Agitate your fermenter and add and air lock (I am using a tube that runs into a jar of water. It will allow the gas to escape the fermenter, but the water blocks outside elements from getting into the fermenter.). At this point, you can cover your fermenter with a blanket or towel or even a fancy pants carboy jacket. I prefer a towel since I have a bunch of then. This part I can't take photos of by myself. I will tell you this is a clean and sterile carboy with a clean and sterile funnel and screen.
