Symbols:

First, the crown flower on thirteen colonies, it is made out of dahlia.

A Mexican flower with, like all of my symbols, has a strong meaning and signification: like love or positive idea/ change something thirteen had back in these days.

During victorian era, it also had a meaning of impulsiveness, something we can also link to Thirteen and the idea of changing.

On the middle left, with the hands.

It's the last thing I drew, so I had enough of it.

Unfortunately there is no big meaning with the shell, either the flower bracelet on thirteen has a meaning.

But, something noticeable: Mexihco hand is on top of thirteen, it is the hand with the ring, we can only see his ring, not thirteen's.

It is a way to show how much Mexihco do love and care about his boyfriend, more than he ever did.

The promise around the hands is written in Latin because during that time, they were still speaking latin. It is supposed to mean "I love you more than anything" or something like that, but unfortunately I can't find what I had written.

The flowers and the feathers now:

It is a reference to an aztec god, Xochiquetzal.

She is mostly seen as the god of love, but with many meanings behind it not just the god of love.

Her name means "flower-feather" (literal translation), that's why there are feathers and a flower, and this flower is a symbol of love in Mexico (talking about the land).

coral vines, is the flower's name, it barely look like the flower, but it is an opened one.

The flowers at the bottom left are Mexican sunflower, symbols of loyalty adoration and faith, strong meaning to emphasise Mexihco loves toward thirteen.

In complete opposite with the one at the bottom right, Mexican marigold, with a meaning of grief/mourning and despair, foreshadowing how mexihco is going to feel, and how he is already feeling due to his mother death.

Another flower, near Mexihco right wing(in fact it is the left one) it is a rose, a classic symbol of love for English speaking countries, such as USA.

Last one:

The rings, at the middle right.

One belongs to Mexihco, the other one to thirteen.

Again, something in Latin written on, literally "together forever" these rings were made by France, probably, or bought by both of them to share their economy.

At the top right, nothing to say, except that the one at the left is Mexihco, he was taller, and the one at the right is thirteen, smaller.

The flower on Mexihco jacket is another type of Dehlia.

I wish I could have ad more, but unfortunately, I have skill issues.

Revisiting my second-ever fandom, Countryhumans for the silly haha's. Heres my design of America. His wings are based on the Red Tailed Hawk as a reference to how the bald eagle screech is really a RTH call.. also where I live they're super duper common, so they give America more than the bald eagle does lol.
