Dear Makers and SonySab, we are totally ready for an another emotional rollercoaster ride with Siddharth Ganju. We are missing Kunal Karan Kapoor's phenomenal performances in an intense and emotional scene. The moment when you get goosebumps, hold your breath, sitting on the edge hooked to the moment to live and relive it. Because you have to watch it on repeat. When performance leave such a huge impact on you, that you left thinking about it and analyzing it for days. When the way #kunalkarankapoor emote and express the inexpressible, pulling something inside you. When you connect and relate to the pain, even though you may not have been in the situation, but somehow it solve something within you, which you have suppressed for some time. We love happy chill-out Sid and we crave Siddharth that is hidden inside him. We need both! Sir and Ma'am, Kunal Karan Kapoor is art and some of us crave that beauty that he bring out on screen through his craft. I can't really express the magic that he create, but it inspires the creative person inside us and leave a satisfaction that can't be expressed in few words. We are requesting to challenge the artist in him. "There is a whole world within him that we have not yet glimpsed" as Reema Moudgil once said. Honestly speaking, we are hoping that you will give us some more glimpse of that world again. Not asking for a whole episode dedicated to him, but please give us Sid's past and his story. Please don't keep SidSa story on hold and keep us waiting for too long. Thank you @sonysab @sudhirpix @cma.sees @sunshineproductionsofficial for giving us Diljot as Sanju and Kunal Karan Kapoor as Sid/Siddharth. Both very challenging characters which they have done full justice to.

Coffee_.break_:  You know what hurts the most?? When you have to keep secrets from the person you love. Spl Agent Sanjana Dubey never thought of finding love in her life. But her ziddi chirkut cadet made her fall for him. It was not easy for her, but sidharth's company made her path easy. Sidharth is someone who never hides his feelings, He loves to shower love on people, who he cares. That might be fancy sometimes, with roses, candles, gifts, lavish dinners with music and dance. It is also due to his past, where he had to spent his childhood alone in a grand mansion without parents, leaving him craving for love and affection. Sanjana's idea of love is simple and sweet. She doesn't believe in display of emotions publically. Because she has grown seeing her parents in love ,in a subtle way. Like they won't be vocal about their love, but they love and take care of each other. For Sanjana love is like breathing, you breath everyday without focussing but also can't live without breathing. It was never hard for Sanju to keep work and personal life seperate. But this time,her personal life and mission got interlinked, which left her shattered. She lost her mentor or rather friend. And the hardest part was, her being bound by her duty to maintain secrecy . This incident hit her like a disaster . A grieving Monami taught her biggest lesson of her life. She realised, how difficult it is to live your life without your love. Yes!!she can't share her pain with Sid, but she decided to live every moment of her life with him to create memories, as life is unpredictable. Sanjana started showing her love more explicitly, yes in a simpler way and Sid whose concept of showing love was lavish ,started to enjoy those small sweet gestures of Sanju ,filled with love. Life is unpredictable, we don't know what we are awaiting in future, just like Sanjana and Sid ,we should also enjoy our small moments with our loved ones to create more and more memories.

When she says "hamari duniya alag h" she really means that. Sometimes we can't really derive right or wrong from a situation. Love doesn't send notices before arriving, it just happens!!! That too, in the most unexpected way. For Sidharth and Sanjana, this unexpected conversation through phone came as a blessing. More than finding love, they discovered themselves through one another. Sid the party king discovered how this "boring academy" can excite him. Sanjana became confident to show her lovable self to people. Irrespective of having such different backgrounds, they spent time together, discussed everything under the sun and forgot all those external barriers which differentiated them from each other. Their company helped them to escape reality, to find happiness and warmth in one another. There has never been a shortage of love or efforts in their relationship from both sides. His life revolved around her, he understood her duties and likes. And she who loved to be subtle started expressing, to try his kind of love to make him happy. External pressures are something they always faltered, because he always heard her, but didn't really understand her lifestyle. And she expected him to understand by his own. He's not wrong when he talks about practicality, but not considering her emotions was wrong. And she's not wrong when she took the stand for her self-respect, but taking a final decision through a text msg was not graceful. It's all about a different way of living!! Again back to square one, "hamari duniya alag hai" Their differences are going to remain unless they understand each other's world. And unless they don't understand each other's world they won't be able to support each other and as an effect insecurities will arise. Relationships are not always smooth like butter. Sometimes even after million attempts things go wrong. Maybe that's why it's seems so real, Zdmn has always catered us emotions close to reality (@cma.sees ). @diljotchhabra and @kunalkarankapoor just added more spark into it. " Heart break is the best teacher, " says the discourse of Sid G the great. We start fresh after halts, because this is not an end.

Here's a chibi version of my forever favourite, SiMi. I am going to write a super long caption cause I have a lot to say about them.

As an individual, I value friendship so much, like so much. And Sid and Monu's friendship is one of a kind. A platonic bond, where there is no romantic angle? Yes pls.

Their relationship is lined with innocence and purity. They have had each other's back through thick and thin and it's not like they don't have disagreements or that they don't fight. But regardless of all that, they always find their way back to each other. There is loyalty, trust, fun, jokes, innocence and a whole lot of other things that make their bond what it is.

In Sid's 'Monu bro' and Monu's 'you mad or what', I see reflections of my own friendships. There really is nothing quite like friendship in this world yk. Friends are your found family. You meet a stranger one day and the next thing you know, they become an integral, essential part of your life. They aren't bound to you by blood, but they will have your back and go above and beyond anything you could ever ask of them to support you. They will also be the first ones to tell you that you messed up, while also supporting you as you deal with your mess. You can set boundaries with them and they will understand and give you space when you need it, but also be the first ones to hug you and tell you, it will be okay.

Idk, just, friendships are so wonderful and heartwarming, and for me Sid and Monu define what a good friendship looks like. They will forever have my heart for being these amazing, innocent kiddos who are trying to find their way in the world and who have one another to fall back on, each time they stumble and fall.

Plus, I cannot emphasize enough just how much I love Kunal and Kaveri as Sid and Monu.

Career Hackathon'21 revolutionizes Career Counselling practices in India

The third edition of Career Hackathon'21 – focusing on Career Counselling in partnership with National Career Counsellors Network and Career Beacon brought the renowned Careers professionals, counsellors, and experts from the education industry together under a roof on Friday, December 17, 2021, at India International Centre, Delhi.

Managing Editor Career Beacon, Mrs Sunanda Rao, delivered the introductory session at Career Hackathon’21 and stated that Career Hackathon’21 is a quest to bring together higher & K12 education representatives and mentors to collaborate on issues that drive sustainable and inclusive counselling practices focused on student success.

The day-long event comprised three tracks. The first track was a bonanza for 103 students as they got an opportunity to interact with 17 certified Career Counsellors. In addition, counsellors from NCCN, Study Abroad Consultants like Foreign Admits, Edustori, UBS & other university delegates, and representatives from 'Blossom Kochhar College of Creative Arts & Design, and AAFT University & Wecomm Digital formed a part of the Mentor community.

e-Mango turned to be the showstopper of the session with its excellent one-stop solution app for students.

Track 2 is dedicated to sharing experiences and success mantra on 'Changing landscape of Careers' by Dr Sandeep Marwarh, Dr Blossom Kochhar, Dr Sanjay Gupta, Mr Sujit Panigrahi.

Mr Prashant Kapur, Sourav Mohanty & shared their expertise in Foreign Education & Komal Gupta shared insights on Digital Marketing with the audience.

In contrast, educators Mrs Poonam Saxena, Dr Bhavna Chibber & Mrs Supreet Kaur shared their views on 'Importance of Career Counselling and their best practices.

Ms Sheetal Banchariya contributed by sharing her journey to Journalism. Finally, Mr Nitin Nagpal of e-Mango introduced the e-Mango app, which will open a passive income stream for Career Counsellors.

Brig(Dr) Sunil Moudgil initiated track 2 with an energizing session.

Track 3 was celebratory. The Excellence Awards & the Mentors award felicitation ceremony recognised the individuals & organisations excelling in mentoring. Dr Sandeep Marwah felicitated the awardees.

A high-tea for the professionals graced with 12 university delegates,15 Principals, 75 Career counsellors, and board members of educational institutions across India added warmth to the event.

Career Hackathon'21 by National Career Counsellors Network & Career Beacon concluded on an exceptionally high note beefing up the richness of the education industry with the contribution of professional wisdom aligned with the interests of students paving the way for more such events in the future.

With the smiling facing & testimonies of the participant, National Career Counsellors Network & Career Beacon is motivated to host its next event - Education Conclave'22, following the guidelines of the Government & COVID norms.
