After the events of the original book, Raskolnikov flees to a small town, where he finds shelter in the house of a widow who lives with her niece, Lisaveta. He works on the farm in exchange for food and shelter, and over time, he grows close to the girl, who has clearly fallen in love with him. The situation complicates when this affection becomes mutual, but Raskolnikov lacks the ability to maintain a healthy relationship with Lisaveta. Her aunt, more concerned with arranging a beneficial marriage for her niece, fails to notice the inappropriate closeness between them, unable to prevent the worst from happening.

This fanfic was written by me After murdering an old pawnbroker, Raskolnikov flees St. Petersburg to avoid facing the consequences of his crime. He finds himself working on Irina Neschastnaya's rundown farm in exchange for shelter and food.

However, his suspicious behavior begins to draw attention from the family that took him in, and the situation worsens when his relationship with Lisaveta, Mrs. Neschastnaya’s niece, comes under scrutiny.
