What a dream combo, from the 7″ split with Ty, The Drag-Maria Stacks (2009). What can I say, they revived this already homage to foot stomping ‘60s tune to a colourful groovy extra extra lo-fi pie. Mmm

Not gonna lie I usually hate uke covers of songs, but this chick makes No Other Heart (Another One, 2015) sound pretty tasty. Along with her overdubbed harmonies, this is probs my fave cover of this song, yes girl.

Found this sneaky 54-view cover of The Way You’d Love Her from Another One (2015). I gotta say, the overdub of the solo is a pretty darn nice touch even visually hehe. Kudos Nicholas!

This kid’s got some smooth vocals on him gotamn. Covering Blue Boy off of Salad Days (2014) Lukas delves into a soft rendition of this lovely song. Definitely glad I found this!

Tingly velvet vocals from Anna Klein! Really liked her originality for This Old Dog, sometimes covers tend to be an exact copy of the original song but she has definitely made it hers. Sick arrangement for sure. This builds excitement for Mac’s new album This Old Dog releasing on May 4!

Found it, my fave cover of Without Me from Another One (2015). I have no idea who this beautiful man is but shit, his guitar playing and voice really soothes the soul. Got mad goosebumps listening to this!

There’s a lot of Chamber of Reflection (Salad Days, 2014) covers out there but this one takes Mac’s dreamy waves to a relaxed soul surf. Matt Corby really moulds this into his own!

Continuing with the album 2 (2012) is a prime cover of Ode to Viceory. I heard this a few months back and got a nice tingling feeling hearing those harmonies, haven’t heard much from these boys but boy they nailed this!

Recently getting into everything Poppy (@thatpoppy) related I quickly stumbled onto this cover. Ok sweet baby! Perfect, sparkly pop princess. Her angelic voice really suits that Mac dreamy sound. Definitely my top pick for My Kind of Woman from the album 2, released in 2012.
