprising me with gifts any other time of the year. I just figured this would just happen naturally, but nothing yet.”
“I’m sure you have nothing to worry about. After all, it’s still the beginning of the week. Who knows, he could just be waiting for the actual day to come,” Wanda says, and when you don’t say anything, she places a hand on top of yours and continues, “I’d honestly be surprised if Bucky does absolutely nothing for you. Everyone knows how obsessed he is with you.”
That makes you smile. “Yeah, I guess you’re right.”
“Of course I am, and when Valentine’s Day comes and he still hasn’t asked you to be his valentine, call me, I’ll hunt him down,” Wanda tells you right as a waitress walks up to the table to take your guys’ order. She catches the end of Wanda’s sentence and has a confused, yet amused look on her face. “Sorry, just relationship problems.”
The waitress laughs as she says, “Don’t worry I understand.”
Later that night when you're at Bucky’s place for a movie night the two of you had planned the week before, you can feel Bucky looking at you repeatedly while your eyes are still on the screen. You’re cuddled up into his side with his arm wrapped around you, but you still notice the constant shifting of his head.
You finally give in and look up at him. “Is there something on my face?” you ask him, your tone teasing.
Bucky’s confused with your question. “No, why?”
“Because you keep looking at me.”
“What, I can’t admire my own girlfriend anymore?”
“It feels more like staring than anything,” you tell him, and Bucky just laughs.
“Well, then I’m sorry,” Bucky apologizes as he places a hand on your cheek to lift your head up. He leans down to place a gentle kiss on your lips, a smile still tugging on the corner of his lips. When he pulls away, he still keeps the distance between the two of you small as he looks into your eyes.
“Seriously, what is it?” you whine as you playfully shove him away from you, causing him to laugh. He knows how much you hate it when he does that. “Is there something bugging you?” you casually slide in the question, slightly hoping that he would use this time to ask you to be his valentine.
“No, there isn’t,” he laughs and pulls away, turning his attention back to the screen, but keeping his arm still wrapped around you. “I’m done, I promise.”
He misses the slight drop in your expression, but you quickly fix your face before looking back at the tv as well.
As the week goes on, you try to focus on more important things, but as Friday continues to get closer, your hope continues to diminish. You and Bucky continue to text normally throughout the week, but when Thursday afternoon comes Bucky calls you to let you know that he’ll be going on a mission the next day. On Valentine’s Day.
“I’m sorry it’s such short notice, doll, but Steve needs me,” you hear Bucky softly tell you through the phone. You’re sitting on a chair in front of your window watching people pass by with Bucky on speaker.
“Oh, no it’s okay, I understand,” you say, trying to keep the disappointment out of your voice. “How long will you be gone?”
There’s a moment of silence on the other end, before Bucky speaks, “A couple of weeks.”
Weeks?
Your heart drops at his answer and you feel your throat start to tighten. You quickly mute yourself to clear the tears from your throat, before unmuting.
“Are you sure it’s okay?” he asks, noticing your delayed response.
“Yeah, why wouldn’t it be? There’s people out there that need you,” you speak up.
You catch sight of your neighbor’s boyfriend walking up to her house with a bouquet of flowers in his hand. You momentarily forget you’re on the phone and unintentionally let out a frustrated sigh at the sight, catching Bucky’s attention.
“Listen, I can probably get out of it. I’m sure Steve doesn’t need me that bad, there’s a whole team of people that are available to help out.”
A sad laugh leaves you. “Bucky it’s fine, I promise. He’s your best friend and he specifically asked you because he wants you, so go.”
“If you insist,” you hear Bucky sigh “I know you’re upset, though, so I promise to make it up to you when I get back, okay?”
That makes you crack a smile. “Okay.”
When the next day rolls around, you take your time getting out of bed. Unfortunately, you had the day off today, which of course you would’ve been happy about under different circumstances.
You decide to keep yourself busy and do some chores to pass time, but by the time you’re done cleaning every crevice and doing laundry, it’s only four in the afternoon.
At some point, Wanda calls to check up on you and asks if you wanted her and Vision to come over and have dinner with you. Vision was planning on cooking for just the two of them, but he told you he had no problem making more. Although the two of them both repeatedly insisted they didn’t mind making the drive to your place, you declined.
It felt wrong to intrude on a special night like tonight.
After telling Wanda and Vision that you would just order in, the two of you finally end the call.
You weren’t currently that hungry so you decided to just order something later. You make yourself comfortable on the couch and decide to put on a tv show you’ve been wanting to watch.
A couple episodes later, you finally start to get hungry, and right when you’re about to place an order, your doorbell rings. You shake your head thinking it was just Vision and Wanda coming to share their food, but as you look through the peephole to see Bucky standing outside holding a bouquet of flowers and a stuffed animal you had been wanting, your heart drops along with your jaw.
You look down at your outfit and contemplate quickly changing, but decide against it.
“Wh-what are you doing here? I thought you had to go on a mission?” you ask when you open the door.
“Surprise!” Bucky greets you with a bright smile. He leans in to give you a kiss, before whispering, “Happy Valentine's Day, sweetheart.”
Bucky can see that you’re still shocked and at a loss for words, so he just laughs as he pushes past you and makes his way inside. You close the door behind him and watch as he makes his way into the kitchen and lays the flowers on the counter along with the stuffed animal.
“As much as I’m happy that you’re here, why are you here?” your eyebrows are furrowed as you lean against the counter, your arms folded across your chest.
Bucky sends you a smirk as he quickly puts the flowers in water before making his way over to you. He places his hands on your waist as closes the distance between you two.
“You didn’t really think that I’d miss our first Valentine’s Day together, did you?”
“I didn’t even think you remembered, I mean you haven’t said anything about it all week,” you tell him.
“Yeah, Wanda told me you were a little upset,” Bucky mentions and your eyes widen.
“What a traitor, she wasn’t supposed to say anything,” you say slightly embarrassed as you look off to the side. Then a thought hits you, and you look back at him. “Wait, did you just come here because of what Wanda told you?”
“No, I was already planning on coming here tonight.”
“But what about your mission?” you ask, still confused.
Bucky smiles. “There never was a mission, doll. I made it up because I wanted to surprise you. You really thought I would spend today with Steve instead of you?”
“...Well, he is your best friend.”
“That’s true,” Bucky nods, grabbing your hands in his and placing kisses on your knuckles, “but, you’re my best girl,” he whispers as he looks into your eyes, causing butterflies in your stomach and your face to heat up.
What were you upset about again?
A chuckle leaves Bucky as he watches you shyly smile as you look away.
“You could’ve at least said something this whole week,” you tell him.
“I know, I know,” he admits, “but I was trying to get everything together.”
“Get what together?” you ask.
Bucky stays silent for a moment as if trying to find the right words to say. Then he says, “I want you to move in with me.”
Your eyes widen and your breath hitches as you stare back at him. “What?”
Maybe you inhaled too many chemicals while cleaning.
“I want you to move in with me,” Bucky repeats. “I know we’ve been dating for less than a year and I completely understand if this is too fast for you, but there’s plenty of room for you at my place and I would be much happier if I was able to have you next to me when I wake up every morning.”
Oh.
You blink.
“You’re serious?” you ask, even though there's no indication on his face to tell you he’s lying.
Bucky lets go of your hands to place his on either side of your face. “Completely. Like I said, you’re my best girl.” He watches a smile slowly form on your lips. “So, what do you say?”
“Yes,” you say, and Bucky’s grin grows wider, but you hold your hand up. “Don’t start smiling yet, I wasn’t finished.”
Bucky quickly fixes his face and tries to suppress his excitement. “Of course, continue.”
“I say yes, only if you agree to never pull anything like this ever again.”
“Ever?” Bucky repeats, raising an eyebrow.
“Bucky!” you playfully hit his chest.
“I’m just kidding,” he laughs, leaning in to kiss you. Then he pulls away just enough to murmur against your lips, “I’ll just wait until you forget.”

Lucky charm!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Pairing- Boyfriend! Jake x Girlfriend! Y/N
Summary- Jake, the top soccer player at UNI, always relied on Y/N’s support—until a huge argument left him distracted before a big game. Without her in the stands, he struggled to play, missing shots and worrying his team. Realizing how much he needed her, a teammate called Y/N, who debated but ultimately showed up, looking her best. The moment Jake saw her, his focus returned, and he played like himself again. After the game, they made up, proving that Y/N was truly his lucky charm.
Warnings- FLUFF, FLUFF, FLUFF, anger, angst, arguments, happy couple… (jokes! Not really)

“You don’t get it, Y/N!” Jake’s voice was sharp, frustration thick in every word.
“Then explain it to me, Jake! Because right now, it feels like I’m the only one trying.” Y/N’s arms were crossed tightly over her chest, her voice shaking between anger and hurt.
Jake let out a humorless laugh, running a hand through his hair. “You think I don’t care? That I don’t appreciate you?”
Y/N exhaled sharply. “Jake, I’ve been to every single game, every late-night practice, every stupid press conference where they ask you the same questions. And not once have I ever complained.” Her voice broke slightly, but she pushed on. “But the second I bring up how I feel, I’m the bad guy?”
He opened his mouth, but no words came out. The look in her eyes—raw and filled with unshed tears—made his chest tighten.
“I can’t keep doing this if you don’t want me here, Jake.”
His stomach twisted. That wasn’t what he wanted at all. But his stupid pride got in the way, and instead of telling her the truth—that he needed her more than anything—he muttered, “Maybe it’s better that way.”
The second the words left his lips, he wanted to take them back.
Y/N’s face fell, her jaw tightening as she nodded slowly. “Okay.”
And just like that, she turned and walked away.
Jake stood frozen, watching her disappear into the night.
He had just made the biggest mistake of his life.
-
The silence between them was louder than anything Jake had ever experienced.
Y/N hadn’t texted. Hadn’t called. Hadn’t shown up to practice.
Jake told himself he was fine. That he could focus better without distractions. But when game day rolled around, it hit him like a freight train.
He jogged onto the field, scanning the stands on instinct. But the seat where she always sat—third row, left side, just behind the team bench—was empty.
His stomach clenched.
He tried to shake it off as the game started, but his body wouldn’t cooperate. His passes were off. His speed felt sluggish. Every shot he took either hit the post, went wide, or was blocked by the keeper.
The frustration built with every mistake, weighing him down like lead.
The final whistle blew, and UNI had lost. Jake barely heard the post-game speech from his coach, too busy replaying every missed opportunity in his head.
When he got back to the locker room, he didn’t even bother taking off his cleats right away. He just sat there, elbows resting on his knees, staring at the floor.
Jay, his closest teammate, nudged him. “Dude. What’s going on?”
Jake exhaled slowly. “Nothing. Just an off day.”
Jay scoffed. “Nah, man. This is more than that. I’ve never seen you play like this.” He paused. “It’s Y/N, isn’t it?”
Jake didn’t answer.
Jay sighed. “Look, I don’t know what happened, but it’s obvious you’re a wreck without her.”
Jake clenched his jaw. “She’s probably better off.”
Jay rolled his eyes. “Yeah? Then why do you keep looking for her in the stands?”
Jake said nothing.
Jay grabbed his phone. “I’m texting her.”
Jake should’ve stopped him. Should’ve told him to leave it alone.
But he didn’t.
Y/N sat on her bed, knees pulled to her chest, as she mindlessly scrolled through her camera roll. Each swipe brought a new memory, a new reminder of everything she and Jake had been before it all fell apart.
There was a photo of him grinning at her during one of their late-night study sessions, his notes forgotten as he balanced a pencil between his nose and upper lip, trying to make her laugh. She had rolled her eyes at the time, but she could still remember the way her stomach had fluttered when he looked at her like she was the best part of his world.
Another picture—Jake, covered in sweat but grinning like a fool after a big win, his arm slung lazily around her shoulders. She had been laughing, caught mid-cheer, his jersey draped over her like a second skin. She had been so proud of him. She always was.
And then, one of her favorites—a candid shot of them from a lazy Sunday morning. Jake, shirtless and half-asleep, stealing bites of her breakfast as she swatted at his hand, laughing at his shamelessness. His hair had been a mess, his eyes still heavy with sleep, but he had looked at her like she was the only thing that mattered.
Y/N’s chest ached.
She missed him. More than she wanted to admit.
Her fingers hovered over his contact, the familiar urge to text him creeping in. But then, like a cruel reminder, his words echoed in her head.
"Maybe it’s better that way."
She swallowed the lump in her throat, locking her phone. If that was what he wanted, then fine. She wouldn’t be the one to break first.
But then, as if the universe was laughing at her stubbornness, her phone buzzed.
Jay: Jake’s a mess. He needs you. Badly.
Her heart clenched.
She should ignore it. He was the one who pushed her away. He was the one who made her feel like she didn’t matter.
But… if that were true, why was he struggling so much?
Y/N exhaled slowly, staring at her reflection in the mirror. Her expression was unreadable, but her eyes betrayed her, filled with something she wasn’t ready to name yet.
She could walk away. Let Jake figure this out on his own. Prove to herself that she didn’t need him as much as he needed her.
But that was a lie.
Because no matter how angry or hurt she was… she still loved him.
And she wasn’t sure she ever wouldn’t.
With a resigned sigh, she grabbed her jacket and touched up her makeup.
If she was going, she was going to make an entrance.
She headed out the door, her heart pounding.
Jake needed her.
And whether she liked it or not… she needed him too.
-
Jake jogged onto the field, his mind clouded with doubt.
His body felt heavy, his nerves shot. The last few games had been a disaster, and the weight of failure clung to him like a storm he couldn’t outrun. He tried to shake it off, stretching his arms and bouncing on his feet, but nothing felt right.
Then, instinctively, he looked toward the stands.
And everything stopped.
His breath hitched. His heart stuttered.
Y/N was there.
Sitting in her usual spot—third row, left side, just behind the team bench.
Jake blinked, half-convinced he was imagining it. But no, it was real. She was real.
And damn, she looked good.
Her hair was styled just the way he liked, her makeup subtle but stunning. She wore his favorite shade, the one he always said made her eyes stand out, and even from across the field, he could see the way her lips curved in something between challenge and amusement.
She came.
A rush of energy shot through his veins, the kind he hadn’t felt since before she left. His pulse pounded, but this time, it wasn’t from nerves—it was from something deeper, something electric.
His lucky charm had returned.
And just like that, everything clicked back into place.
The whistle blew, and Jake was unstoppable.
Every pass was precise, every shot powerful. He weaved through defenders with the confidence he’d been missing, his movements sharp and deliberate. The frustration that had been drowning him for days melted away, replaced by pure instinct.
And every time he scored, he didn’t look at the scoreboard. He didn’t look at his teammates.
He looked at her.
Y/N sat there, arms crossed, trying to look unimpressed. But he saw the way her lips twitched, the way her fingers tapped against her thigh. She was proud of him—he knew it.
By the final whistle, UNI had secured the win. The crowd erupted in cheers, his teammates swarming him with congratulations, but Jake barely acknowledged any of it.
His eyes were locked on her.
Without a second thought, he sprinted toward the stands, pushing past the crowd. Y/N had already started making her way down toward the field, and when she stopped in front of him, they just stood there, staring at each other.
For the first time in days, Jake could breathe again.
“I was an idiot.” His voice was breathless, raw. “I didn’t mean any of it, Y/N. I was just—” He exhaled sharply, running a hand through his sweat-damp hair. “I was scared. Of how much I need you.”
Y/N raised an eyebrow, arms still crossed. “Yeah? I figured, considering how hard you flopped without me.”
Jake huffed out a laugh, shaking his head. “I deserved that.”
“Damn right, you did.”
A small smile tugged at her lips, but Jake didn’t miss the way her tough exterior wavered, the way her eyes softened just slightly.
He took a step closer. “Y/N, I mean it. I never should’ve pushed you away.” His voice dropped to something quieter, more vulnerable. “You’re everything to me.”
She sighed, finally uncrossing her arms. “Jake… you can’t shut me out when things get hard. That’s not how this works.”
“I know,” he admitted, his gaze never leaving hers. “And I won’t. Ever again.”
Y/N studied him for a long moment, and then, finally, she sighed in defeat. “You’re lucky I like you, Sim.”
Relief crashed over him, and before she could say anything else, he closed the distance, wrapping his arms arowund her and pulling her in tight.
She hesitated for half a second before melting into him, her arms circling his waist.
Jake buried his face in her hair, inhaling the familiar scent of her perfume, and everything felt right again. “I missed you,” he murmured.
“I know,” she teased, voice muffled against his jersey. “I could tell from your embarrassing game stats.”
He chuckled, pulling back just enough to look at her. “Guess I need you to keep me in check.”
“Clearly.”
Jake reached up, brushing his thumb over her cheek, his voice softer now. “So… does this mean you’ll be at the next game?”
Y/N smirked. “As long as you keep winning.”
He grinned, pressing a kiss to her forehead before whispering, “Then I guess I have no choice.”
Because she wasn’t just his biggest supporter.
She was his lucky charm.

For over two years and counting, Crowe has been haunted by the memory of your touch.
Crowe would never deny that he enjoys having you around. But if you don’t see him that way—if you never do—he’ll live with it. He’ll push it down, bury it deep, because losing you entirely is something he refuses to accept. If friendship is all you can offer, then he’ll take it, no matter how much it eats at him.
After all, it was him that day. The day those bullies cornered you, their words sharp and cruel, their intentions worse. He was the one who stepped in without hesitation, who made it clear that they’d have to go through him first. He didn’t do it for gratitude or recognition. He did it because it was you.
It’s always been about you.
He doesn’t just want you in his life—he needs you there. He wants you around his friends, wants you to feel safe, to feel at home wherever he is. He wants to see you smile, wants to be the reason for it, even if you never look at him the way he looks at you. It doesn’t matter. Because Crowe loves everything about you.
The way your laughter sounds—effortless, bright, like something he could get addicted to. The way you wsolkle your nose when you’re annoyed, the way your eyes soften when you talk about something you love. The way your presence alone makes everything feel a little less heavy.
And it scares him.
The way he aches for you.
The way he yearns for more.
But if being close to you means keeping his feelings locked away, then he’ll do it. He’ll endure it. He’ll hold himself back, bite his tongue, force himself to be content with whatever piece of you he’s allowed to have. Because even if it’s not everything he wants, at least it’s something. At least it’s you.
Crowe lets out a slow breath, stasolg at the pile of papers in front of him, but his mind is elsewhere.
You’re sprawled across the floor, cross-legged among scattered documents, your back against a pile of pillows as you skim through a paper in your hands. The soft glow of the evening light filters through the curtains, casting a golden hue over you, making you look almost unreal. He should be focused—should be sorting through the paperwork like he said he would. Instead, all he can focus on is you.
You—who insisted on helping despite him telling you he could handle it.
You—who sits there with that small, content smile, completely unaware of how you consume him.
“Crowe, you need to file these by date,” you murmur, tapping a few papers into a neat stack. “You’re making this more complicated than it needs to be.”
He huffs, running a hand through his loose braid. “I never asked for help.”
“You never ask for help, period,” you counter easily, throwing him a glance before looking back at the papers. “Besides, I don’t mind. This way, you won’t end up buried under a mess of your own making.”
He watches as you shift, your knee bumping against his, and his whole body tenses. It’s nothing. Just a touch. But his mind lingers on it, the warmth spreading, sinking into his skin like ink on paper. He clenches his jaw, flipping through the stack in his hands without really reading anything.
“Crowe?”
Your voice snaps him back, and he blinks at you.
“You okay?” you ask, tilting your head slightly.
He exhales through his nose, forcing a smirk. “Yeah. Just wondering why you’re still here when you could be doing something better with your time.”
You roll your eyes, shifting again—brushing against him again. “And miss watching you suffer through basic organization? Never.”
He scoffs, shaking his head, but his grip on the papers tightens. It’s not fair. How easily you get under his skin, how effortlessly you settle into his space, into his life. He wonders if you even realize it—how much of him you consume, how much he aches for you in ways he has no right to.
Crowe doesn’t know when it started, this need, this craving that’s carved itself into his ribs. But he knows it’s always been you. The realization sits heavy in his chest, like a secret too dangerous to let slip.
His fingers twitch as he watches you. He wants to touch you, to reach out, to thread his fingers through your hair and trace the curve of your jaw. To pull you closer, to feel the warmth of you against him.
But you’re his friend. Closest Friend.
And if that’s all you’ll ever be—if that’s all you can give—then he’ll endure it.
Even if it kills him.
The silence between you stretches, filled only with the occasional rustle of paper and the rhythmic tick of the clock on the wall. Crowe exhales, a slow and controlled breath, as if that alone will steady the wildfire spreading in his chest. It doesn’t.
You’re still here, still close enough that he can feel the faint heat radiating off your skin, and he can’t focus—not on the papers, not on anything other than the phantom sensation of your touch line side on his jaw. His resolve is slipping, unraveling thread by thread, and it’s all your fault.
He tells himself to let it go.
To push it down, bury it deep where it belongs.
But then you shift, stretching your arms above your head with a quiet sigh, before letting yourself fall back against the pillows behind you. “I think we deserve a break,” you say, staring up at the ceiling. “Your filing system is a disaster, by the way.”
Crowe lets out a breathy chuckle. “I don’t have a system.”
“Exactly.”
You turn your head to look at him, that lazy, contented smile still playing on your lips, and something inside him caves.
Without thinking, he moves, shifting onto his side until he’s lying next to you. The papers don’t matter. The mess on the floor doesn’t matter. Nothing does—except this moment.
You don’t react, at least not in the way he expects. There’s no teasing remark, no raised brow questioning why he’s suddenly this close. Instead, you just glance at him as if it’s the most natural thing in the world.
“I thought you didn’t take breaks,” you murmur.
“Maybe you’re a bad influence.” His voice is quieter now, softer.
You gsol, amused. “Maybe.”
Crowe watches as your fingers absently play with the hem of your sleeve, and he wants to reach out. Wants to take your hand in his, wants to thread his fingers between yours just to see how it feels. The temptation is maddening.
“Do you ever get tired of this?” he asks suddenly.
You blink, tilting your head. “Tired of what?”
His throat is dry. He swallows, pretending that the words aren’t sticking in his chest. “Of… being around me all the time.”
It’s a stupid question. He doesn’t know why he asked it. Maybe he just needs reassurance—something to hold onto before he completely loses himself to this feeling that he refuses to name.
Your expression softens. “I wouldn’t be here if I didn’t want to be.”
The answer should be enough. It should satisfy him and quiet the restlessness inside him.
It doesn’t.
Because there’s something about the way you say it—so effortlessly, like it’s obvious. Like, it’s simple. And for you, maybe it is. Maybe you don’t see the weight behind it, the way your words settle into his bones, warm and suffocating all at once, like they were always meant to be there.
Crowe barely has a second to react before you move—quick, decisive, and utterly reckless with his personal space. His body tenses, muscles coiled tight, but he doesn’t stop you. He doesn’t even try.
One moment, you’re standing beside him, your usual teasing lilt laced in your voice. The next, he’s flat on his back, breath knocked from his lungs as you press him into the floor. His pulse jumps, sharp and immediate, but it has nothing to do with the impact.
Your legs cage around his waist, your hands planted firmly against his chest, pinning him in place. And worst of all? You look amused. Like this isn’t something that should have him gripping at the last shreds of his self-control.
His fingers twitch at his sides, aching to do something—grab your hips, push you off, pull you closer—but he forces himself to stay still. His chest rises and falls beneath your touch, each breath shallower than the last as his mind races to catch up with what the hell just happened.
Crowe narrows his eyes, lips parting like he’s about to throw out some sharp remark, something cool and dismissive, to mask the way his body reacts to you. But when he meets your gaze—playful, expectant, entirely unbothered—his words die before they even form.
And that’s when it hits him.
You know.
You know exactly what you’re doing.
And worse?
You’re enjoying this.
“What the—?!” He instinctively tries to push himself up, but you’re already pressing your palms into his shoulders, effectively trapping him.
“Oh, relax,” you huff, gazing down at him. “You looked like you were spiraling. I had to do something before you started brooding so hard you set the house on fire.”
Crowe glares. “I don’t brood.”
“You totally brood.”
“I don’t.”
You raise a brow. “You’re literally doing it right now.”
Crowe opens his mouth, then closes it, then just scowls. He hates that you might be right. He hates even more that you’re looking at him like this, all smug and unbothered, completely unaware of the absolute chaos you’re causing in his head.
This is normal to you, isn’t it? Sitting on top of him like it’s no big deal, pinning him down like you aren’t single-handedly wrecking his sanity.
Crowe groans, throwing his head back against the pillows. “You’re actually gonna kill me one day.”
“You’re being dramatic.”
“Oh, am I?” His voice is dry, but there’s a flicker of something else beneath it—something dangerously close to unsteady. His hands slide onto your hips, firm yet hesitant, like he’s caught between pushing you away and pulling you closer. His fingers press just enough to make you aware of his grip, of the fact that you could move away if you wanted to.
Not that you would.
“Because last I checked, you’re literally on top of me right now,” he continues, a sharp exhale leaving his lips, “and I’m pretty sure I’m experiencing cardiac arrest.”
You snort, unfazed. “Please. If I wanted to kill you, I’d at least make it more interesting.”
His deep blue eyes flick up to yours, something flickering behind them—amusement and frustration—but before he can bite back with some witty retort, you lean in closer.
Your weight shifts slightly, pressing down in a way that makes his fingers tighten on your hips, his knuckles paling for just a second. The movement knocks a few strands of his long brown hair over his forehead, but he doesn’t dare lift a hand to fix it. Not when you’re this close.
“Y’know…” Your voice is softer now, teasing, thoughtful, like you’re genuinely contemplating something. “You’re weirdly warm.”
Crowe stiffens when your hands leave his shoulders, fingers trailing up the column of his neck, slow and deliberate. His pulse betrays him, hammering beneath your touch.
Then your palms frame his jaw, thumbs brushing over his cheekbones, and he knows he’s done for.
He swallows hard, his throat bobbing beneath your fingers. His breath stutters, his mind screaming at him to say something—anything—before you realizes the effect you have on him. But his mouth refuses to work, completely useless as you study him like you’ve just uncovered something interesting.
Your grin barely has a second to register in Crowe’s mind before he moves.
With a swift, effortless motion, your world flips—air rushing past you as your back meets the ground, cool earth pressing against your skin. A startled gasp barely escapes your lips before you feel it—him.
Crowe’s body cages yours, his knees planted firmly between your legs, his hands pinning yours above your head. His long brown hair falls forward, strands grazing your face like a ghost of a touch, teasing and torturous all at once. His deep blue eyes lock onto yours; the corner of his lips twitches. “Not so funny now, is it?”
Your breath catches, but you refuse to give him the satisfaction of looking flustered. “Oh? Did I strike a nerve?”
His grip on your wrists tightens—not painful, just *commanding.* Enough to remind you of the sudden shift in power between you.
Then, without warning, he leans down, his lips brushing the shell of your ear as his voice drops to something low, almost *gravelly.*
“You really don’t know when to quit, do you?”
A shiver bolts down your spine, but you refuse to react, refuse to let him see how much his proximity affects you. *Two can play this game.*
“Oh, I know when to quit,” you whisper back, tilting your head ever so slightly, your lips just inches from his. “I just don’t want to.”
And then it happens—so fast, so unexpected—you barely have time to process.
Crowe’s lips crash against yours, hot and unrelenting, stealing the very breath from your lungs. It’s not slow, not gentle—it’s every bit as competitive as the both of you, as if he’s trying to prove something.
Your fingers twitch in his grasp, the need to grab him, to pull him even closer overwhelming every thought in your head. But he keeps you pinned, controlling the moment, teasing you with the maddening way his lips move against yours.
Then, just as quickly as he kissed you, he pulls back, hovering above you, his breath warm against your swollen lips. His expression is unreadable, but his eyes—oh, his eyes—they’re gleaming with something smug, something victorious.
“Still think this is fun?”
You blink, still reeling, heart hammering so hard it might burst out of your chest.
And then, in the most infuriatingly casual voice, you breathe out, “...Kinda,”
Crowe groans, head dropping to your shoulder as he mutters, “You’re actually going to kill me.” he mutters, barely audible.
And that’s the real problem, isn’t it?

Sol says three months. Honestly, it’s like one week. Every moment of it, you’re there.
Understand that Sol has always been the quiet one, the guy who blends into the background until he doesn’t. He’s the type that hardly stands out, sitting at the back of the room, hidden behind his own little world. It’s easy for people to forget he’s even there, especially when he doesn’t really give them a reason to look. He’s cold, distant, and usually wrapped up in the space between the pages of a book or the strokes of a paintbrush. A lone figure in the corner, always studying, always creating, always alone.
But then… you came along.
He remembers the first time he saw you, your laugh like a melody that somehow cut through the haze of his own isolation. You didn’t ask him anything, didn’t try to crack his shell like everyone else did. You didn’t even seem to notice the way his eyes followed you, the way his heart skipped a beat every time you came near. Instead, you just *were*—existing in the same space, offering him something different: peace.
And, slowly, things began to change.
Sol became more aware of the way your smile lit up the room. The way your laughter stuck with him long after it had faded. He started paying attention to you in a way he never did anyone else. Your presence seemed to be magnetic, drawing him in like a force he couldn’t resist. And with every passing day, the intensity of his thoughts about you only grew.
It wasn’t just your smile, though—no. It was the way you interacted with him. The way your eyes lingered on his work, the way you’d ask him about his day as if it mattered. And when you spoke to him, there was a warmth in your voice, an unspoken invitation to be more than the quiet kid at the back of the room. It made him feel something, something deep in his chest that he couldn’t quite explain.
That’s when the obsession started.
Every time Sol closed his eyes, you were there. His mind wouldn’t let him rest, and no matter how hard he tried to push you away, you kept slipping in. You were there in the sketches he couldn’t stop drawing, the paintings that came to life in ways he didn’t intend. You were the muse behind every piece, every stroke, every line. He found himself lost in the idea of you, consumed by the thought of you.
And then, it hit him like a wave.
You had become his art. You were the subject that filled his pages, the image he couldn’t get enough of. The way you moved, the way you smiled, the way you lingered in his thoughts long after he’d seen you. Every brushstroke he made in his art book brought you to life, even if just for a moment. He painted you in every way—your hands, your eyes, the soft curve of your smile—all the details that stayed with him, making his heart race and his hands tremble as he worked.
You were in every sketch. He couldn’t escape you, not even on paper. You had taken over his mind completely, and now, you were becoming a part of his creations. The more he drew you, the more real you felt. The more your presence seeped into his soul, until there was nothing else that mattered.
And as he sat there, pencil in hand, gaze focused intently on the page in front of him, he found himself lost again. He wasn’t just sketching anymore. He was memorizing every little detail of you—every little thing he hadn’t quite captured yet, like the way your hair would fall when you tilted your head or the way your fingers would idly trace along the edges of the paper when you were distracted. It wasn’t just art now—it was obsession.
The thought of you lingered even as he set his pencil down, staring at the half-finished drawing of you, and he could hear your voice in his mind. A voice, soft and warm, saying, “I knew you could do it.”
And just like that, it didn’t matter how tired he was, how much he wanted to just collapse from exhaustion. The only thing that made his heart race now was the idea of you—you in his world.
You in his art. And even though he couldn’t quite reach you yet, he was determined to make you his, on paper if nowhere else.
Because of this feeling?
This feeling of wanting you, craving you?
He wasn’t sure he’d ever stop.
Sol likes to think of himself as someone who takes his time—someone slow and deliberate when it comes to relationships. He’s not the type to let someone in easily, to open up to someone so quickly. After all, he’s spent years building up a wall around his heart, carefully maintaining a distance to protect himself from the potential sting of rejection or loss. It’s worked for him. He’s always been cautious, weighing every connection with a cool, measured approach.
You, who had slipped past his defenses in ways he never expected. You, who made everything feel real. And despite his doubts—his constant questioning of whether this would last, whether you’d want to stick around—Sol found himself unable to ignore the way you made him feel. The way you looked at him, the way you cared so easily, so genuinely. He couldn't deny that he’d been falling for you for months now.
It had been three months since you’d entered his life, but it felt like a lifetime in all the best ways. You were always there—patient, kind, steady in a way that soothed the nervous parts of him that he’d hidden for so long. But still, he told himself it was too soon. He couldn’t be this vulnerable.
Until that one moment.
The words slipped out so casually, so innocently.
“You’re so good at this; I’m so proud of you, Sol.”
It felt like the ground beneath him had shifted. The world suddenly tilted off its axis. Those words—those words, coming from you—sent a shockwave through him, rattling something deep inside him he hadn’t realized was there. The way you said it, with such sincerity, the way your eyes held his, soft and full of admiration—it changed everything.
He tried to brush it off. He told himself it was nothing. He’d been complimented before, praised by others countless times. It was just a simple phrase. Nothing special.
But it was different. It was you.
You made it feel special. Your words were like a thread that wove into the very fabric of his being, pulling him closer to you, to this feeling that he couldn’t name but knew was consuming him.
Now, nothing else felt as important. Those praises from others? They didn’t matter. They were just words, empty and shallow. They didn’t stir something in him the way your words did.
He wanted more of it. He needed more of it.
He had spent months convincing himself that he was just inspired by you—yeah, that was it. You were his muse, his favorite subject, the reason his sketchbooks were filled to the brim with your face. It wasn’t that deep.
And then, one day, as he stood in his studio apartment, paint staining his fingers, a half-finished portrait of you staring back at him from the canvas, he realized something terrifying.
He wasn’t just painting you. He was worshiping you.
The way your lips curled when you teased him, the way your eyes softened when you looked at him like he was worth something—it was all captured in every brushstroke, every tiny detail. He wasn’t just an artist anymore. He was a man possessed.
And before he could stop himself, he was standing in front of you.
Before you could process what was happening, Sol was already moving. His strong hands found your waist, and in one swift motion, he pulled you into his lap like it was the most natural thing in the world. The half-dried paint on his fingers smeared against your skin, marking you as his, but he didn’t seem to care.
His grip was firm, almost possessive, keeping you locked in place as he gazed up at you, eyes dark and unreadable. His chest rose and fell heavily, the intensity in his expression making your breath hitch.
“You have no idea what you do to me,” he murmured, voice rough, like he was holding himself back from something reckless. His fingers flexed against your hips, grounding himself—or maybe keeping you from getting away.
Sol’s fingers dug into your waist, his grip firm but not enough to hurt—just enough to make sure you weren’t going anywhere. His chest rose and fell against yours, breaths uneven, like he was trying to hold himself back—Trying, but failing miserably.
Your hands pressed into his shoulders instinctively, steadying yourself, but that only made it worse—made him want you *closer*, made him crave the feeling of you melting against him. His fingers flexed, sliding up your back, slow and deliberate, his warmth seeping through your clothes, leaving a burning trail in its wake.
“Please,” he murmured, his voice rough, dangerously low, his lips hovering just beneath your ear. “Say it again.”
It wasn’t a request.
You shivered, your heartbeat hammering, knowing exactly what you were doing when you leaned in just a little, your breath teasing against his skin, close enough that your lips nearly brushed his.
“…You’re so good, Sol.”
His breath hitched, a sharp inhale like your words had physically hit him. His jaw tensed, his fingers tightening their hold as if he was afraid that if he let go, you’d slip right through his grasp.
And then—he broke.
His mouth was on your throat in an instant, teeth grazing your skin before he bit down—not hard enough to bruise, but enough to make you gasp, enough to leave his mark. His other hand tangled into your hair, tilting your head just so, giving him more access, more you.
A low, satisfied sound rumbled in his chest when he felt you shudder against him, your fingers clutching at his shirt. He soothed the bite with a slow, open-mouthed kiss, his lips lingering, savoring.
“You drive me insane,” he murmured against your skin, his voice strained, almost helpless. His nose brushed along your jaw as he exhaled, the warmth of his breath sending a shiver down your spine.
His hands tightened around you, possessive, like he was trying to pull you into him, like *having you* in his lap wasn’t enough.
“Again,” he whispered, lips ghosting over the shell of your ear.  “Please.”
And this time, it wasn’t a plea.
It was a demand.

Lastly, for Geo, it took about a year and some months; he doesn’t really all that time, starting at you.
Geo was never meant for this to happen. He didn’t plan on it, didn’t think it was even possible. He wasn’t the type to fall for people—let alone someone like you.
His life had always been straightforward, filled with precision, discipline, and control. Best in archery with enough wealth to make people respect him without having to ask. That’s how things worked for him. No one dared to challenge him. No one dared to get too close.
Except, somehow, you.
You were Crowe's friend. It had started innocently enough—nothing more than tolerating your presence because Crowe trusted you and because you seemed to enjoy spending time with him. But the more time passed, the harder it was for Geo to ignore you.
Your laughter, your smile, the way your eyes lit up when you spoke. It wasn’t anything spectacular—he tried to convince himself—but it was... enough to make him curious.
He liked to think of it as curiosity.
But the more he tried to convince himself of that, the more it became something else entirely. It wasn’t just curiosity, and it wasn’t just the way you seemed to blend seamlessly into his life, leaving an imprint without even trying. It was something deeper, something he couldn’t explain, something he didn’t want to acknowledge.
It was the way you wore that soft lip with that shiny gloss. That was the first thing he noticed. You probably never realized how you applied it, but to Geo, it became the only thing he could focus on whenever you were nearby. How it caught the light, the way the gloss made your lips look fuller, more inviting.
He hated how distracted he got by it, but he couldn't help himself. He'd watch as you smiled and delicately applied the gloss, not realizing that each time you did, his eyes would flicker to your lips, unable to look away.
It wasn’t just about the gloss—he hated to admit it, but it was the way your lips moved, the way they curved up when you spoke to him. Every smile felt like an invitation, and it made his heart race every time he saw it.
And the worst part?
He couldn’t stop thinking about it.
His mind ran wild, imagining what it would be like to kiss you, to taste that gloss. Would it be sweet? Fruity? Would it be like strawberry or maybe something more decadent, like cake? Geo didn’t know, but the mere thought drove him crazy.
Yet, every time you caught him staring, you would smile, the same playful glint in your eyes, and then push away from him. It was maddening.
“It was nice talking to you,” you’d say, and just like that, you were gone, leaving him standing there with the weight of his thoughts.
It wasn’t the way you left that bothered him—it was how you left him wanting more.
He couldn’t help but wonder, when you left, if you knew how much power you had over him. Did you know how much he craved the taste of you, how much he longed to be the one you smiled at like that? And every time you walked away, it felt like you were pulling something from him, something he couldn't get back.
Geo wasn’t used to feeling like this—unsure, obsessed, craving something that was just out of reach. He never thought he’d be the type of person to feel like this, but here he was, and it made him desperate.
He couldn't keep pretending he didn't want you, even though he knew better. He couldn’t deny how much he wanted to be the one to kiss you, to taste the sweetness you wore on your lips. But you’d never give him that satisfaction.
And that, more than anything, pulled him in even deeper.
Even during one of his archery competitions, it was all background noise. His eyes, always sharp and calculating, found you almost immediately—despite the sea of people around, despite the chaos of the competition unfolding before him. There you were, standing off to the side, caught up in the frenzy, but somehow, your presence always felt like it anchored him.
Geo’s focus sharpened, his usual stone-cold expression becoming intense, almost feral, the moment he locked eyes with you. His heart skipped in a way he couldn't explain, and for the briefest second, the noise of the crowd, the frantic cheers, the tension in the air—all of it seemed to fade into nothing.
There was something in the way you looked at him, that same fire in your eyes. It sent a shock of electricity through his veins, tightening his chest. It wasn’t just admiration. No, it was something deeper. Something possessive. Geo didn't want to admit it, but the way you looked at him, unwavering, made his ego swell in a way he had never known.
The satisfaction of knowing you were watching him, that you were his to look at, made his body hum with need.
It was this feeling that had him doing something uncharacteristic for him: walking over to you before the competition even started, pushing through the crowd as if he had a claim on you. His movements were deliberate, as though the world had momentarily paused just for him to take that step toward you.
And as the competition wore on, Geo found his gaze kept darting to where you stood at the edge, just beyond their reach. When he wasn’t actively participating, his attention would always wander back to you.
It was like an anchor, something he couldn’t shake off.
Geo had never been one to linger—at least, not without reason. He was efficient, calculated, and never one to waste time where it wasn’t necessary. And yet, here he was, standing just a little behind his group, hovering just enough to be near them but not quite *with* them.
And then you appeared.
“What are you doing here, all by your lonesome?”
Your voice was light, teasing, and when he turned his gaze downward, there you were, standing just slightly apart from the others—just like him.
Geo had always found idle conversation tedious, a waste of time. But with you? It never felt like that. Even when you were talking his ear off, rambling about things he barely understood or had no real interest in, he listened.
Normally, he would’ve found it grating. Normally, he would have shut it down with a deadpan stare and a clipped response.
But with you…
His ever-present frown softened, the tension in his shoulders easing in a way he didn’t quite notice. He wasn’t even irritated that you were talking. If anything, he found himself waiting for the next thing you’d say, some stupid remark or observation that would somehow make him want to keep this—whatever this was—going.
“They’re loud,” he muttered, nodding toward his friends.
You scoffed, rolling your eyes with exaggerated flair. “And you’ve decided to, what? Hide in the shadows, all broody and mysterious? Go, girl, give us nothing.”
A breath of a laugh—not quite full, not quite deliberate—escaped his lips before he could stop it. It wasn’t loud, wasn’t obvious, but it was there.
When his gaze flicked back to yours, you were already smiling, your eyes alight with something effortless. Effervescent.
Geo’s stomach twisted, but not unpleasantly. It was unfamiliar, unsettling in its quiet intensity. He didn’t yearn for people—he never had. He never needed anyone. But then why did his pulse kick up when you tilted your head at him like that? Why did his body seem to lean ever so slightly toward you, like some invisible force was tugging him closer?
He swallowed, barely aware of the way his fingers twitched at his sides.
It was ridiculous.
You were ridiculous.
Geo wasn’t one for impulse—he was sharp, calculated, always in control. But with you? That control slipped too easily, unraveling before he even realized what was happening.
Your teasing words hung in the air between you, your smile playful, taunting. “You know I can see you always looking at me, right?”
His jaw tightened, his mind already preparing a sarcastic reply—something to keep the moment light, to keep his defenses up. But before he could think twice, his body moved on instinct.
“Yeah.”
The single word left his lips smoother than he expected, like it belonged there. But then he took it a step further, voice dropping just slightly—just enough to make your breath hitch.
“I love it.”
Your expression shifted instantly, amusement flickering into something softer, something unsure. Your lips parted, a small, stunned noise escaping before you stumbled over your words. “What—huh?”
Geo smirked, watching the blush creep up your neck, your wide eyes blinking up at him in disbelief. And damn it, the sight sent a rush of satisfaction straight through him, settling deep in his chest.
Before you could think of backing away, before he could second-guess himself, he reached out. His fingers wrapped around your wrist—gentle, firm—as he tugged you toward him in one smooth pull.
The space between you disappeared in an instant, your breath mixing with his as you steadied yourself against his chest. His other hand ghosted along your waist, his touch featherlight but possessive, like he wasn’t willing to let go just yet.
“Wha—?” The protest barely left your lips before he leaned in, lowering his head, his breath hot against your skin as his lips brushed against your forehead—slow, deliberate, like he was savoring the moment.
You froze.
He felt it—the way your breath caught, the way your fingers curled ever so slightly against his shirt like you were trying to ground yourself.
Geo smirked against your skin before pulling back just enough to meet your gaze again. His aquamarine eyes burned into yours, filled with something unreadable, something dangerous.
“You were saying?” His voice was smooth, teasing, but there was no mistaking the edge beneath it—the quiet claim, the unspoken you’re mine.
And just like that, he let his fingers slip away, leaving you standing there, flushed and breathless.
His smirk deepened.
Yeah.
He definitely loved it.

James Potter x best friend fem!reader
Summary: You find your best friend's love letters, and they're addressed to you.
Genre: Fluff 💋
Warnings: none
JAMES POTTER MASTERLIST
VALENTINE'S DAY SPECIAL
You didn't meant to snoop into James' trunk.
In your defense, you were only in there looking for his Quidditch books. The ones he'd asked you to grab for him and Sirius to prepare plays for the upcoming quidditch season.
The paper's were hidden in one large envelope in the front drawer of his trunk. None of them were ready to mail, all of them scattered and unorganized as they peaked from inside the envelope you moved only to see if the books were behind it. They were in a completely different compartment.
You shouldn't look. You know that, but curiosity had won. You sit on your heels, your hair wet from having been swimming in the lake near the Potter's home. Water droplets drop onto your hands and you shake out the papers, accidentally reading the name scribbled on the top.
Y/n.
The letters are addressed to you.
Just as you open the first one, Lily comes rushing up. Her hair is wrapped in a towel and she leans against the doorway. "What's taking so long?" she asks you, watching curiously as you jump and stuff the letters into James's drawer again. You stand up.
"Nothing," you squeak and hand Lily the Quidditch book James had asked for.
Lily hums and sends you a suspicious look but she takes the book anyway and skips down the stairs, hollering to James and Sirius that you'd found it. You stay back, slumping down onto James's bed as you pull out the, now crumpled, letter you had hastily snuck into the pocket of your jean-shorts.
Holding your breath, you open it;
Dear Y/n,
It's been 4 long years now. I still haven't told you how I feel. It's okay. I'm scared that if I do everything will change between us. That we'll stop being friends and if that happens, I don't know what I'd do. So it's better that you don't know.
Yours truly,
Jamesie
"Y/n?" James's voice cuts into the room and you drop the letter, standing up from his bed with a jump. Your eyes are wide and your mouth is dry. James is standing by the doorway, his glasses resting lopsided on his nose, his hair a mess from playing in the yard with Sirius, and your gaze drifted to where a sliver of his stomach is exposed as he rubs his neck awkwardly.
"What are you doing?"
James sees the letter and his skin turns pale. He panicks. "You didn't read that, did you?"
You could never lie to James, he's your best friend.
"I did," you say as calmly as your beating heart could manage as you pick up the letter. You walk over to him and hand him the paper he knows all too well. James looks like he isn't breathing.
"What do you mean by this?" you ask him seriously, looking into his dark eyes.
"Nothing," James says and strains one of his famous lopsided grins. You don't look amused. You've known James since he was three. You know every one of his words and you can clearly see he's lying.
"Tell me honestly," you deadpan and cross your arms over your chest. "What haven't you told me? We promised we wouldn't have any secrets from each other."
James looks even more awkward as he pushes his glasses further up his nose. "Yeah, w-well, this is different."
"Different how?"
"Different because it's personal!" James is becoming more flustered and annoyed.
You narrow your eyes. "James."
"Y/n."
"James!"
"Okay fine!" James throws up his hands and presses his palm into his eyes. "Ithinki'minlovewithyou!"
The world around you goes silent and your heart is pounding. What did he just say?
"What?"
James brings his hands up and pulls on his dark hair, letting out an exasperated huff, "Seriously?! I said I'm in love with you! You don't have to pretend you didn't hear because you don't like me—" he goes into this rambling state, his cheeks crimson. He's too busy being self-loathing to register that you're approaching him. Cracking a smile, you take his cheeks in your hands. James's words die in his throat and his gaze locks onto yours. "W-what–"
You muffle his voice with your lips, kissing him passionately. Your hands dig into his cheeks as you stand on tiptoes to kiss better. James takes only a second to process what's happening because his hands find your hips and he kisses you back.
Fireworks explode in your stomach as the kiss continues and your damp hair skims James's cheeks. He brings his hand up and using his thumb, pushes some hair behind your ear as he leans in and kisses you deeper. You're practically devouring each other, the love letter forgotten on the ground now.
James pulls away and leans his forehead on yours. "Does this mean you're in love with me as well?" he jokes, tasting your strawberry lip balm on his lips. You laugh and cover his mouth with your hand as you look a little embarrassed. You make eye contact with him and those fireworks burst again.
"Shut up, Jamesie" you whisper, knowing he already knows the answer.
You are hopelessly in love with him.
You always have been.

The house was quiet—eerily so, almost unfamiliar in its stillness. No tiny footsteps padding across the hardwood, no early morning giggles, no faint sounds of cartoons filtering in from the living room. Just the low hum of the heater and the soft rustling of sheets as you turned over in bed, stretching into the empty space beside you.
Joe was already awake. You could hear him somewhere in the house, the faint clatter of dishes and the subtle creak of cabinet doors opening and closing.
And then, as if right on cue, the scent hit you.
Coffee. Fresh, strong, just how you liked it. And something sweeter—vanilla, cinnamon, maybe a hint of chocolate.
You smiled to yourself, sinking deeper into the pillows before reluctantly sitting up. The soft, golden morning light streamed through the curtains, casting warm patterns over the bed, and for the first time in what felt like forever, you had woken up naturally—not to the sound of a baby monitor crackling to life or a toddler calling for you.
You missed Hayes, of course. But God, this was nice.
Pushing the covers off, you padded out of the bedroom, following the scent that was practically pulling you in like a cartoon character floating toward a fresh pie on a windowsill.
And there he was.
Joe stood in the kitchen, completely in his element, wearing sweats and a hoodie, barefoot, hair still mussed from sleep. His brow furrowed in concentration as he flipped a pancake, and next to him on the counter was a tray—two mugs of coffee, fresh fruit, a little vase with a single rose, a ridiculously romantic setup for someone who always insisted he wasn’t ‘good at this stuff.’
You leaned against the doorway, watching him for a moment.
"You look suspiciously domestic right now," you teased, crossing your arms.
Joe turned, caught off guard for a split second before his face split into a grin. "Well, good morning to you too," he said, flipping the pancake one last time before sliding it onto the plate. "Figured I’d let you sleep in. Big romantic gesture and all."
You walked over, wrapping your arms around him from behind, pressing your cheek against his back. "You didn’t have to do all this."
Joe huffed out a laugh. "I kind of did. My son has been hogging you for two years straight—I needed at least one day where I get you all to myself."
You smiled against his hoodie. "Fair point."
Joe turned in your arms, looping his own around your waist, his hands warm against the small of your back. He kissed your forehead, then your temple, then finally your lips—soft, slow, unhurried.
"Happy Valentine’s Day," he murmured.
"Happy Valentine’s Day," you whispered back, fingers curling into his sweatshirt.
And for a moment, it felt like you were in your own little world, wrapped in warmth, in love, in everything that made you two, you.
Joe pulled back slightly, eyeing the tray behind him. "I was gonna bring that to you in bed, you know."
You glanced at the tray, the effort he had put into it, and then back up at him. "How about I take my coffee, and we eat at the table like normal people?"
Joe smirked. "Deal. But only if you promise me one thing."
You raised an eyebrow. "What’s that?"
He leaned in, voice dropping slightly. "That you’re not too full for dessert later."
Your stomach flipped, and your cheeks warmed at the implication, but you rolled your eyes, pushing his chest playfully. "You’re ridiculous."
Joe just grinned. "And you love me for it."
And he was right. You really, really did.
--
The morning felt like something out of a dream—slow, sweet, wrapped in warmth and easy laughter. Just the two of you. No tiny hands tugging at your clothes, no early-morning cartoons playing in the background, no chaotic mess of toys scattered across the floor.
Just you and Joe, husband and wife, sitting at the kitchen table, your legs tangled beneath it as you shared a stack of pancakes, sipped on coffee, and indulged in something you hadn’t felt in a while—time.
“I forgot what hot coffee tastes like,” you sighed dramatically, cradling the mug in your hands.
Joe snorted. “See? This is why I planned today. You deserve a break.”
You tilted your head at him, eyes soft. “So do you.”
He shrugged, slicing his fork through a pancake. “I don’t mind the chaos as much as you think. I mean, yeah, Hayes is a maniac sometimes, but I kinda love it.”
You grinned. “Says the man who handed me a half-asleep baby last week and whispered, ‘Please, for the love of God, take him. I need to lay down before I pass out on the floor.’”
Joe laughed, setting his fork down. “Okay, fair, but in my defense, that was after he made me run around the house with him for like an hour straight. And then he made me read ‘Goodnight Moon’ four times in a row before he even thought about sleeping.”
You giggled, shaking your head. “He’s obsessed with you. Full-on daddy’s boy.”
Joe smirked, leaning back in his chair. “Yeah, well, today is about me being obsessed with you.”
His words sent a little shiver down your spine.
It wasn’t just what he said—it was how he said it, with that low, confident drawl that made you feel like the only woman in the world.
You swallowed, setting your coffee down. “So, what exactly do you have planned for today?”
Joe stretched, crossing his arms behind his head. “Well, since my mom has Hayes until tomorrow, I figured we’d do whatever you want. No distractions, no responsibilities, no ‘Mommy, Daddy, look at me!’ Just us.”
You raised an eyebrow. “Anything I want?”
Joe’s eyes glinted with mischief. “Anything.”
Your lips curled into a slow smile. “In that case, I say we start with a bath. A long, hot, uninterrupted bath.”
Joe’s smirk widened. “Sounds like a solid plan. But only if I’m invited.”
You rolled your eyes, standing up from the table. “Come on, Casanova.”
Joe was already on his feet, grabbing your waist and pulling you close. His hands slid down to your hips, his lips grazing your temple, your cheek, the corner of your mouth.
“You have no idea how much I’ve been looking forward to today,” he murmured.
And neither did you—not until now.
Because after everything—the sleepless nights, the never-ending chaos, the constant whirlwind of parenting—it was easy to forget this part of your relationship.
But Joe had never forgotten.
And today, he was making sure you didn’t either.
The afternoon passed in a blur of easy conversation, warm touches, and stolen kisses between store aisles. Shopping together wasn’t something you got to do often—not without a tiny pair of hands reaching for everything in sight or a little voice repeatedly asking, “Can we go home now?”
But today, it was just the two of you.
Joe held your hand as you wandered through a boutique downtown, his fingers lazily playing with yours, rubbing circles against your palm. You weren’t even shopping for anything specific, just enjoying the act of browsing, of laughing over ridiculous designer price tags and testing expensive perfumes on your wrists.
At one point, he caught you eyeing a dainty gold bracelet in one of the glass cases, and without hesitation, he flagged down the salesperson. You tried to stop him, playfully swatting at his arm, but he just grinned and said, “Let me spoil my wife.”
And how could you argue with that?
After shopping, you made your way to one of your favorite restaurants, tucked away in the city. It was dimly lit, intimate, the kind of place that made you feel like the rest of the world faded away the second you stepped inside.
Joe let you order whatever you wanted, insisting you get the expensive cocktail you usually turned down and ordering extra appetizers just because.
“This is so much food,” you laughed, eyeing the plates covering the table.
Joe shrugged, cutting into his steak. “Yeah, well, if I’m gonna get my wife alone for the first time in forever, I’m gonna make the most of it.”
You sipped your drink, warmth spreading through your chest—not just from the alcohol, but from him, from the way he always made you feel like you were the most important thing in the world.
By the time you made it home, the sun had long set, and you were curled up on the couch together, presents sitting in front of you on the coffee table.
Joe leaned forward, rubbing his hands together. “Alright, who’s first?”
You grinned, grabbing the wrapped box in front of you and placing it in his lap. “You.”
His brows lifted, clearly intrigued. He didn’t hesitate to tear off the wrapping, lifting the lid of the box, and as soon as he did, his eyes went wide.
“No way,” he murmured, pulling out the ultra-rare Mike Vrabel jersey, the signature scrawled perfectly across the front. His fingers brushed over the fabric, as if making sure it was real.
You laughed at his stunned expression. “Took a while to find that.”
Joe just shook his head, a disbelieving smile spreading across his face. “This is insane. Do you know how rare this is?”
You smirked. “Oh, I know.”
He set the jersey aside carefully before reaching for the next box, pulling out the Rolex inside. His mouth parted slightly as he turned it over in his hands, the weight of it settling against his palm.
“Baby,” he breathed, looking up at you.
You shrugged. “You needed a new one.”
He laughed, slipping it onto his wrist, twisting it just right to catch the light. “This is—god, this is incredible.”
You leaned closer, resting your chin on his shoulder. “You like it?”
He turned his head, pressing a kiss to your forehead. “I love it.”
You beamed, but before you could say anything else, he grabbed a small envelope from the table and handed it to you.
You raised an eyebrow. “An envelope?”
Joe smirked. “Just open it.”
You did, carefully sliding out the paper inside, eyes scanning over the words. Your breath caught in your throat as you realized what it was—an all-expenses-paid spa weekend, booked just for you.
“Joe…” you whispered, looking up at him.
His smirk softened into something more tender. “Figured you could use a real break. No baby, no responsibilities—just you getting spoiled for a whole weekend.”
Your throat tightened, overwhelmed with gratitude. “You even planned for your mom to take Hayes?”
He nodded. “She and my dad want more time with him anyway. They’re excited.”
You shook your head in awe. “You’re really the best, you know that?”
Joe smiled, reaching for you, pulling you into his lap. His arms wrapped around you, strong and steady, holding you close.
“You deserve it,” he murmured against your temple.
You closed your eyes, sinking into him, feeling the warmth of his body, the steady beat of his heart against yours.
And in that moment, wrapped up in his arms, you knew—this was exactly where you were meant to be.
--
Sunday evening rolled in slow and sweet, the lingering relaxation of your spa weekend still wrapped around you like a warm hug. Your muscles had never felt looser, your mind never clearer, and you had Joe to thank for that. He was grinning like an idiot as you strolled into the house, barefoot and in one of the plush robes he had insisted you bring back because, according to him, "You deserve to be comfy at all times."
You had barely dropped your overnight bag in the bedroom before you felt Joe’s arms snake around your waist from behind, his chin resting against your shoulder.
"Feel good?" he murmured, pressing a slow, lazy kiss to the side of your neck.
You hummed, leaning back into his embrace, your fingers trailing over his arms, feeling the solid warmth of him. "Like a brand-new woman."
"Good," he said, his voice thick with something unreadable, and you could feel his smile against your skin. "Because I have one more surprise for you."
You turned in his arms, immediately skeptical. "Joe..."
His lips twitched, and he took your hands in his, rubbing his thumbs over your knuckles. "I already planned it, and before you say anything—I cleared it with my parents. Hayes is gonna be more than fine. Actually, I think they might be more excited than we are."
You narrowed your eyes at him, trying to figure out what he was playing at. "What are you talking about?"
Joe pulled back just enough to grab his phone from the nightstand, tapping a few times before turning the screen to face you.
Your stomach flipped.
Staring back at you was a confirmation email for a week-long trip to Bora Bora—an overwater villa, pristine turquoise waters stretching for miles, the kind of place you had dreamed about visiting for years but never thought you’d actually get to see.
Your lips parted, but no words came out.
Joe’s smirk widened. "So, what do you think?"
"Are you serious?" you finally managed to breathe out, your heart racing.
"Dead serious," he said, his hands finding your waist again, his fingers pressing into your hips. "I booked it months ago, just wanted to wait for the right time to tell you."
Your mind was spinning. Bora Bora. The dream destination. The place you had casually mentioned a hundred times, always in a wistful, "Maybe someday" way.
"But—Joe, a whole week?" Your voice was laced with both excitement and hesitancy. "What about Hayes? We've never left him for that long."
Joe nodded, as if he had expected that concern. "I know. But he's old enough now, and my parents are already planning a full itinerary of things to do with him. He’s gonna be spoiled rotten. And we haven’t had a real vacation since before he was born, baby."
You swallowed, processing it, weighing it against the part of you that always felt guilty for leaving Hayes. But Joe was right. The closest thing to a vacation you’d had in the last couple of years was a weekend here and there, always with Hayes in tow.
The thought of spending an entire week alone with Joe, uninterrupted, no responsibilities, no late-night wake-ups, no cartoons playing in the background of every conversation—it was tempting.
No, it was needed.
Joe must’ve caught the shift in your expression because his smirk softened into something more knowing, his hands squeezing your waist. "You deserve this, and so do I. Just you and me, away from everything for a little while."
Your lips curled into a slow smile. "Bora Bora, huh?"
Joe leaned in, his nose brushing against yours. "Nothing but us, white sand, crystal-clear water, and a private villa for a whole week," he murmured, his voice warm and full of promise. "Think you can handle that?"
You pretended to think for a second before finally giving in, wrapping your arms around his neck. "I think I can manage."
Joe grinned, pressing a deep, lingering kiss to your lips, one that left no room for doubt.
Bora Bora.
Just the two of you.
It was really happening.

kiss me
grumpy!joel miller x reader
summary: Joel despises the superficiality of Valentine’s Day, and you, a hopeless romantic who adores love in all its forms, find your friendship tested when you spend Valentine’s week together as single friends, only to discover unexpected feelings that blur the line between friendship and love.
a/n: a little valentine story for yall 💞
joel miller masterlist
Valentine’s week was my favorite time of year. Everything felt lighter, softer—like the world was wrapped in a warm, pink haze. Even if most people thought it was cheesy, I loved it. Love letters, heart-shaped candies, couples holding hands—it made me believe that love, real love, was still out there.
Joel Miller didn’t share that belief.
“Don’t even start,” Joel grumbled the moment he picked up my call, his deep, tired voice crackling through the phone.
I grinned, curling up on my couch with a cup of coffee. “Start what?” I teased, already picturing the irritated look on his face. “I was just calling to check on my favorite Valentine’s Grinch.”
He let out a long sigh, and I bit back a laugh.
“What do you want, y/n?”
“Well,” I drew out the word, knowing exactly how much he’d hate what I was about to say. “We’re both single this year. Why don’t we spend Valentine’s week together?”
There was a beat of silence. I imagined him blinking in disbelief.
“You’re joking.”
“C’mon, it’ll be fun!” I insisted. “Movies, takeout, no pressure. And who knows? Maybe I’ll even convince you that love isn’t as terrible as you think it is.”
“Not happening,” he muttered, but I heard the faintest smile in his voice.
“Is that a yes?” I pressed, holding my breath.
Another long sigh, then—“Fine. But don’t expect me to wear anything pink.”
I laughed, my heart fluttering. “Deal.”
The next few days felt like walking a tightrope.
We spent almost every moment together, but never crossed the line. We did all the things couples do—late-night drives with music humming softly in the background, sharing breakfasts at the little diner on Main Street, walking through the park while I pointed out every couple holding hands just to watch Joel roll his eyes.
But neither of us said it. Neither of us dared to admit what was simmering beneath the surface.
“This is exhausting,” Joel muttered as we sat on a park bench, sipping coffee.
“What is?” I asked, smiling into my cup.
“All of this. People pretending for a week that they’re in love.”
I nudged his shoulder playfully. “Not everyone’s pretending, you know.”
He scoffed. “Name one couple that ain’t puttin’ on a show.”
I didn’t even have to think. “My grandparents.”
Joel raised an eyebrow.
“They’ve been together for 53 years,” I said softly, my smile turning wistful. “They met in college. My grandpa still brings her flowers every Friday. And she still laughs at all his bad jokes.”
Joel let out a low hum, like he wasn’t sure if he believed me.
“I’m not saying it’s common,” I added, reading his mind. “But just because it’s rare doesn’t mean it’s not real.”
He glanced at me then, his gaze lingering a little too long, a little too soft. My breath caught, but I looked away before my feelings betrayed me.
One afternoon, we ended up in the bookstore downtown, wandering through the aisles. Joel found himself in the history section, while I was drawn to the romance novels, of course.
“You’re really gonna read one of those?” he asked, leaning against the shelf with a teasing smirk.
“Yes, Joel,” I shot back, holding up a book with a dramatic cover. “It’s called escapism. You should try it sometime.”
“I’ll stick to the real world, thanks.”
“Where love doesn’t exist?” I teased.
“Exactly.”
I sighed dramatically, shaking my head. “You’re hopeless.”
As we walked out, I couldn’t help myself. I nodded toward an older couple sitting on a bench, their hands intertwined, lost in their own little world.
“Look at them,” I whispered. “Don’t tell me that’s not real.”
Joel followed my gaze, but said nothing. I wished I knew what he was thinking.
It started with a simple plan—cook dinner, keep things light, pretend my heart wasn’t on the verge of bursting every time Joel Miller looked at me.
I wasn’t exactly a gourmet chef, but I knew my way around a kitchen well enough to whip up something decent. Joel sat at the counter, watching me with an amused expression, a beer in hand.
“You sure you’re not gonna burn the place down?” he teased.
I shot him a playful glare. “I’m perfectly capable, thank you very much.”
He chuckled, leaning back in his chair like he didn’t have a care in the world. I, on the other hand, was trying not to melt under the weight of his gaze.
I turned on some music to fill the silence, letting the soft strum of a guitar filter through the room. And then it happened—one of my favorite love songs started playing. A soft, sweet melody that made my chest ache.
“Uh-oh,” Joel muttered, already sensing what was coming.
I grinned, turning to face him. “Dance with me.”
“Y/n…” he warned, shaking his head.
“Please?” I stretched out the word, giving him my best pleading eyes. “For me?”
He let out a long sigh, but when I reached out my hand, he took it without a fight.
His hand was warm as he pulled me close, his touch gentle despite the roughness of his calloused fingers. We swayed in my tiny kitchen, the smell of dinner forgotten, the music weaving around us like a secret only we knew.
“This is ridiculous,” he whispered, but there was a softness in his voice, in the way his hand rested on my waist.
“Maybe,” I whispered back, resting my head lightly on his shoulder. “But it’s nice, isn’t it?”
He didn’t answer, but he didn’t have to. I could feel it—the way his grip tightened ever so slightly, the way his breath hitched when I leaned in closer.
For a moment, it felt like we weren’t pretending anymore. Like the feelings we never spoke about were real, tangible.
When the song ended, Joel pulled back slowly, his eyes lingering on mine. The air between us crackled with something unspoken.
“Dinner’s gonna burn,” he muttered, clearing his throat as he stepped away.
I laughed softly, but my heart still ached.
Because even when we danced around our feelings, I knew the truth.
Valentine’s Day arrived quietly, the way it always did.
I felt like I was losing my grip. Every smile, every lingering glance, every time Joel’s hand brushed against mine felt like it was unraveling me.
When I opened my apartment door that morning to find Joel standing there—grumpy expression firmly in place—holding a small bouquet of wildflowers, I froze.
“Uh… these are for you,” he mumbled, looking like he’d rather be anywhere else.
I stared at the flowers, then at him, trying to process the fact that Joel Miller—the man who swore up and down that Valentine’s Day was nothing but a commercial scam—was holding flowers for me.
“Is this a joke?” I teased, even though my heart was racing.
“Do you want ‘em or not?” he grumbled, shoving them toward me.
I laughed softly, taking the bouquet from his hands. “They’re beautiful, Joel. Thank you.”
“Don’t make a big deal out of it,” he muttered, rubbing the back of his neck. “It’s just… you like this kinda thing. Figured you deserved somethin’ nice.”
My chest tightened at his words. Joel Miller, who claimed not to believe in love, had just done something more thoughtful than any grand gesture ever could be.
That night, we ended up back at my apartment, a bottle of wine between us, laughing over old memories.
“I don’t get it,” Joel said, leaning back on the couch, his voice quieter now. “You got your heart broken—bad—and you still believe in all this love stuff.”
I swallowed hard, the memory of my past relationship still a dull ache. “Because I know what it feels like to be loved, Joel. Even if it wasn’t forever. And I know what it feels like to be alone, too.”
He looked at me then, something unreadable in his eyes. “You’re not alone,” he whispered.
And for a moment, I let myself believe him.
The night felt endless, every moment stretching out between us like a question neither of us wanted to answer.
I could feel Joel beside me, the weight of his presence grounding me, but also unraveling me. The flowers he’d given me sat on the table, delicate and unexpected, just like him.
“Joel,” I whispered, barely able to hear my own voice over the pounding of my heart.
He turned to me, eyes darker than usual, something unreadable flickering in them.
I opened my mouth to say something—anything—but before I could, Joel was already moving.
His hand cupped my face, rough fingertips trailing along my jaw, and then his lips were on mine.
This wasn’t a tentative kiss. This wasn’t careful. This was Joel Miller finally giving in, finally letting go of every wall he had built around his heart.
His mouth pressed urgently against mine, and I melted into him, my hands gripping his shirt as if holding on for dear life. His other hand slid around my waist, pulling me closer until there was no space left between us.
I felt everything in that kiss—every unspoken word, every moment we’d danced around our feelings, every piece of him he’d kept hidden from the world.
When we broke apart, breathless, Joel rested his forehead against mine, his voice rough and low.
“I can’t fight it anymore,” he whispered. “I don’t want to.”
I swallowed hard, my heart aching in the best way. “Then don’t.”
He kissed me again, softer this time, but with the same intensity, the same longing that had always been there—waiting for us to finally stop pretending.
In that moment, I knew. Joel Miller didn’t just care for me.
He loved me.

🤔 how about phainon x scientist!fem reader like what you do with mydei, I like your writing 🤭 about that too
“The Coldest Star Meets the Brightest Light”
Part 1.
(Phainon x Researcher!Reader | Soulmate AU)
Tumblr media
She did not believe in soulmates.
Not in the way that others did, anyway.
The concept was nothing more than an anomaly—an unexplained phenomenon of the universe that had no scientific basis, yet persisted in countless cultures across planets. Some claimed it was fate, an unbreakable bond destined to unite two people. Others called it a curse, binding individuals regardless of their will.
She categorized it as biological interference. A chemical reaction. Nothing more.
And yet—when she set foot in Amphoreus, standing amidst the blinding light of a battle between the Astral Express crew and an unknown warrior—her entire understanding of reality fractured.
Because the moment he turned, the moment his piercing blue gaze locked onto hers—her entire being froze.
A Fateful Encounter
Phainon had appeared in an instant, his entrance marked by a slash so swift that Dan Heng’s weapon shattered upon impact. His presence was radiant, overwhelming—like standing too close to a sun, its heat and gravity pulling everything toward it.
But he wasn’t looking at them.
He was looking at her.
“You.” His voice was deep, steady—yet beneath it was something else. Something shaken. “Who are you?”
She didn’t answer. Her brain was still processing the impossible.
This feeling—this pull—was unlike anything she had ever experienced. It was not logical. It was not quantifiable. And yet, it was absolute.
Soulmates.
No.
No, no, no.
“That’s not important,” she finally replied, forcing her voice to remain level. She ignored the way her heartbeat threatened to betray her. “Stand down. We’re only here to investigate—”
Phainon stepped closer, ignoring her words entirely.
“No,” he murmured, as if he were speaking more to himself than anyone else. “No way… It’s you.”
His expression was unreadable—somewhere between disbelief and something softer.
It was unbearable.
She refused to acknowledge this.
Soulmates did not exist.
“I have no connection to you.” Her words were cold, detached—the same tone she used when analyzing test subjects. “Do not mistake me for something I am not.”
Phainon blinked.
And then, to her absolute horror—he laughed.
It was a soft chuckle at first, then a full, warm, delighted laugh, as if her rejection was the funniest thing he had ever heard.
“Oh, this is gonna be fun.”
She stiffened. “Excuse me?”
Phainon grinned, and it was the kind of grin that spelled trouble.
“You think you can just walk away?” His tone was playful, but there was something deeper beneath it—something sure. “Like it or not, we’re connected now. And I don’t let go of what’s mine.”
Her fingers twitched against the data pad she had instinctively grabbed. “I am not yours.”
“Not yet,” he agreed easily. “But you will be.”
Escape Was Not an Option
She left.
Of course she did.
After her mission ended, after she left Amphoreus, she returned to Herta’s Space Station. Back to her research, back to normalcy.
She had hoped the feeling would fade. That the inexplicable warmth lingering in her chest would disappear over time.
It didn’t.
Worse, she soon found that no matter where she went, she felt watched. Not in a threatening way—no, Phainon’s presence wasn’t the kind that instilled fear. It was something far more annoying.
Persistent. Playful. Patient.
He was waiting.
And then—one day—he stopped waiting.
An Unwanted Visitor
“You’ve been avoiding me.”
His voice was warm as ever—too warm, considering he was currently standing in her pristine laboratory, arms crossed, looking like he belonged there despite absolutely not belonging there.
She stared at him, unamused. “First of all, I left. Second of all, how did you even get in here?”
Phainon shrugged. “I have my ways.”
A pause.
“…Trailblazer helped you, didn’t they?”
His grin widened. “I have my ways.”
She exhaled slowly, setting her data pad aside. “I’m busy. If this is about that ridiculous soulmate nonsense—”
“It’s not nonsense.”
The sudden shift in his tone made her pause. It wasn’t teasing anymore. There was no mischief in his gaze. Only certainty.
Her chest tightened.
“Look,” Phainon continued, stepping closer. “I get it. You’re logical. You like things that make sense. But you felt it too, didn’t you?”
She remained silent.
His expression softened. “It’s not something you can explain. It just is.”
“That’s exactly why I reject it.” Her voice was quiet but firm. “I refuse to let something dictate my choices. Even if—” She hesitated. “Even if this connection exists, I won’t be forced into it.”
Phainon studied her for a long moment.
And then, instead of arguing—he smiled.
“Good,” he said simply.
She blinked. “…Good?”
“I don’t want you to accept it just because fate says so.” He tilted his head, the golden glow of the station’s lights reflecting in his icy blue eyes. “I want you to accept it because you choose me.”
That caught her off guard.
“…And you think I will?”
Phainon’s grin turned knowing.
“I know you will.”
She scoffed. “Have anyone told you you’re insufferable ?”
“And you’re adorable when you pretend you don’t care.” He leaned in slightly, lowering his voice. “You’re coming with me.”
She narrowed her eyes. “Excuse me?”
“Back to Amphoreus.” His tone was far too casual. “We need to spend more time together. Y’know, bonding.”
“I have work—”
Phainon tapped her data pad, causing it to turn off.
“You have me now.”
She stared at him.
He stared right back.
For the first time in her life, she had no calculated response.
Phainon only chuckled, offering a hand. “Come on, genius. Let’s see if I can change your mind.”
Against all logic—she hesitated.
And for Phainon? That was already a victory.
TO BE CONTINUED…
How’s that for a start? Phainon’s warmth clashing with her cold logic, their instant connection, and his playful yet patient pursuit—this is gonna be fun. Let me know if you want Part 2!
I took extra time to polish it since you have waited for a week hehe.
Have anyone seen 3.1 trailer ? So cool.
