In a little more than a month @emiliahaljala and I will be teaching this amazing workshop at the idyllic Aloha Camp (Mäntta) in Finland. We will focus on self expression and discovering our own creative selves through yoga, movement, painting, writing and conscious meditations through and around nature. When we are deeply connected to ourselves, we are also connected to our creativity. That connection allows us to express ourselves more freely. Everyone is creative, but the connection is easy to lose in a world full of rules and distractions. These workshops will give you the chance to explore your own creative potential. We will learn to let go of restrictive thoughts such as "I can't, I shouldn't, I am not able to”. Art, in any of its forms, is a useful tool of immense emotional development, which helps us to awaken our inner creative child. The Creative Flow weekend is suitable for anyone who is interested in creative writing, movement, yoga, art, spiritual growth and self-expression. No previous experience or certain skills are required, we only ask you to bring a pinch of curiosity with you.
