I made a few Hope and Fear dice for all you daggerheart fans. I tried out a new pearlecent overglaze for the hope dice! It was a weird material to work with, but it shimmers like a pearl 🥰

Hope is looking for a pearl in an ugly oyster, it's knowing the full spectrum of colors exist even when things seem dark, it's the water at the bottom of a deep well.

Fear is facing the world even if you think you are broken, it's the blood pumping like a drum in your chest, it's not being perfect but moving ahead anyway.

You need both in this world. They are your strength.

That's what inspired these designs ✨️ and I hope you like them as much as I do.

I started watching these nerdy-ass voice actors' incredible show about 6 years ago and I can’t overstate how much they changed my life. They not only made me fall in love with ttrpgs and the community around them but they launched the current state of my career by being the first ones to give me the opportunity to work for a big and far reaching project in the industry (Tal’Dorei Campaign Setting Reborn) and since then, I’ve been able to make a living by doing what I love. I will always be grateful for that. It’s really moving how many people like me have been touched by their kindness and creativity over the years. Congratulations for 10 years of incredible adventures and for many more to follow!

Another older piece I don't think I uploaded here. I'm feeling a bit nostalgic after that finale! I remember not being too happy with this piece (even now), but I decided to upload it on socials anyway. Imagine my surprise when this, along with another piece, caught the Art Director’s attention enough for them to give me a chance on Daggerheart. As a long-time Critter, it felt like an absolute dream come true. Had I listened to my self-doubt, I’m not sure I would have gotten the same opportunity. Really makes you think about the opportunity cost of perfectionism.
