Abubakr Kouyate is a master teacher and master drummer of West African djembe rhythms and techniques.  He has over 40 years of drumming experience and has performed nationally and internationally. Joseph "Joe P." Palmore, founder of ACTing Up Studios, is a professional actor, playwright, poet, spoken-word artist and educator.  Currently he is performing in We Are Proud to Present a Presentation About the Herero of Nambia at Stages Repertory Theatre.
