I feel watched by them all, why they look at me, why they keeep staring at me. World around is so unreal, like a maze, its full of people, I wanna run away I dont like being outside, I dont like to have people around. They are loud and stare at me. I like only few people and Im okay with being around them. I like my friends and my husband's friends. But others? Nah. I dont like that other people dont respect that I feel bad when there are people around. That they dont respect my needs. I wish I could afford diagnosis for autism and ADHD, perhaps then people would treat me better. Its so sad that I cant rely on some of my family members - they dont do it to hurt me but they dont understand me. They never did. For most of my life nobody understood me. I found peace in art. I wanna say its quite easy for me to cut down mindless watching of YT to 2 hours a day, I just dont turn it on when Im not doing anything (p^-^)p!! like, it requires literally not doing anything haha >XD I must admit not having it turned on all the times helps a lot for me to focus and Im not so overstimulated. My therapist told me watching too much of it might affect me badly cause of my autism and ADHD. Everything which requires writing goes million times better without distractions. Also I feel like things like planning or goal making should be done with full focus and with imagining it, not as mindless writing with most of my attention on video I watch 🤡

Perhaps I spent in Wonderland a bit too long >XD but Im back in real world now~ Yo, not having sense of time sucks when you find out you was missing for month >XD But yea, old shlt – my body and mind working on getting rid of me(҂` ﾛ ´) I was both sick with some cold and dealing with extended period of feeling super depressed. I had therapy on Monday and we tried to work on my cPTSD but so far its 2nd day I dont have any emotions >XD damn, I forgot how it feels to dissociate so much >XD But yeah, Im back my darklings. Feeling good enough to do anything. At least usually. In last days I made bigger progress on stuff like cleaning and taking care myself than in last 4 months ;D Not being in total apathy is nice. I mean, now I dont feel anything but it gonna get better eventually >XD at least chaos in my head got eradicated too ;p I gonna reply to all of the messages and comments and such in upcoming days <3 sorry, I just wasnt able to even post anything to let you know.
